Filthy, slow, unfriendly....I had to wipe off table to find somewhere to eat. Food and dirty napkins on floor. Sticky tables. Gross!

Absolutely awful. You will wait 45 mins for your food and a good 15 mins at the order menu waiting on someone to help you. Rude staff.

Horrible service. Food not right. Wish I could rate a zero star. Mama is allergic to just bout everything and they got it all wrong.

Yesterday was our third time in two weeks going to Arby's in Franklin VA. Because we're working we…read moreare driving 25 miles each way, only to be faced with behaviors that are so disturbing that it's hard to comprehend. Not to mention that the food is always cold when you get it. And no, we are not driving home to eat. When we get the food we immediately start eating in the car. Be we are afraid to reorder because we don't want the food to be worse or tampered with because of a complaint. But the food is warmed to a tough microwave type dry point, cold or luke warm. The au jus sauce is at room temperature at best. But last night was the absolute epitome of disturbing. The young lady at the drive-thru window that I specifically asked her if she was the one taking the order, to which she answered yes, had clown red hair. I don't know if it was a wig or weave but it was all the way down her back hanging loose over our food. Big thick hair. Red as a darn fire. Bright red, like Carrot Top. She was Caucasian and I do believe she was under the impression that if she sounded disrespectful, rude, and ignorant that it made her sound like a minority. Now the red hat would have looked equally bad on anybody and it's totally inappropriate for work, especially around food. As a grandmother of six mother to four. I've never had a child speak with that type of disdain and attitude nor ignorance. My children are proud black people. I am a black woman, and I am a proud of my blackness. I love my blackness. Don't misrepresent who we are with such dissonance and determination to show how ignorant you can be. She roughly and rudely took our order. Then she stuffed everything in one small bag so tight that the bag was splitting as she gave it to us while lacking a portion of the order. But through that whole ordeal I don't blame the children. This is a Management issue at Arby's. If you're screening skill set is this diminished it is a reflection of why your employees behaviors they do. The Franklin Virginia Arby's needs to replaced that locations staff from the head down.

I just visited the McDonald's restaurant in the City of Franklin and was extremely disappointed…read morewith the drive‑thru service. I had a large order that I reviewed on the screen; however, when I received the order, several items were missing - which, in itself, is not an issue for me; mistakes happen. When I inquired, the cashier was not certain about the items that come with the meal and seemed quite confused. Her manager then came to the window and was quite rude as I tried to clarify the order. He asked for the bag back, and without gloves, went through it, touching the fries. Speaking to me without even a minuscule amount of customer service on his lips, he said, "You've got everything." I told him I had ordered a vanilla shake that was not on the ticket but was on the screen when I reviewed it. I asked if I could reorder it, and he told me I would need to go back through the drive‑thru line. When I arrived home, there were fries missing, one of the drinks was a Cherry Coke instead of the Coke I ordered, and there were no sauces for the nuggets. How disappointing it is when a business does not value your patronage. I hope this review is sent to Corporate, as customer service training, particularly for management, is a MUST. Since we have only one McDonald's in our city, I implore Corporate to provide it with the support it desperately needs. Chick‑fil‑A is not only successful because of their delicious food, but because of their EXCELLENT customer service. To borrow a line from the Chick-fil-A franchise, I would like to end this review by saying it has been "my pleasure" to provide you with this feedback.
