This Wendy's has terrible reviews. However, this location is convenient for me. It was a chilly day and I wanted some Chili. Wendy's can be difficult to get to because, of the traffic. It's very nice from the inside out. This location has a good amount of customers. Some walking up, some chilling inside, a few Pickup Orders and some in the Drive Thru ru. I ordered two bowls of Chilli. One with Onions and another with out. I asked the gentleman which one was with out Onions and he didn't know. So, the Manager helped him out by getting a spoon and stiring the bowl to see if there was no Onions. They figured it out. However, when I got home there was onions in it! However, they were tiny onions so, I overlooked it. The Chili was warm, not hot. I noticed there was a chunk of meat in there. It should have been chopped up. It was loaded with lots of shredded Cheddar Cheese and I was given a lot of crackers. Overall, it was good. So, give Wendy's a chance despite all the bad reviews. read more

This Wendy's use to be great.. now it just sucks. Every time I get my food, it's half ass thrown together. Order baconator fries... open the back to fries with cheese melted on half it with 3 whole pieces of bacon thrown on top. & before anyone comes for me & says "make it at home" I didn't want to, that's why I PAID someone to do it for me. I never order here but tonight the husband went here instead of Summer Creek location. My apple pecan salad came with Ranch dressing and no Pecans. He would not order with Ranch and substitute fried onions for candied pecans. If your employees can't read or don't care about the service or Wendy's reputation close your doors! This Wendy's is the WORST restaurant possibly ever! I don't understand how it's still in business. Every night the whether it's 1 car or 10 cars the wait time is astronomical. I go to the drive thru there's no one in Line and I sit for 5 minutes without anyone talking on the mic. Then I ask is anyone there and get a hold on... I sit for 10 more minutes! Worst Wendy's ever! The staff is all super rude and confrontational. They close their drive thru for 20-30 mins everyday around 3:15 for shift change and close for the night whenever they feel like it... sometimes 2+ hours early. It is absolutely ridiculous and costing them money. They are always out of something and have served stale/hard bread each time I've been here. Just wish the managers and staff would care because I actually really like Wendys. I'd love to come here more often but they can't get their shit together. read more

Not that Wendy's cares judging by the reviews. I did my mobile order ahead of time to save time. It was the complete opposite. I arrived and got told to wait in the parking lot. Of course there's 3 other cars waiting so I knew this was a bad sign. This was only for one sandwich by the way. I didn't get fries, no drink. I only ordered a sandwich. 10 mins later I go inside to find 6 other people. I waited 10 more minutes and had to leave. I told them to cancel my mobile.order because they can't. Well I couldn't either since they put I already arrived. The staff is also full of complete jerks to put it mildly. So Wendy's got my $7 for an order I never received. Visited this location on 10/20/23 @9pm got put on hold at the speaker for about 7 minutes the customer service was horrible I saw someone who wasn't even working there in the back I waited for my food for about 15-20 minutes and when it came out the fries were cold and hard like they have been sitting and the nuggets were the same none of the food was fresh which didn't make any sense. I went inside one time and the manager was yelling at her workers saying get it done or someone is about to get fired. Unbelievable!!!! I ordered a double stack (only). Opened the bag and had a bun with ketchup and pickles, no meat. Also, my total was $2.15. Gave the cashier $5.25. He pulls out his cellphone to figure out how much change to give me. I asked him what he was doing, then told him how much change to give me. I'm so glad we are moving out of this area . I love Wendy's but this is the worst Wendy's ever . Always out something like CHILI , CHILI SAUCE , SALT , KETCHUP. WOW ! The food is gross and the meat on the burgers is so dry and old it's not even funny . You better not order nuggets because they will be old and dry like cardboard. The grease on the fryers are never changed . The employees all stand around on their phones . I went to Wendy's about an hour ago (in the drive thru), it took them over 5 minutes to take my order, and when I received my order it wasn't correct, I was missing a large fry and the fries with the meal had about 10 fries and I asked for no ice in my drink. Not to mention my food was crammed in a small bag. I went back around to let them know my order wasn't correct and the cashier pulled my receipt which she failed to give me and said I didn't pay for it l, I offered to pay for the missing items but the rudely told me that I needed to circle back around because the car behind me has a large order. Went here once and had a bad experience, but decided to give it another shot hoping it was a fluke, since it's so close to home. Boy was I wrong! This is definitely by far the worst "fast" "food" restaurant I've ever been to. On both occasions they took forever to complete my order (which seems to be the norm), and screwed them up on top of that! To make matters worse the second time around the food was trash!
