I went to Taco Casa to buy a Tostada. They put it in a sack sack and this what they said, said, Thank you, come again. Lol. Anywho, My Tostada was fresh and layered with lots of Shredded Lettuce and Cheese. However, it got soggy real quick and the crispyness of the Tostada was gone quick! Oh well, I ate it all. It was still good. Lol. So, if you order a Tostada be mindful of potential sogginess. Other than that, everythings were fine. My order was right, the speed of service was good, friendly associate and lots of Hot Sauce packets! read more

I luv taco casa. I just left the location at 7717 Crowley rd. I saw the most disgusting thing. The was a young lady in the back brushing out her hair. She brushed out so much of it she had to use a broom to sweep it away. I took my food and threw it away. She was using what looked like an office double sidded windo as a mirror. Went through the drive thru. The woman repeated our order correctly. Asked if we wanted hot sauce. Yes, we do. Paid her at the window. Asked us again if we wanted hot sauce. Yes, we do. this taco Casa is just the best because as soon as I got my taco, then it already had the sauce that I asked for on the side and I told them I love that sauce and they still put it on there and also my tostada had a lot of cheese on it and the girl working there was new and someone had to help her but that was fine but I'm just happy that it was really good. This location is terrible with getting your order correct . The staff behind the lines can never seems to get it together . I just spent 20 minutes in line for $42.26 of 8 soft tacos , 6 hard tacos and a super salad for a large family gathering . After all that wait time , plus additional 5 minutes of extra waiting for screwing up my order . I came home with someone else's order that was only able to feed 2 kids .. so annoying spend all that money and time to feed only 2 kids . Now I have go out and look for more food for adults . I love this place for its menu items and the sweet ladies that work the drive thru. Especially Jennifer. They have the same menu as the original Taco Bell that I worked in high school. I frequent this place several times a week and their food is always fresh and well made. I suggest buying their calendar as you get you $10 back quickly and save alot more throughout the year. I cannot think of 1 bad thing to say about this place compared to other fast food texmex chains. Wish they would bring back Taco Tuesdays. read more

The food is really good. the portions USE to be nice size portions to where the price wasn't a huge deal. now I'm paying the same price maybe a tad bit more for smaller portions. I can now pick up my super tostada whereas it was a larger shell. My chilada is now the size of a small soft taco shell rolled up. read more

I usually love Taco Casa, but this time around was just a no! The beans where dry and they put no sauce on the burritos at all! I went through the drive through and pulled over to check my order, half of it was missing. I went in and got the missing items and went home, that's when I discovered they had one of the items made wrong. After we ate, (because if I had come straight back up there ALL of my food would have been cold), I called up there and the manager said he could not replace incorrect items just because someone calls in and says so. This place was great when it first opened. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. We have tried to give them chance after chance,but finally decided never to return. The last 2 times we were there our orders were either wrong, the meat was under cooked, or the beans were burned, hard, and blackened. I had to argue to get a refund for the under/over cooked food. all up until tonight- i was a regular customer. i absolutely despise a negative review unless it's warranted. but after a long day of working a double personally serving tables- i speed to my local taco casa (about 30 mins from my workplace) i arrived around 10:40pm and noticed a cone blocking the drive thru. so i went ahead and called the store and a girl named Janey (sp?) answered the phone firmly stating they closed early. i said i understood as i am in the service industry, and seeing as i sped over and only wanted a burrito i figured they could squeeze that in. she said no again and that the food has been put up for quite a while (it's 10:40, so i'm not sure how long "awhile" was) so i went ahead and left. i'm a little disheartened that i sped to get there and had no help whatsoever and not even an apology. taco casa crowley location- it's been real i guess. so, thanks janey! i hope you have a nice hot meal waiting for you at home. ps- hire some employees who don't mind their job. and if your location closes at 10pm and not 11pm- it needs to be stated. read more

Off Crowley Road ... this is the worst location. Ordered super nachos to go. They put everything on top of the chips so by the time I got home, it was completely soggy. This is par for the course at this location. The manager either doesn't know how to manage, doesn't know how to train, doesn't know how to motivate, or just doesn't care that his/her employees are awful, prepare food incorrectly, are rude, and close early routinely. If this is a corporate location, then they need to clean up their act. If this is a franchise, you will be out of business soon. read more

My family has been going through the drive thru at this location weekly for the past 2 years. Service & food has been good until recently. Several months ago we noticed that the bean burritos were smaller, a lot of tortilla, a lot less beans & cheese. I went through the drive thru at 4:15pm on 06/05/2017. When I was ordering at the drive thru speaker Lakeithia was very rude. She kept interrupting me as I tried to order and she didn't repeat my order back to me. Once I got to the window she was got an attitude when I asked her how much it was because she didn't tell me.
