Says on the website and on the door that restaurant hours close at 10PM. The door was open and there were 2 people eating inside at the tables. I come in around 9:17PM. Stand in line for like 5 seconds before some @$$ behind the counter tells me they are closed. Which was BS. They obviously just didn't want to add any more orders. Ordered food through drive thru and Manager (Josh) assured me everything was in my bag when before I drove off. I was in a rush to get home and when I did, I was missing my cookies and all my dipping sauces for the nuggets. 2 mile trek back to Wendy's and when I came inside and told Josh, he already knew he made a mistake because when I said cookies, he told me which cookies I had ordered. I didn't make a scene but what a waste of time and gas to have to return to Wendy's. They should really check the bags for accuracy like their competitors Chick Fil A and McDonalds.. but also my fault for trusting him and not double checking my order. This has been a consistently good Wendy's location! Came in on a Sunday night drive-through was a little busy but the line went quickly I had a fairly large order The girl at the drive-threw made sure my order was correct she had a smile in her voice and spoke clearly (sometimes it's impossible to understand employees in the drive-threw) My order was out lickety-split! Catherine my drive through assistant had a great attitude and a lovely smile she double checked my order to make sure all my items were there! What more could I ask for? Food was hot & fresh Love the Dave's classic double the wife gets the chicken salads and is never disappointed The kids love the wraps! We will definitely keep coming back! This place is not good. First, their drive thru menu shows a #1 combo for $5.19 then they charged us $8.19. When we asked why the difference, the young man told us it was tax. (What a moron). Then the manager told us they raised their prices but have not changed the prices on their menu yet. Next, the fries were really greasy and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Could not eat them. Then they put way too much Mayo on the burger. Next, we ordered one burger without cheese and the other with no lettuce. We got both with lettuce and without cheese. So, they raised their prices over 30% and provided inferior food, inferior explanations and inferior service. Ownership of this place better pay better attention as these type of places don't run themselves. (Unless of course the owners are mad at their money). Went tonight at 7:10 pm and there was a long line wrapped to the street in drive thru. It took, 12 minutes to move one car out. And it was well on its way to another 5-10 for the next when I couldn't take it and squeezed out and left. If an order is taking extra long make them park and bring it out to them. So much has change, the longest drive thru wait, 30 mins, cars were filing up on the road and I don't think they ever bother anymore, for the last 8 yrs, the service was really good. I sure wasted my gas & time .Got our orders without the usual condiments and utensils for the salad , no straw for the drinks ,things that we used to get. It is our favorite place then, until now. This was my first time ever at Wendy's. It has been a long day and this was near by, so why not. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, kept the selection simple since I didn't want to spend too much time standing and reading the menu at this exact moment. Back to the matter, unfortunately my spicy chicken sandwich was more of a hard shell, with spikes, chicken sandwich..the meat was very dry....I'm not one to complain, but it wasn't too appetizing. Fortunately, the staff was very understanding to the situation and allowed me to exchange my sandwich for something else. I truly appreciate the hospitality. I will also compliment that my dining environment was very clean and well lit. But the bathroom could use a bit more maintenance. Please. read more

Don't ever come here at opening hoping to get good fresh food on time. Showed up at 9:02 and was told "sorry we don't open till 9". Ummmm.. I let them know it's 9:02 and they said please hold. 5 min later he takes my order and stops me after and asks me to just pull around so he take it. Smh. I go around and re-tell my order. Wait 2 more minutes and I see what looks like the manager just running around with the tills and complaining. After paying I'm asked to pull around and park. I said "why would I pull around when there is no one else in the line. I'm not pulling anywhere." He said ok and good thing I stayed because he didn't catch I said no tomato and almost gave me my shit with a tomato on it. No it's 9:15 and I'm biting into a cheeseburger with the cheese not melted and bread that is dried out. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2-stars is because of how apologetic lil man handling the order was. MANAGEMENT: Get your shit together. Get your team together. Get your business ready to serve at opening like every other business. Update: Changing to one star to represent the single digit number that you would get if you combined the total IQ's in this building at 9 am. Just tried again and had to wait 7 min for a cold burger that had tomato when I specified no tomato TWICE, fries and nuggets.
