Came here on a Friday, and there was a long line....Why? Because they only had one person working the register. No bueno. Overall, I love Wendy's, especially their cheap value menu. I love the baked potato with chives and sour cream. I always get that. What stood out at this Wendy's was that they had a worker going around to tables like she was a waitress and asked if we needed any refills or anything else. What fast-food place does that?! That was cool. Then we had this kid go around to tables asking for money to get home to Long Beach to his parents. We asked him what he was doing out here in Fontana and then asked how old he was etc. He looked like he was in elementary but he said he was 14. I didn't buy it, but my friends still gave him $ to help out and try to teach him a lesson. He supposedly came here to visit his grandma. Lucky him there were some nice people out here that gave him a buck or 2. I say his parents and grandparents are irresponsible adults or the kid is just a liar. Anyway, back to Wendy's...this place had food container holders to keep our burgers and other food from spilling. Never seen that before. Loved seeing it, but it is a waste of cardboard. read more

This place is not good. First, their drive thru menu shows a #1 combo for $5.19 then they charged us $8.19. When we asked why the difference, the young man told us it was tax. (What a moron). Then the manager told us they raised their prices but have not changed the prices on their menu yet. Next, the fries were really greasy and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Could not eat them. Then they put way too much Mayo on the burger. Next, we ordered one burger without cheese and the other with no lettuce. We got both with lettuce and without cheese. So, they raised their prices over 30% and provided inferior food, inferior explanations and inferior service. Ownership of this place better pay better attention as these type of places don't run themselves. (Unless of course the owners are mad at their money). This has been a consistently good Wendy's location! Came in on a Sunday night drive-through was a little busy but the line went quickly I had a fairly large order The girl at the drive-threw made sure my order was correct she had a smile in her voice and spoke clearly (sometimes it's impossible to understand employees in the drive-threw) My order was out lickety-split! Catherine my drive through assistant had a great attitude and a lovely smile she double checked my order to make sure all my items were there! What more could I ask for? Food was hot & fresh Love the Dave's classic double the wife gets the chicken salads and is never disappointed The kids love the wraps! We will definitely keep coming back! I came here once right before they closed about a month ago and they forgot my 10 piece nuggets and my fries, I was a little attitudey bc I just wanted to go home I was tired and was picking up food for my stepdad yet they were so nice to me! Don't ever come here at opening hoping to get good fresh food on time. Showed up at 9:02 and was told "sorry we don't open till 9". Ummmm.. I let them know it's 9:02 and they said please hold. 5 min later he takes my order and stops me after and asks me to just pull around so he take it. Smh. I go around and re-tell my order. Wait 2 more minutes and I see what looks like the manager just running around with the tills and complaining. After paying I'm asked to pull around and park. I said "why would I pull around when there is no one else in the line. I'm not pulling anywhere." Just tried again and had to wait 7 min for a cold burger that had tomato when I specified no tomato TWICE, fries and nuggets. Went tonight at 7:10 pm and there was a long line wrapped to the street in drive thru. It took, 12 minutes to move one car out. And it was well on its way to another 5-10 for the next when I couldn't take it and squeezed out and left. If an order is taking extra long make them park and bring it out to them. This was my first time ever at Wendy's. It has been a long day and this was near by, so why not. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, kept the selection simple since I didn't want to spend too much time standing and reading the menu at this exact moment. Back to the matter, unfortunately my spicy chicken sandwich was more of a hard shell, with spikes, chicken sandwich..the meat was very dry....I'm not one to complain, but it wasn't too appetizing. Fortunately, the staff was very understanding to the situation and allowed me to exchange my sandwich for something else. I truly appreciate the hospitality. I will also compliment that my dining environment was very clean and well lit. But the bathroom could use a bit more maintenance. Please. read more

So much has change, the longest drive thru wait, 30 mins, cars were filing up on the road and I don't think they ever bother anymore, for the last 8 yrs, the service was really good. I sure wasted my gas & time .Got our orders without the usual condiments and utensils for the salad , no straw for the drinks ,things that we used to get. It is our favorite place then, until now. We miss that good customer service. Pls .train your staff well or this place will be getting bad reviews and eventually less diners & customers. I have been living in this area for a long time and I have to say this specific Wendy's location has always been steadily solid. It hasn't had any crazy highs or crazy lows but it's always solid. My food is always fresh and my service is always fast. I actually have never had a bad mean from this Wendy's or a customer service complaint. My order is always correct as well. If I have any recommendations I would say try the mango chiller tea it's amazing and has great flavor! read more
