Jack in the Box is a munchies staple. Who doesn't love their value tacos? And now their egg rolls too! The staff is nice. The lady in the drive through was patient and pleasant. I love the variety of food that JIB offers. I always find something else to try. Prices are pretty good for meals. Good location, easy parking, I feel safe at night. Typical Jack in the box. I've been using the app to order my food from here and the majority of the time they get my order correct. The food is ok. If you're trying to get the monster meal for the exclusive cup it comes with, just know, they don't really give it out. Not sure if you have to ask for it because I ordered my meal on the app and they did not give me the exclusive cup. As an introvert I wish they would say if it was available or not on the app. I think the monster meal was not worth it without that cup. This past Monday on our way home, we dropped by this Jack In The Box because I needed to use the ladies room. I normally buy something to pay my patronage for use of the facilities. No other customer was in the restaurant, but me. I ended up getting 6 tacos with easy sauce... 3 for my eldest daughter and 3 for me. It was so delicious! But I asked for light sauce and we got regular sauce in a few tacos. It appears as though we got a few tacos that were sitting out and they made a few fresh ones. I know because I used to work for JIB many blue moons ago so I know how that system works. Every food item has a grace period prior to discarding it. It's all good. No harm no foul. It would have been nice if we got what we asked for easy sauce on all our tacos. I will need to ask for no sauce next time LOL. Staff was okay. Speed of service was quick. It's one of the JIB before heading up to the Devore area. I love JIB so I'll be back for more of their tacos. I sense 1 dozen tacos in my near future LOL. read more

On Saturday, January 4, 2025, my daughters went to pick up an order at this particular Jack in the Box, and it turned into an ordeal that was both disrespectful and completely unprofessional. It started when they were attempting to pay for their order. The employee, named Jose, was immediately rude and confrontational. He falsely claimed that the card payment had not gone through, despite the transaction being processed correctly on our end. He continued to argue with my daughters, shouting at them in a manner that was completely unnecessary. After this unpleasant exchange, it turned out that he had charged us twice for the same meal. I decided to call later that night to try and resolve the issue. When I spoke to Jose, I was met with the same level of rudeness and hostility. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This initial interaction alone left a sour taste in my mouth, but unfortunately, the situation only escalated further. On Monday, January 6, I reached out to the manager, George, in hopes of speaking to someone who might actually address the situation with a level of professionalism. Sadly, my expectations were once again shattered. George was just as rude and disrespectful as Jose, if not worse. After a brief conversation, he actually hung up on me, leaving me completely stunned at the lack of courtesy and customer service. As if this wasn't bad enough, I discovered that half of my order was missing. When I brought this up with George, he told me that I should have returned the food in order to get my money back. This was incredibly frustrating because, when I originally tried to speak to Jose, he was so rude and dismissive that returning the food at that point seemed impossible. I couldn't even have a proper conversation with him without being shouted at and hung up on! The level of customer service I received was completely unacceptable. This Jack in the Box location is clearly plagued with unprofessional staff who lack basic respect for their customers. The worst part is that they took money from me for an order I didn't receive in full, and despite all of my attempts to resolve the issue, I've been met with nothing but hostility. I have already contacted my bank, who confirmed that the double charge did occur. I have filed a claim with them, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to escalate this matter further. I will not let this go until I am reimbursed for the charges and until the management at this location is held accountable for their actions. In conclusion, **do not go to this Jack in the Box location**. The food may be the least of your concerns--between rude staff, missing items, double charges, and unhelpful management, this place is a disaster. It's always a pleasant experience at night but I hate coming during the day because of the rude older lady at the window. I always consider these poor fast food workers on hot days like this and I try to tip and treat them good. But I feel like I need to be tipped after dealing with her... We normally come here and have excellent customer service, service with a smile and can't complain about the food. Tonight however was a different story. They were unusually busy, not sure why but the gentleman taking our order at the window, wasn't as friendly and seemed to be rushing us to order. We definitely sensed an attitude. When we got to the window to pay we could tell it was the same person that took our order by his tone. No smile at all, basically stoic face. He wasn't a happy camper for sure. When we asked for a cup holder he basically showed his annoyance and almost slammed the cups on the counter. Definitely prompting my review. The night supervisor was touching the chicken tenders checkingnif its fully cook without the gloves on and still serve it to the customer at the drive thru. I should have took a picture of her doing that. I was just shocked of what she was doing while i was inside infront of the counter waiting for her to help me. On each of the three occasions, I was informed that the system was down and would take a staggering 30 minutes to be operational again. It was incredibly frustrating to hear this excuse repeatedly, as if it was a standard response to any customer's request. To add insult to injury, it was shocking to discover that this particular Jack in the Box location lacked English-speaking employees. Being in the United States, I expected to be able to communicate easily with the staff members and place my order without any language barriers. However, this was far from the case. It is disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for the local customer base and an absence of employees who can effectively communicate in English. Furthermore, it was disheartening to see multiple cars being turned away during each of my visits. It seemed as though the staff members were more interested in turning down business than actually serving customers. This not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also demonstrates a disregard for those who are seeking their services during late hours. In conclusion, my experiences at Jack in the Box on those Saturday nights were nothing short of disappointing. The unenthusiastic and unhelpful employee, the constant excuse of the system being down, the absence of English-speaking staff, and the turning away of potential customers all contribute to an overall negative impression of this particular location. Im not one to ever complain or post a bad review but I went this weekend and ordered two burgers and 2 sandwiches. The food was for 4 peeps. I asked for ranch and they put two in my bag. I asked for two more and they stated they don't give ranch for sandwiches... in what world does ranch not go with a chicken sandwich. They charge extra for ranch and at that point I did not want to do all that. When I spend about $30 on a meal I expect for them to at least give me enough ranch for at least every item ordered. Try to charge .27 cents for ranch. I ordered 4 tacos and asked for 2 ranch. The bald guy with the glasses who is rude and has a resting bit*h face, looked at me as if I didn't order any food. I only asked for 2. He gave me 1 free and try to charge me for the other. This place is cheap and probably pay their employees with with ranch sauce. Always crunchy. *****egg rolls--they have pork in them, pepper, other mystery ingredients. They're always crunchy thanks to the vented box container. Request sweet sour sauce because u can't assume they'll give u some (remember minimum wagers...we were all there once...right?). ****funnel cake-- mini size, i can eat it in six bite, chew, & swallows. lightly powdered. You no longer have to drive to Santa Monica pier. ****oreo milkshake--thick, you need a spoon to eat like a dessert. Worth the extra 45 min. On the treadmill at incline 3, speed 5.5. ****sausage breakfast burrito (not to be confused with the steak breakfast burrito)-- egg, cheese, hash browns, sausage, flour tortilla. Use your own salsa and cayenne or tabasco for heat. ***chicken fajita pita--grilled onions, bell peppers, chicken, salsa, pita falls apart on you while eating since it can be a "juicy" sandwich from the veggie sweat. So don't eat this while driving, it'll end up on your crotch and make you look like you've got your period. ***southwest grilled chicken salad-- large enough to last two days, corn kernels are sweet and smokey flavored with the grill marks on the separated kernels, black beans have an underlying flavor I can't identify (perhaps it's southwest spice?), shredded cheese, romaine lettuce, 3 purple onion slices (easily removable). I've ordered this salad at least fifty times and the lettuce and contents are always crunchy and consistent. I don't eat the dressing or spicy croutons/ crunch twists. I just eat the salad as is. You can get fried chicken strips instead of grilled chicken (bird is hot on the salad) and douse your low calorie lettuce with all the dressing to achieve a 1800 cal meal. I keep it at 450 cal. **French fries--sea salted and appears to have skin on. I think they tried to go gourmet...ehh... open late and open early, seemingly whenever I need a food fix. read more

Me and my friends come to this jack in the box every day to grab some food after work, usually they only let us do 2 separate orders which is a bit of a hassle but it's cool. Today we went there and these two employees Jose and Jessica were very rude to us.
