This is one of my favorite Wendy's but when I went on 10-11-15 at about 4:30pm the lady taking my order was rude and unfriendly. She snatched my card and basically forced my food at me. This location is very busy and it seems the start can't handle busy days. There's a line to the door and this place only has one register open. Why not open the other register that's right there not being used to take more orders and make things move faster? Meanwhile you got a worker walking around not doing much and looking so lost. This Wendy's has reopened. They closed for like 2 months to remodel the store to their new format. Which apparently they will eventually do to all their stores in the area. It does annoy me that they made it all "high end" looking by removing some tables and adding in benches with a fireplace. This is SoCal, why the heck did you need a fireplace when it's only kinda cold like 3 month of the year? Anyways the new store looks nice. They finally added the soda machine on the customer side, so you don't have to big them any more for a refill. Although they did add that fancy multi flavor machine. So you get these idiots who are over whelmed with all the choices and hold up the line making up those indecisive mind. Or worse, you get kids that want to play with it like it's a video game. This Wendy's has the best Baconator fries I've seen. The bacon was crisp and plenty. The employees were courteous and the restaurant was clean. Night and day difference from the other Fontana location (Baseline). The only bad thing I can say was the bathrooms were completely wrecked. read more

What can I say? Wendy's is Wendy's!! You don't expect anything extravagant lol! My main reason for eating here was that A.) they are close to work by a short walk and B.) they advertise free WiFi! I must say that the WiFi being offered isn't true! The employees have no clue what the WiFi is called or if it requires a password etc... every WiFi that was showing up on my phone was a locked WiFi and nothing came up as "Wendy's " ! Being that they have free WiFi marketed all over the restaurant they should really look into the matter! As far as the food.. meh.. it's Wendy's! I love coming to this place but my last few orders were wrong and the white girl with blonde hair super skinny that wears a shit ton of make up is super rude and seems like she rushes the customers in drive thru. I get that some people make mistakes and change their order at the window but you don't need to show your "over dramatic" expression as if it's a drag to you. Then when she handed me my food I told her I didn't get my drink then as she's handing me it she starts to look in my car as if I'm lying to her that I didn't get my drink. I love wendy's. For fast food, they are quick and the food is good quality. Chicken nuggets are my favorite.

Every time we visit this location, they forget some part of our order. Like today I went through the drive-thru and just got home and realized they forgot my 6 piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. This happens EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It's also very difficult to get in and out of. Very limited on parking and that's why we use the drive-thru. UGH!! Might never go back to this location ever again! I am a Wendy's fan, but not of this one! My GF and I stopped for a drink and restroom call. When she came out of the lady's room she was about gagging. VERY dirty. We went to the clerk to order but she was having more than a hard time trying to position her microphone on her headset. I ordered a regular black coffee and a vanilla iced coffee. My GF told her 2 times that she wanted the vanilla iced coffee, I repeated it to her 2 more times and then calmly point my finger on the menu item so that all of the guess work was gone. During this time, the manager came out of the ladies room and told one of the employees to go clean it. In ten minutes time, I did not see anyone go in there. So the iced coffee comes and it's just about colored water. I asked where my hot coffee was and the same clerk told me that she had to get some old cold coffee out of the pot and microwave it. I am not kidding. Those were her exact words. I blew up and told here to just give me a refund, which she did not know how to do. Her boss came over and gave me my money while at the same time was ripping the worker a new butt hole. Unprofessional maybe, but BIG deal! She deserved it. read more

I went to this location earlier through drive-thru and the woman taking my order was in a complete rush as if she was ready to clock out. I don't come here often but I didn't appreciate being rushed while I was ordering. Once I completed my order I asked her to repeat it, she missed one, I told her what she missed, and she had the audacity to say, "um I'm pretty sure you didn't say that". I corrected her, then she says, "I'm sorry", and goes on and giggles. I pulled up to the window to pay, CRYSTAL; had no good customer skills. No smile, looks like she was literally ready to clock out and go home, and didn't bother asking how I was doing. I left out of the drive-thru to park and eat. She didn't even bother leaving any spoons for my order, let alone complete my order. Ridiculous. I only rate one star because of this particular staff. Everything else - the location, the other staffs I've associated with, and the food is excellent. read more

I ate at the Wendy's on Summit Ave. in Fontana, Ca., a place I visited often. I ordered a small chili, small fry, and value chicken nuggets. I usually eat chips with my chili and half way through eating my chili I noticed something sticking up on my chip. It was A MAGGOT!!!!! I checked the rest of the chili and found ANOTHER MAGGOT! I cut one MAGGOT in half to make sure and YES they were FREAKING MAGGOTS!!!!! I told the manager and he asked me if I wanted some other food, like are u crazy?!!!! Why would I want more food from a place serving MAGGOTS?!!!!!!! I didn't even finish the rest of my food because I was too disgusted. He didn't even deny that they were MAGGOTS:/. Gross just gross never eating at Wendy's again, a place that use to be my favorite fast food spot is now a place that sickens me.
