This place has some issue. Went through the drive through for a couple frostys one Friday night. There was no line and I only saw 2 workers inside. Inside dining was closed due to COVID. When I got to the window to collect the food, the guy said the machine was broken and to pull to the front of the store and he'd bring it out. After waiting for about 10 min he comes out the front door and walks over to a car parked a couple spots over. He bends down and talks to them for several minutes and then goes back inside. That car did not come out of the drive through so I think it was someone he personally knew. About 3 minutes later, he comes outside again but not with our food. He pulls his mask down and smokes a cigarette for about 4 minutes and then walks back inside the restaurant. A couple minutes later he comes out with our frostys. I do not know if he washed his hands but we were a bit grossed out after watching this whole ordeal, especially in COVID times. I don't know what was wrong with their machine but waiting 15 minutes for 3 frostys is sad. How was he fixing the machine if he's talking with people in the parking lot and smoking? There was probably only 2 people total working that night. After reading other people's review on here, this Wendy's seriously has some issues that need to be acknowledged. Think twice before coming here and just go to another burger place in the area if you really want a burger. read more

Went here for lunch and ordered a chili and cheese baked potatoe and a 6piece spicy nugget. The nuggets were cold but I had no time to complain. When I stirred my potato I noticed a a hard string. I pulled it and it's a piece of plastic. I called and spoke with what's Unbelievable to me Mariah the General Manager. I didn't get a I apologize. I got well you said something was wrong with it. The food here is good, when they're open. They have very off hours. My family and I pulled in at 8pm. There were still a few cars in the drive thru. When we pulled up to the menu they were still assisting the car in front of us. We waited about five minutes before they turned off the light of the menu and the light by the window. This is my second time I went to this location very poor experience once again. I thought I would give it a try but will go elsewhere. 1st time- went through the drive through and the gentleman at the drive through was working with a very cranky lady. We paid for a order with modifications that we paid for and the lady that was packing argued with him that we didn't order/ get charged for it. Right in front of us. Then when we basically argued it we got almost scared and left our order. I have never experienced such poor customer service. 2nd time- the same drive through guy almost forgot to give me my card back and I had to pull back to retrieve it 3rd time- he didn't give me my card back or receipt causing a huge headache. They added a frosty to our meal, when told we didn't order it, the drive through attendant said ok and took it back didn't offer a refund, we had to ask for our recite to make sure if it was taken off, and it wasn't, when we asked for our money back she acted like we were bothering her, then 2 other employees came up making jokes at out us wanting our money back, very rude. The gave us our money back after 10 minutes of waiting. Cold fries, they also couldn't make a order right, my mom has sodium restrictions on her diet, we asked for no salt on the fires, her fires were extremely salty, all she asks to have on her buger is onions and lettuce, they didn't put the lettuce on it either. If you are a Wendy's fan, don't eat at this one. Three of us got double burger meals, two were missing tomato and pickles, the other has a tomato sliced so thin you can see right through it. They probably get 20 slices off of one tomato! There was one onion slice...one! The lettuce was one 2 inch single piece that was cut to fit the burger. I've been coming here for years and I always keep trying in case it gets any better but EVERY single time my order is completely wrong and half of it is missing. Which wouldn't be too horrible because I understand people make mistakes, but the people that work here are the RUDEST people I've ever met. Like many of the others; Friday night, all the lights on, cars lined up in the drive-thru, no signs, no one working. Absolute amateur hour. I absolutely love Wendy's, however this particular location has been the worst I've been to and I've gone twice already because I figured it was just a bad day they were having. The first time I went I ordered two strawberry lemonades and they tasted like they had the syrup sitting out for too long. The taste was awful and the fries were cold and stale. The second time I got a spicy chicken sandwich and when opening it, it was just tossed together with no care at all. Writing my first review because I'm crying before my shift. I got stuck behind a single car for over 15 minutes in the drive through only to have a terrible experience at the window. The person didn't say hi back, only said the total, didn't tell me they were done with the transaction so they just had their arm hanging out the window with my card not even looking at me. And then swung the bag out with a closed fist not even saying anything and made me feel bad for just being a customer. They are extremely slow and the heavy set, middle aged African American woman at the drive thru window is rude. She put my biscuits and gravy in the bag without securing the lid and the gravy spilled out of the container and leaked through the bag onto my car seat. The potato fries spilled out of the container as well.
