WORST Wendy's that I have ever been too! I'm From the Bay Area and there's way more ppl compared to small town of Folsom and you guys had barely any customers and the wait in the drive through was ridiculous for only 2 cars infront of me and none behind me. Not only that but our fries and chicken nuggets barely were even cooked/fried!! We love Wendy's but we will NEVER come bk to this location when visiting here. $40 dollars down the drain!!! I had to tell you all of the new Caesar side salad at Wendy's. I was surprised by how gourmet it was for $1.29. Lettuce is green romaine. Strips of real Asiago cheese draped on top. Marzetti lemon garlic caesar dressing. Marzetti all natural gourmet croutons. read more

Just not up to par. I have tried this place a few times for lunch. Usually after I see a commercial for a new product. The service in the drive through and inside has been polite but a bit slow. I know that the food never looks like it does in the ads but these are way off. I tried the pretzel bun burger most recently and it was just a soggy mess. I have tried one off the more basic burgers and the cheese was not even melted. Twice the fries have been coldish. I would say to try a different location if you want Wendy's. read more

Avoid this location. I've gone there multiple times during business hours and it was closed. Every area is dirty. They focus on the drive thru so if you go inside they don't acknowledge your presence or wait on you and when they finally take your order, you will wait a long time before you get your order. My last visit will be my final visit to this location. The order board had an offer for 2 Dave's singles for $6. When I ordered the special the manager told me that the offer ended. I said the offer is still on the board and she said we just haven't taken it off the board yet. It would take an employee 5 minutes to get a step stool and remove the plastic strips with the offer. I don't know what has happened to Wendy's but this isn't the only location that sucks. I'll be going to In&Out or another burger restaurant from now on. read more

To sit in the drive-through for almost a half an hour with only one other car in front of me. And they couldn't even get my order correct which was two sandwiches. If I'm going to eat fast food, I usually choose Wendy's because the beef is always fresh and the burgers are hot and juicy just like the commercial says. It's the closest I can get to the way they taste if I make my own at home.I know good burgers take time and the Riley Street location makes some delicious Dave's Doubles. I like mine with extra tomato and a little extra ketchup, no onions and no pickles. Mmmmm! I feel I need to give a shout out to a hard working guy named Jacob. He is always upbeat and has a smile. He will fix an order if necessary without blinking an eye. The dude works his butt off. There's a Latina lady that makes the burgers. I love her! So glad they brought back taco salads, too. I was craving a chocolate frosty and French fries. This place is famous for both, right? When we arrived in the restaurant it was freezing cold inside. No stars ... Last Sunday, one week ago my nieces age 15 and 11 lost their mother to cancer. Needless to say it has been rough and emotional for everyone especially the girls. We went to Walmart Sunday night to get some essentials and a few groceries and decided to do a Wendy's drive-thru. When we got to the speaker, a woman's said hold on. We did, waited and waited and waited. We couldn't drive off because cars were behind us. Finally a man said, why are you waiting? Have you gave your order? We said no and we gave him our large order and each said our sauce preferences. Needless to say, not one of the 4 bags included sauce and he had already left the window. We decided to just pull over and send the two girls in requesting sauce for all of us. The oldest spoke with a woman and said we just went through drive-thru and didn't gets sauces so can we have a few ranch and Bbq? The woman sat down 1 of each. My niece said, we will need more please, we have a large order for four. Before she could say more, the woman snarking at my niece said, "I'm not doing this!" My niece said, "look, I'm only 15 and I'm being nice, all we want is some sauce for our large order and your not giving us what need and all I'm asking is that you do your job." Then the woman slammed more sauce down and said, "Now get out!" When my niece got back to the car, she was bawling her eyes out. She said, "I don't understand! Why was she so mean to me? I aways try to be nice like you've taught me, and right now I just can't deal with this. I just lost my mom!" Now I'm fuming mad. Im sick and tired of people being rude and hateful because they think they are entitled, especially people who are suppose to be providing customer service. I don't care who you are, where you come from, stop with the hateful attitudes toward your customers. So I went and asked the young man at the counter to speak to the manager. He motioned for the woman of color who was working the window now to come over, she was one of the managers. She shook her head no, and motioned for a different manager to attend to me. He said nothing as I just shared loudly so the woman could hear too, her behavior was wrong and unacceptable. This woman should not be in management at all, and she certainly should not be dealing with any type of customer service. She is lucky I am not her boss, I would have walked her right out the door. After, my niece called so she could explain why she was so upset at the woman's behavior, all she was able to get out was, "I'm the person who just wanted sauces and my mom just died and ... Today I mad a rare stop at Wendy's and what a surprise, and not a good one. I was shocked when the order of Number 1 cost me $11.00. It was so crappy that I will never go there again. The order was confusing and the worker gave me the wrong meal at first, and told me to keep the soda, then my real order came and what a disappointment. This place was a joke! They had one person working the counter and the drive through at lunch. My group wasn't even acknowledged until we mentioned we only had 30 minutes for lunch. No apologies were extended or service for that matter. I wanted to try the new item advertised all over the restaurant, including the giant billboard next to the register, only to be told they didn't have it. When I suggested they remove the advertising, I was told it wasn't his job. Our orders took so long, we had to take them to go and they weren't even correct. Went through the drive thru this afternoon and was very grossed out and disappointed in the last at the window. She didn't acknowledge that I was there and continued talking to a coworker. She seemed very confused on what she was doing because I watched her walk back and forth with no clue on what to do. She kept coughing IN HER HAND while she was waiting for my order (and didn't wash her hands.) She didn't even check to make sure my order was right-which it wasn't. I'm a fan of Wendy's chocolate Frosty. Since I was in a different part of town waiting for my boyfriend I decided to drive thru the Riley St. location. First the frosty was completely melted & watery, when I took it back in to complain, the server said it was not working and asked if I wanted vanilla instead. No, I just wanted a refund. She tossed it in the garbage and told someone behind a counter to come and give me a refund. Next thing I knew someone else was walking up with a new chocolate frosting stating he didn't know why they gave me a melted one. Will not be going back again. I've been here numerous times, and every time this one particular lady works, my boyfriend's and my food is ice cold the last time I went there (12-10-19) we had cold burgers. Simple request, went back in and asked them to get remade. Not a major thing to ask- I was polite as I always am when asking for things like this.. never raise my voice or cause a scene. This one shorter woman who is usually in and works as the same time I go in there, consistently mutters under her breath and rolls her eyes. She had taken the burgers back and asked in a very sarcastic rude voice "do you want them made special?." Like WOW. I know she speaks spanish and has the idea that I don't know what she says. She is extremely rude and continuously disrespects me every time I go in there. To add, after she went back to remake them, the meat was not cooked all the way (causing me to get sick) and she did not even wear gloves! Do not go here if you enjoy being told to park in front, in the drive-thru! This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 months. If it Happens once, you get a pass, twice and you don't know how to run a business. 10 minutes later I get my food partly wrong. I said No tomatoes no cheese. Still got tomato. We've frequented this Wendy's for years, stopping there once or twice a month. I think we're going to have to rethink that after our last experience. We went through the drive through at around 5 PM last Saturday. When we got to the window we noticed the person at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves. We thought this odd, as most agencies have strongly recommended masks and gloves for all food workers. My wife asked the young man, in a friendly tone, why he wasn't wearing a mask. He looked confused and didn't answer. A young woman came up to him inside the store and asked "what did she say?" He told her we'd asked why he wasn't wearing a mask. She looked out at us, gave us an unfriendly stare and said, in a very sarcastic tone, "because it's OUR choice!" We said thanks anyway and drove out. We headed to In & Out burger where all employees 1) were wearing masks & gloves, and 2) were extremely friendly and polite. So I guess we won't be back to Wendy's any time soon. read more

Although my family goes here a lot, especially for the $1frosty's for the kids, my experience through the drive thru hasn't been the best. The people who are working the drive thru sound bored and rude and when you drive up I haven't received a smile or anything remotely friendly. One time I didn't get talked to when I rolled up. I just spent 15 minutes waiting behind one driver in the drive through, with two customers inside the store. He was given one bag, so I'm not sure what the holdup was, considering I only ordered a frosty. Beyond that, I get up to the window and an overweight white male is having a conversation with a much older white female, explaining to her not to touch his butt, and that he didn't grope another female in the store and "doesn't care what she says". The food ok but there is a major issue with this place . When using the drive-up window you have to use a very narrow lane which makes a very sharp left turn. Without thinking, I proceeded to use it and immediately heard a grinding noise from my left rear tire as it rode against the curb. My rim was badly damaged. I know it's a fast food joint, but I've never really had a "bad' experience at a fast food place until here lol. Yesterday I went here with my boyfriend and we were the only ones in line and nobody was in the drive thru so it wasn't like it was busy or anything. He placed his order then we began to wait. Well, 10 minutes passed and nothing. So we were like okay, we'll give them another 5 minutes. Another man came in and placed an order for two combo meals and he got his food before ours came out. Obviously they forgot about our order. So my boyfriend walks up and the guy who took his order was like "oh sorry for the wait man" and my boyfriend says it's fine. He sits back down. Another 10 minutes passed by and a woman who's asking for money comes in and asks everyone in the place for some money. Still no food. Another lady and her daughter comes in and gets in line to order, but nobody's helping her. The same guy walks up to the register and she's like "do you guys know you have a cone blocking your drive thru?" he ignores her. She gets fed up, says "this is stupid" then leaves. I don't blame her. Horrible customer service. By this point in time my boyfriend is fed up, goes back up to the counter and a different guy asks what he wants to order. My boyfriend explains that he placed his order twenty minutes ago and this guy profusely apologizes and offers a free frosty for the wait. We finally get our food and a free frosty. If it wasn't for that guy this would have been a one star experience. Never going to this location again. read more

Was the only person in the Drive through, waited 10 minutes to get a Baconator, 6 piece nugget and a drink. The baconator was cold to the touch when I got to it and tasted disgusting. Threw it away after a couple of bites. I paid $12 essentially for 6 nuggets and a drink. You could literally get 40 nuggets and 2 large drinks from McDonalds for that price. My husband and I were there on Saturday, late afternoon, for dinner. Our order was taken, the kid working at the register said there may be a delay as there were only two people working at that time. Was there ever a delay! It took about 20 minutes for us to get two cheeseburgers and French fries. We were given a free frosty for the delay and the employees were as nice as can be about the delay, but it does get irritating when drive-through customers take precedence over walk-ins.
