I drove through to order dinner. I got my order pretty fast. The food was hot and neatly wrapped and packaged. My chili and burger tasted good, no complaints. The chili is my favorite Wendy's menu item. Not a lot of fast food has chili on their menu.they do it right. The drive thru cashier was great. They only have one drive window. So don't forget and drive forward after paying. I almost did. D'oh. read more

Tried the new Wed Meal at Wendy's and it was a fun little combo. It came with fries, nuggets, and a vanilla sundae topped with some kind of berry syrup, which was sweet and good. The mystery sauce that came with the meal was interesting too, kind of like a spicy ketchup with a unique kick. read more

Wendy's - Wednesday Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Folsom, California

This Wendy's has been going downhill for a while now. Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. They all seem like it's an issue too. I hope the customers. Heard one lady say if you don't like it take your ass somewhere else. It takes over 10 minutes to get your order and then half the time they get it wrong. I went in tonight and got my burgers and was told that they are out of lettuce. The owner needs to do something step up and make it a better restaurant. It's unfortunate because I prefer Wendy's over McDonald's, but I guess I'll be going to McDonald's from now on. read more

Shitty ahh customer service. The drive thru worker today taking our order screamed at us when we tried to change our combo to a cheaper alternative. I'm trying my best not to be a karen because I know how it feels to deal with one, ironically I just got done working my 6+ hour customer service job, but that is simply not how you treat a customer for that type of request. i JUST went through the drive thru and i said "how many nuggets come in a nugget meal?" they said four, six, ten. so i said, okay let me get 6 nuggets. "okay what to drink?" said that damn worker. now this should be so simple and easy right? no! this incompetent worker gave me only six nuggets and a drink. now why on Gods green earth would you assume i only wanted nuggets and a drink if i asked for a meal. this is the second time this has happened and i am very unhappy. read more

See previous review on why this had more stars than other Folsom Wendy's but today it gets market crashed 2 stars for being understaffed and largely ignored when taking an indoor order and it takes a long time vs all the customers that went by in the drive thru in that timespan. Also the tables were dirty with people leaving their trash there and not tossing it but staff ignored as well as somebody was upset that they didn't offer him a water cup, didn't order anything so I guess that was fair. read more

This review is specifically for whatever girl answered the phone at 5:55pm on January 21st. I ordered Wendy's through door dash & when my order got here it was missing the 10 nuggets from the 10 piece nugget meal & also the cinnamon pull apart. Both of which I can see were correctly ordered through door dash. They are also both listed on the receipt attached to the bag but both items didn't show up. I placed another door dash order for the 2 missing items & called the store to ask if they could please make sure both items come this time. The lady was hella rude on the phone. I explained nicely I was missing 2 items & in a rude ass tone she says "what happened?!" Like girl you tell me tf??? (Ok I'm not really upset this is mostly satire but fr wtf do you mean what happened?? I'm CALLING BECAUSE I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!) anyways...you guys want $20 a hour but mess up food constantly. Make it make sense. read more

I visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. The food was excellent, and the frosty was perfectly frozen. Service was a bit slow, likely due to a short staff and a bit of a rush, but I don't mind waiting as long as the food is good and accurate, which it was. read more

We had a coupon for a free sandwich and delivery through door dash, so we were hungry and decided to get lunch. Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger - divine warm pretzel bun with crispy fried onions and a crunch from the pickles and a nice slice of muenster cheese all over the soft pretzel bun. Spicy Jalapeño Popper Sandwich - a spicy but delicious unique fiery blend of peppers and spices with silences of jalapeños to up the spicy level, cream cheese, crunch piece of chicken, and smoked applewood bacon with a cheddar cheese sauce. If you like spicy, this is your go-to sandwich order now, and thank me later when your mouth is burning with flavor and spice. Pub Fries - Natural cut skin on sea-salted fries topped with warm beer cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and crispy applewood sniffed bacon. The beer cheese sauce is fantastic and makes the fries so tasty you must try them. read more

This place consistently gets orders wrong, doesn't give you the sauces for nuggets, etc. Like, that is your MAIN job, getting the orders correct. As well, their mobile app has often provided an error code saying their system is down at that location. Which means you cannot apply discounts or use free rewards you've earned. Which seems like a scam to me. If one flavor of frosty is out they won't tell you, they'll just give you the other flavor and hope you don't notice. I personally think they want this location to fail. read more

This location has always been a good one. Always happy to come to Wendy's. Staff changes a lot but don't think I've ever had bad service for this several years I've been coming here. The store at iron point often has its dining room closed. This store is more reliable. read more

Honestly Wendy's is Wendy's. It's usually always good. The only issue I have with this location is every single time i have come here when I leave the drive thru something is missing in my bag. I would definitely recommend checking your bag before you leave. I wish I was kidding but it has literally been EVERYTIME. Now I check and have to run in ever time. And also this location does not give any sauce packets unless you pay for them. read more

I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and ate three bites before I realized the inside was completely raw. I went inside and asked for the managers number and was told to go find it myself online. No apology and no real care for this serious situation. I had to ask for my money back as they did not offer. This group of employees should not be preparing food. Customer service needs a lot of help. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this location in Folsom again. read more

Absolute horrible service! Went through the drive thru tonight and when I got to the window the "manager" had a terrible attitude and when asked what was the issue completely cussed me out because I had to turn on my card. There was no one else in the drive thru at all and she literally started cussing me out! I was completely shocked by her lack of professionalism considering she is paid 20$ an hour now. She then calls another employee to the window to "deal with me". Only to be flipped off and told go to another Wendy's and I told them there is so many people who would love a job and actually respect people. Her exact words were "I'm quitting anyway". I Guess 20$ an hour isn't enough. Crazy! read more

Unbelievably slow. Not blaming the employees but the management for not hiring enough people. There were only two people working !

I never go eat it fast foods but it was late at night and Wendy's was open. I ordered a salad for $7.99. I went home and I ate part of it went to bed, the next day for dinner I was going to eat the rest of the salad with my meal took a bite, I thought it was the Rosemary I put on the pork chops, I looked pulled out of my mouth a huge grasshopper like bug!!! I was so grossed out I went straight to Wendy's after throwing out my food. I threw out everything the salad the rest of the meal everything. I showed them the picture and got my money back. I will never eat another salad. Apparently they salad wasn't washed thoroughly. It was absolutely disgusting. This is never happened to me. FYI be aware of your salads. Too bad for Wendy's!! This Wendy's is the worst place I've ever been to. The Wendy's in Rancho is better and this is Folsom. Messed up our order twice. HORRIBLE. I can't believe the way this place is managed. The lady running this joint has NO business being in management. My son worked here to learn and to gain work experience but had no idea what the GM was saying half the time, he said it was awful. All she ever says was "Eye eye eye". Terrible communication, barley any English. The text thread he has with her is unbelievable and comical! He dreaded going to work. EVERY single time we went through and she took our order it was wrong, but he got In trouble for giving too many sauces. How do some of these folks even get a job, let alone a position to run a restaurant when they can't even communicate and speak English?! He still hasn't received his W2 and when he reached out to her to see if she had it, he was ignored! Then was told to quit contacting her. He left because of the terrible management and lack of communication! Horrible! 1 star because I can't leave 0 read more

Yelp should really come up with the 0 star rating cause this shit is ridiculous. Who doesn't love a hot juicy burger from Wendy's from time to time. But this location never fails to disappoint. Dry, cold and disappointing. Just got back to work so i could enjoy my Bacon Cheeseburger but guess what!!! I am so delighted to find that i have received JUST a Cheeseburger with onions. Poor customer service. Delivery was blocking parking lot and drive thru. Had to ask if they were still open after sitting in silence.

The manager was belittling the staff in front of everyone. She was over whelmed and not nice at all. The staff seemed shook over it all. Customers were apologetic to the staff because of the rude manager. Customers were leaving upset. I usually like Wendy's but this experience was horrible to say the least I work in guest service and this experience showed me that this manager should never have become a a lead. She yelled and belittled them a lot. It was sickening! Also yelling that she doesn't care if she gets fired! read more

It was kids day for us...so they get to choose. They chose Wendy's. They were very friendly, albeit a little busy. They almost got the order right! So, so close. Nothing detrimental though, and easily overlooked. We were through the full drive through much faster than I expected. That's all that really matters to me. As for the kids opinion on the food. The fried stuff, like the Nuggets and Fries, were fresh and crispy. The burgers were just how they like 'em. All in all, expectations were met. Good drive through times. Kids were happy. Thanks guys! Good job! read more

Had Wendy's last night, spent the night spilling my guts. The food tasted off. I'm really upset.

My father in law just went through the drive through. The guy taking his order was belligerent. He asked for a chicken pecan salad & the staff member proceeded to tell him that all of the salads have chicken. Dude! My FIL just wanted to order food. He didn't need a lecture. Plus they forgot my kid's chicken. Save your money and spend it at a place with better service. Ridiculous! read more

I went through the drive-thru here and I had my dog in the back seat. She barked a bit at him. Nothing crazy that a normal man couldn't take. Then the employee started saying rude remarks about my dog saying I have a crazy dog and saying my dog has a problem. like dude, if you can't take a SMALL dog barking at you, you need to check yourself. I have always used the drive-thru at this location. This evening (around 6:30) actually walked in to place my order! What a mistake! Dining room was filthy. There was a guy (no Wendy's uniform) kicking the food around the floor into a pile (which was about the size of a serving platter). At least he was working! Went to the counter and was ignored for, at least, five minutes. Some hunched-over guy was in the back, digging through the ice machine. No clue what that was about! Finally one of the cooks yelled "Someone will be right with you!" After another few minutes, we just left. This was the dirtiest and most poorly run Wendy's I have ever experienced. Got back in the car and deleted the app! Wish I could unsee the filth of this location! read more
