This place is the best McDonald's. I refuse to go anywhere else. Their food is consistently hot and fresh versus other locations where the food is stale. It never disappoints. Fries and chicken tenders are fresh out of the fryer. Crispy chicken sandwiches are always crispy and hot. It's my favorite place to stop at before hitting the highway on a long roadtrip. read more

Had to try the k-pop Demon Hunters special food. The fries were quite tasty and I appreciate that you could control how much of the seasoning tag to the fries. The purple demon sauce had a mustard flavor to it, which was unique. I placed the order through the app, which was very convenient. I use the drive-through so I can't comment on the ambience, but service was as prompt as could be expected during lunchtime on a weekday. read more

Stopped by here and had quite the experience. The drive-thru line was long, so I decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker--big mistake. No staff in sight, just kiosks for ordering. An elderly couple stood at the counter clearly needing help, but no one was available to take their order. It seemed like the drive-thru attendant was also responsible for the front, and while there was someone cooking in the back, that was about it. I ended up helping the couple flag someone down, but honestly, it felt like customer service had left the building entirely. I get that technology is taking over, but sometimes you need a human touch--especially for those who aren't tech-savvy. The whole situation was disappointing and a little sad. 3/5 stars because the food was fine, but McDonald's really needs to read the room and prioritize customer care. When going through the drive thru things have always been good in the past. By the time I was don't inside, the drive thru line was already gone. read more

This is the second review i've done for a mcdonald's outlet today.The first one was the complete opposite of this one. I love mcdonald's especially mcdonald's breakfast. I come here probably more than I should.Especially if you ask my doctor however, this is only my third visit to this location.And unfortunately, each succeeding visit has been worse than the previous. My first visit.The food was essentially thrown at me out.The drive through window with barely an acknowledgment or a thank you. The second my food was made wrong.It was fixed, but with much scrutiny and no apology. The third today was a pickup order.I was doing for a coworker.They wouldn't allow me to get.It was not nice about it and lost the sale. Each time it was the same manager at this place.Totally unfriendly, totally uncustomer.Service oriented, totally not wanting repeat visitors. This location was the only one in the suburbs open late. The drive-thru line seemed fairly long yet Bailey happily took our order with a cheery tone, going above and beyond typical fast food service. He apologized for the wait as the customer ahead of us ordered ice cream and the machine took a minute to be fixed. He even offered a Coke that was left behind! So I ordered something on the mobile app, and they failed to bring it to me. I was just following the sign on the table. Every table has a number. Came here for lunch with the kiddos. Walked in basically to an empty lobby besides one other customer who was waiting for her food. No staff were in site until they brought out her food. We had ordered through the kiosk and waited quite a while before our food came out. Not sure what took so long since there was no other customers and not much cars in the drive thru when we arrived. The burgers have definitely gotten smaller. The large fries was disappointing as it wasn't even full. The kids were happy they got McDondals but they did state they were still hungry afterwards. I am honestly surprised their ice cream machine worked. We didn't get any but before we left a customer came in and ordered ice cream and actually walked out with them. read more

I'm aware that most Mcdonald's close around 11-1 at night so I used my app to verify which locations are open later/24 hours. This location popped up and I verified on google the hours before we took the 20 minute drive as we both got off of work late. We drive up to the box to be greeted with a "this location is closed" pre recorded greeting. It's disappointing that google as well as the app were outdated or incorrect and this location unfortunately seems to be a common disappointment. read more

We were waiting for our RV to be serviced & ordered lunch off the app for the McD's location nearby. Besides the convenience, what I like about this app is they don't make your food until you get there & notify them what parking spot you're in. Most fast foods prepare the order right away & by the time you get there, the food is not hot, fries are lukewarm. It takes them less than 5 minutes to bring your order out which is well worth the wait. When I pulled into the parking lot, there was only 1 spot designated for mobile orders & 2 spots for couriers. The one mobile spot was occupied so I pulled in another spot & waited for the car to leave. I pulled into the mobile spot, notified them I was there, & waited. I find it hard to believe that a business as big as McDonald's only has 1 mobile pick-up spot? Seriously? When the young man delivered my order, I asked him about it & if there were other spots on the other side of their building. He didn't know but said if this spot is filled, to use the courier spots. I asked him how would I add it to the app since neither spot was numbered. Again, he didn't know. I don't fault him as he seemed like a new employee but was pretty friendly. My food was nice & hot, but there were no napkins! I don't recall on the app if I needed to add it & I've ordered at other locations without having to ask for it. McDonald's - pls add a few more designated mobile spots, not all of us want to go thru the drive-thru & add napkins to your orders! Thank you for fresh hot food & friendly staff. read more

I want to first start off by saying it's getting a generous 2 stars because i'm nice. I also want to say this is not the first time this has happened to me at this same location. This place isn't clean, doesn't have very nice employees, and can't get drinks right or burger orders. I personally have a food allergy and can't have onions. I just went through the drive-through this morning and was appalled that the server was wearing her mask only over her mouth and not her nose.
