We got the new Pineapple Chamoy milkshake with Tajin and it was quite different and a fun flavor to try. The french fries were seasoned, hot, and fresh. The Mexican style Lota burger and the Blake's chicken sandwich were equally delicious and worth the stop. I was throughly impressed with this place and it definitely deserves 5 stars for a fast food joint.

The chicken was fresh and crispy, not overly greasy like you sometimes get at fast food joints. The fried pickles were probably my favorite part--perfectly tangy with that light, crunchy breading. We got a couple different dipping sauces to try, and those added a nice kick of variety. It wasn't anything mind-blowing, but for the price and convenience, it was better than expected. Clean dining area, quick service, and the food came out hot. If you're passing through and want something satisfying without spending a ton, this place gets the job done. A respectable 4 stars.

I don't know, man I thought Jimmy John's was freaky fast that doesn't seem freaky fast to me. Maybe they should hire more employees or train the ones they have better.

The service was kind of iffy, the kid was nice but insanely quiet and whispery and it was EXTREMELY busy in there, every seat was occupied. I don't know what the kids been through or know him enough to let that affect the rating though so I'd say the service was good overall. It was super clean in there, everything was stocked it was just insanely busy and loud. Only reason this isn't a 5 is because the food was pretty bad but service and ambience were good enough to keep the rating high.

I appreciate this attention to detail. Complimentary hot chips and delicious salsa were provided. Drink service was fast, our waitress was personable, and the food was excellent. I ordered the Tampico and my husband ordered the Ixtapa. I'm celiac and had no reactions to my gluten free meal. I love that our tacos were served on half a corn taco shell to keep them free of the sauce from the other items on the plate. Nobody likes a soggy taco that falls apart, and Rubia's knows this, so they prevent it from happening. Something so small is so smart and made such a big difference. Their beer and cocktail menu was extensive. The biggest compliment I can give is that nearly every table was taken at 2:00 on a weekday, and still our food was awesome and the service was attentive.
