Honestly, the food is great. The burgers are fresh. The ingredients are fresh. The Cajun fries are awesome. But that being said. You get what you pay for. It is pricey. Also eating inside very nice and clean. I think they have a place that you can eat also outside. Clean restrooms various beverage choices. Also, their shakes are awesome really good. I think the biggest thing though about this particular place is the staff although they do have a little turnover they're always very friendly and that's a big difference when you're paying to eat somewhere and it's a little pricey, nice polite people that work there makes all the difference. I am visiting from out of town and this is my first time here in Farmington. I was craving a simple, delicious burger and decided to stop here for lunch. Great location, plenty of parking and nice large restaurant. The the female counter person was very helpful and explained the menu. I ordered the single patty cheeseburger, small french fries and small drink. The cheeseburger was simple, but delicious, fresh and I really enjoyed it. I love the fact that, after each bite, oil wasn't dripping from the burger, which happens in other not so great burgers. The french fries were also not greasy, which I appreciated. For a size small, it's large I could definitely be shared with another person. I love how the staff hustles; taking & making orders, cleaning tables & making sure the guests have a great dining experience. Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed my meal. Five guys is a fantastic establishment. However the staff behind the counter at this location are horrible! They could not ring up my order which I have ordered many many times before at various locations with no issue. 4 patties, Bacon and cheese. They were going to charge $22 for that when it would normally cost about $12 at other locations I've been. 100% dissatisfied in the service here. read more

Very good burger with a large range of free toppings,, decent fries and good service, but over priced

Came in and ordered a typical burger and went outside to wait in my car rather than hang out inside during the pandemic. Shortly after sitting in my car, a group of teen boys all went in without masks, and their orders were taken. They proceeded to hang out inside, again without masks, and management didn't have a problem with it. Being as such, I decided that I wanted my money back. I wasn't going to eat from a restaurant that doesn't take health risks into consideration. Maybe you should take that into consideration before eating here. read more

I was not expecting not that much but I was blown by the milkshakes the milkshakes were so tasty and such a perfect sweetness the fries were also so very soft and nice to chew I do recommend and a person with braces like me the burgers were perfect and not hard but then not soft it was right in the middle I will be coming here much more I do recommend to lots of people !! read more

Five Guys in Farmington NM is as every bit as good as the Five Guys in Albuquerque. Food is delicious and served quick. It's as usual as the other Five Guys, but in a little smaller dining area. If you've never been to Five Guys, it's wonderful. The burgers are usually double meat, but you can ask for the little burger....which is a single patty. Be careful when ordering the large fries, it'll feed a family of four easily! Food is delicious and the drinks are almost endless. Oh yeah, hat have complimentary peanuts so don't be shy and grab a couple of handfuls of peanuts. The serving staff sound like they're having fun and it does make it a bit loud in the dining area, but it's still a great place to have lunch and dinner. Come check it out read more

Boring. Once you get past the ambiance and the hype, and you bite into your extremely-well-done burger (...and you can't order it any other way), you realize this is nothing special. Your mom makes better burgers. These burgers wouldn't be out of place served at a high-school cafeteria. Every Five Guys I've been to in the US has been just like this. Yes, you get a crapload of fries, but that doesn't make up for the utterly unremarkable food. You're setting yourself up for disappointment by going here. The only reason we ate here was because Blake's had water issues and closed up early. The quality did not match the price. Plus, it took 25 minutes for four hamburgers and one order of fries. Absolutely rediculous! The food was bland and the cheese not even melted on a cheeseburger and the fries were soggy. read more
