I ran out of gas tonight just as I was coasting into the gas station. It was an emergency and I had left without my purse. One of your employees, not only let me use her phone to make an emergency call but she put gas in my car out of her own pocket. For someone so young to show so much kindness to a stranger is nearly unheard of. Thank you Nicole. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful person who works for firehouse subs. Don't fall for the rewards trick like I did, I've been eating here a couple of times a week since they opened. I downloaded the app to make it faster and I frequently send one of my employees to pick it up for me. Today I ordered and paid with the app and it asked me if I wanted to redeem the coupon for a free lg coke, I did and sent the picture to my employee telling her she could have the Coke as I had paid for one in a chip combo already. When she tried to get the 2 nd the guy told her I had to do it there at the store!!! The manager was walking by and told her "that's just the way it is" Wth what difference does it make if I'm at my office or at the store when I download the reward? Of that's the case they should say it's only good if you download it at the store. With all the confusion about the Coke she forgot my chips so as far as I'm concerned they owe me a bag of chips and a large Coke!!!! They may not get the chance as I'm debating weather I'll return. read more

Me and my family had never eaten at this place and we decided to try it , my dad got the steak and it was cold and the bread was soggy and it made him really sick later in the night. Then my mom got the hook and ladder salad and the ranch was not very good tasting she said it made her stomach hurt and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I got the turkey bacon ranch and I'm pretty sure I had food poisoning after eating it. This place does not seem very sanitary or safe especially for their prices. read more

I like Firehouse but I won't be back. I stopped by before work Wednesday 6/3/20. When I place my order the cashier Elysa or elyca ( not sure on spelling) is rude. When you are wearing a mask and all we can see is your eyes, you shouldn't roll them when the customer is ordering. Her tone is rude, she isn't polite and acts like she has better things to do than help the customer. This isn't the first time I've been "helped" by her and not the first time she's acted snotty. The last time I figured maybe she's having a bad day and I moved on. But after she rolled her eyes today I'm over it. I've usually had great service there. But this girl makes it a unhappy experience for me. I hope she can get some training or finds a new job that she can be happy at. But I won't be back to enjoy her attitude. read more

It's been awhile since there was a place in Farmington that sold hot sub sandwiches, which I have missed so much. Granted there are a couple of places that sell hot sandwiches, but I really miss having a dedicated sandwich shop. Firehouse sells a wide variety of sandwiches and enough sides to shake a stick at. I really enjoy the club and the engineer sandwiches. There are salads too! The place is really clean and it resembles a firehouse with huge bay windows and firehouse decorations. The people are friendly and the wait isn't long, but if you really want it fast...download the app and order online! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves a hot sandwich. read more

The food is really good, and it's fast. I really like every sandwich I've tried. And the big variety of drinks is great! I love the sweet tea. Only thing I would say needs improving is the way the little Hispanic manager speaks to the other employees in front of customers. She sounds real hateful to them and talks down to them. It was very unprofessional. I work in food services and you remember more of the people and service than you do the food. Everyone was nice to the customers, even she was nice to us but she wasn't nice to the employees. But uncomfortable moments witnessing that aside lunch was great! read more

It's okay, based on the sandwich alone, it's okay. My sandwich was very mushy, the bread was soggy from the mayo and the lettuce, you couldn't taste the bacon in the club. It was just a warm mushy bread filled sandwich. The staff was excellent, all involved were pleasant and eager to help correct a mistake quickly. Everyone had smiles on their face and called me by name. They all seemed happy to be there. I may visit again, but if their sandwiches are still mushy, then I'll head back to the other sandwich shop. read more

I tried this store again after getting extremely sick from there food months ago and I tried a different sandwich thinking that it wouldn't upset my stomach and that the only reason I got sick was because of my last choice of sandwich but I was very wrong I got an Italian sub and my friend got a turkey bacon ranch after we ate we felt so sick and we both ended up throwing up later in the day. While I was in the store all I could hear was yelling I felt so bad for the poor little workers because the manager just kept barking orders at them from aross the room basically right in my ear which was very unpleasant to top off my whole experience there I saw some girl standing on a table and washing the walls and she fell off the table and her manager told her to get back up and keep cleaning she didn't even ask if she was okay I felt so bad for her I wanted to ask if she was okay it seemed very unsafe for her to be up there like she was this place is just not my cup of tea I'll take my business elsewhere and stick to subway or a better local sub shop. read more
