The food and customer service is terrible! They got my order wrong twice, didn't have ketchup or bbq sauce available, put terrible looking lettuce and tomato on sandwich. I had a specific order for a child that has allergies which was a simple plain patty nothing on it. Are they trying to hurt customers with their lack of attention to an order? On the night of January 29th, 3 friends and I participated in the 8th annual Supreme Nugget Adventure -- a day that celebrates chicken nuggets from various fast food places and the power of friendship. After starting our adventure off at the McDonald's down the street, we made our way to this specific Wendy's location. We weren't helped right away, as the employees at the location seemed to be prioritizing the drive-thru. After about 4-5 minutes of waiting, one of the employees took our order. "We'll have 20 chicken nuggets, please," I said with a smile. When he asked what sauce we'd like, I timidly asked "Do you have S'Awesome Sauce?" To which the young employee politely laughed and said "I don't know what that is." (Making me feel old) While we did not get off on a great foot -- I had asked for sauce recommendations, to which he replied "I can give you a spread of all of them." Splitting 20 nuggets among 4 friends is no easy feat -- but by supplying us with a spread of various sauces, we were able to complete our second stop on the adventure and have deep conversations over which sauce complimented the nugget the best. Compared to the other stops on our adventure, Wendy's did lack in the quickness department, resulting in us waiting almost 15 minutes between arrival and nuggets in-hand. read more

This Wendy's doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. It is the worst Wendy's I have had the misfortune to visit. The takeout order is consistently wrong or incomplete. My last order included a salad, got home only to find the dressing and pecans were missing. Tonight the Taco salad didn't have the chips, salsa or sour cream. I have learned to check the order and had to ask for it. However, when I arrived home, I discovered that my Baconator was left out of the order. Drove back to request the missing Baconator. I was quizzed about what else I had ordered, before I finally received the Baconator that I paid for. Food quality is questionable, for example the chili topping for the Taco Salad no longer uses ground beef, but instead uses chopped up old hamburgers. If your in the area, try Chick-Fil-A or Freddy's just across the street. read more

What's happened to Wendy's? Their salads use to be so good. I just came back from getting two salads - one Strawberry Chicken Salad and one Ceasar Chicken Salad. Both salads contained old hard chicken. The other parts of the salad were fine but man, the chicken was terrible and so little of it. Ripped in here around nine two nights ago tired and hungry after a very long day of being on the road. The store itself looks very nice as it has recently been through a major renovation to turn it into one of those "Bistro" looking Wendy's. Get to the order point and do our thing no problem. Get to the window for pickup and everything falls apart. The apples for the kid's meals are suddenly not available. Why? Who's to know but their not available? I ask about alternatives and I'm told it's fries or bust. That doesn't sit well with me so I inquire about sour cream and chive potatoes and hell, I'll even pay for it if I have to. Initially the guy says sure but then a minute comes back and nope, they're out of potatoes for the night. Also if I do want fries it'll be "a few minutes" as they're out and have to make another batch. So I ask, pray tell what the hell do you have right now? Nothing but a Frosty. Totally not what I wanted but if it's what I could get right away without waiting or without an up charge, whatever. Shannon S. needs to get a grip. I don't give a damn if this place is staffed with a bunch of minimum wage workers trying to hustle to make what they make or if it's staffed with a team of Porsche salesmen who are all making six figures and could care less. Inept is inept. Here's what it comes down to: 1. Actually be able to produce the items that are on your menu when the store is open. 2. Don't tell me at the order point you can do something only to tell me when I get to the window that ooops you can't do that nor can you do much of anything. Updated interior looks great! They have a defined line, which is more then some. I like how they have a pick up window located away from the ordering station. The service was fast and friendly. The interior was fresh and clean. The food was hot and fast, normal fast food quality. They also have a nice outdoor seating area, which is great for nice days! read more

Small drink lid dispenser - empty. Manager in back with headset on filling take out orders - oblivious to the disarray. Food - fair at best. They should walk across the street and COPY Chik-fil-A's model. They are the real professionals when it comes to customer service. I won't return to Wendy's. read more

The person who took my order was very nice and friendly but the person who gave me my meal was rude disgustingly dirty her finger nails had scum under them as she's touching my fries and nuggets with NO gloves on how unsanitary is that !!! Ex-worker here. I can clear up somethings. I quit last year. (Thank God!) 1. Wait times. This Wendys cannot handle rush times. Mostly due to the fact that the store was constantly understaffed and the cookers did not put down enough fries/meat, so customers had to constantly wait for fresh food. The longest I saw someone wait was 20 minutes max. 2. Hygiene. In response to Emilymae T. The hygiene gets more atrocious as the night goes on. I've seen employees make salads without gloves because "putting on gloves takes too much time." At night, I have seen my MANAGERS on multiple occasions make sandwiches without gloves on. It's easier to get away with because at night because the dine-in closes at 10pm and nobody can see you in drive-thru. Additionally, it was VERY COMMON for hungry employees to sneakily eat nuggets when nobody was looking. They would put their hand into the heating tray and just take one. Speaking of hygiene, I was once sick and called off and the manager had the audacity to call me and leave a voicemail saying "you need to come in if you don't have a doctors note." I didn't have a doctors note because I'm not going to the doctor for a common cold. I decided to delete the voicemail and I still didn't show up. 3. Closing Time. In response to John D. There was a glitch in the speaker where the closing announcement was supposed to go off at 12:00AM. For some reason, it was going off at 11:30PM. Employees had the ability to cut-off the announcement by speaking to you, but most of us didn't feel like it because we wanted to go home early or our managers told us to just ignore you. The glitch is no longer there I believe. 4.Meat Availability. In response to Autumn B. The average chicken sandwich takes 6 minutes to cook. Many times, they run out of a certain type of chicken and will recommend you to get another type unless you want to wait the 6 minutes. I would wait for the 6 minutes because you'll be guaranteed a fresh chicken. After the grilled chicken is cooked if it isn't immediately used then it is often left in a container that has water in it. This is so that the grilled chicken doesn't dry out. I've seen employees serve dried out the chicken to customers. 5. In response to Christopher C. No...you need to get a grip. It's a fast food restaurant that employs minimum wage workers for about $8. (I got more because I worked closing shift.) Anyway, the point is that the employees really don't care if you don't come back. It's one less customer for them to deal with. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. If you want something done then you need to fill out the survey on the back of the receipt instead of complaining on Yelp. The district manager sees all the responses and yells at the store manager to fix the problem. (You'll most likely get a free meal if you leave a negative review.) I snooped around the manager computer when I worked there and apparently the district manager emails the store manager every time there is a negative complaint. Like I said, I don't work here anymore so I'm not sure if these practices have changed or not. I can only speak for myself and what I have seen. Anyway, Chick-fil-A is right across the street so I'm not really sure why you decided to eat Wendys instead of Chick-fil-A. Your loss. read more

We don't go to fast food to often but my wife wanted to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. We found that the sandwich was not very spicy and needed salt and pepper. The limeade we had was three fourths full of ice which translates to not much beverage. My small chocolate frosty was fine or as I remembered. The bathrooms where dirty. Sinks and urinal. The urinal had a plumbing leak from the water supply so there was a three foot wet spot/pond around the urinal. The towels were out so wet hands to exit the bathroom. My wife went to the women's bathroom and informed me that the toilet paper was almost out. What TP was there was single ply tissue which felt like half ply (funny). It was out when she finished. The restaurant was of very average cleanliness. We will not be going back to Wendy's any time soon. read more

It is comfort food after a terrible & late night at work (hours are good here as well). I have had bad experiences at this Wendy's twice. The first time when the drive-thru speaker was broken,and we had to order at the window,they were not prepared at all to handle the orders. I went there again tonight, and had to wait a few minutes to get to the window,while the car in front of us was there. When we got to the window,they handed us our food right away,but not our drinks. We had to wait at least another 5 minutes just for two sodas. The one employee was standing around doing nothing,and another one thought we left and was about to give us the next order. This Wendy's gave me a soda that was drunk from by the occupant of the car in front of me(they messed up her order and I watched her drink from it, hand it back, and the staff simply put the lid back on the soda and handed it out to me). I confronted them and they denied it and refused to give me a new drink. When I checked the bag for the correct order there were dirty napkins that appeared to be used in the bag. I went to this Wendy's a few weeks ago and after waiting in a long slow line, I came to a sign that said "next time use the app and avoid the line". The next time I ordered (and paid) via the Wendy's app. I arrived and couldn't find designated spots for pick up of mobile orders. I saw a male employee bring out someone their meals and gave them my assigned pickup name. I was told by him to get in line and to tell them I pre-ordered via the app since they do nothing with app orders until you get to the speaker. That made no sense, so I asked to have the manager come out to explain this to me. I was told that no manager was on duty. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge (it was Sunday 8/9 at 6 pm). A women came out and said there was no sign saying what I claimed it said. I asked her to follow me to the sign which she read and said "that's not right". I pointed out that it was a preprinted sign in Wendy's colors. She just kept repeating, that's not right and ripped the sign out of the ground. When she told me to get in the 10+ car line, I told her to cancel my order. She said that she couldn't do that since I already paid for it. She then said someone would bring out my order and they did. Don't bother using the Wendy's app for this store. This is a poorly managed location (see other ratings). It's Wendy's, people. Get a grip. It is definitely faster service when you go through the drive-thru, I've noticed. What holds up the line is people who want exactly seven pickles or who get to the window/register and have no idea what they want. They serve burgers, fries, and chicken y'all. Let's all do our part to keep the line moving. Know what you want and have your money ready. It's not quantum physics. The people there are hustling to get the food out. They are clearly understaffed at times, as one reviewer pointed out. I'm not sure why this is the fault of the employees or the management team. The employee turnover rate at a fast food chain is high. I love the huge fountain drink machine that has about 4 dozen drink options. There's free refills from the fountain and I can control the amount of ice I get. The fries there are good, not McDonald's good, but better than the travesty that is Burger King fries. In conclusion, it's fast food, not a Michelin rated restaurant. The people there are working hard for minimum wage. Do your part to move the line along and help out your fellow spicy chicken sandwich lovers. read more
