I went back to give this place another chance, McDonald's Eagleview Blvd. Employees need to be versed on customer service, some are young and some other, but all don't know what customer service is about. Attitudes on some are sad, the manager needs to train his people or hire better. Drive thru windows are extremely dirty from inside to out. Food again was cold like it was sitting there for a while. Employees act like they are doing you a favor some need to learn cleanliness and go to a safeserv class. The McDonald's in Exton puts this place to shame. read more

On the night of January 29th, 3 friends and I participated in the 8th annual Supreme Nugget Adventure -- a day that celebrates chicken nuggets from various fast food places and the power of friendship. McDonald's was the first stop on our adventure, and WOW! We have never been helped faster. I frequently visit this specific McDonald's location for breakfast and have never had a poor experience. My friends, 2 of whom were first time visitors, even commented on the quickness of service and the temperature of the nuggets, which must have came directly from the fryer. Together we split 20 nuggets evenly amongst the 4 of us, and opted for my personal favorite sauce, Sweet and Sour. You simply can't beat a hot McNugget. Do not go to this McDonald's; please save your hard earned money and time. Mainly would go to this location due to convenience however I had to stop going through the drive through as I knew every order would have something wrong with it. Recently got nuggets with sauce and when I wanted an extra one, it charged 30 cents and they didn't even put it in the bag. The workers do not really care about good service or making sure your order is correct. They do not keep up with cleaning that well / have issues with making sure the food is quality. Another example I can include was when I ordered a sweet tea and it was completely unsweetened tea that tasted gross, like it was brewed incorrectly. It is located near the Pottstown pike and near wawa, etc, on uwchlan Ave. Decent place to visit. Ordered for French fries and soda through drive in and very fast with 2 lanes. Nothing to complain staff is friendly and quick. Little tough to locate entrance for this place, but it has ample parking. read more

How do you rate a fast food joint when there's thousands of them, at times separated by mere miles or city blocks at times? Well here's why I find this McDonald's to be the best McDonald's I've ever visited between more than 10 states and dozens if not hundreds of cities. The fries are always hot crispy and fresh. That in itself is reason enough. But more so all of if their food is solid, never had a half cooked burger or dried out sandwich. Their ice cream machine has not once been broken, I know I know. But the icing on the cake is how quick they are, whether it's in store, drive thru or even DoorDash. A story if you will. I got a number 5 through the drive through, paid at the first window. At the second window, the pick up window I ask if I can order another fry, they said yes. 27 July 2019** Food We both went for the Grand McExtreme. Both were dry, almost non existent sauce and onion. The bacon was overcooked as was the burger. We found we had to ask for extra sauce for we could not find any in or around the beverage/ napkin/ straw area. The small fries my wife had were proper. My large fries arrived about 75-80% full. This indicates inconsistent portion control, which is unlike McDonald's. My wife had an iced coffee which she said was good. I had a blue raspberry slushy which I thought was too sweet. Atmosphere. The building had been rebuilt awhile back so is practically new. The inside was clean. We did not check the bathrooms for cleanliness. Staff The staff(young lady) at the counter was polite and prompt. Spoke with a good cadence, articulation and diction. In all we were disappointed in the food. The advertisements for that new sandwich got us to come in to try it. We were disappointed in the lack of follow through. read more

OMG! I went on a Friday night about 7 pm with my daughter. Order a Happy Meal and a Chicken Wrap combo for myself. 1 - No clean tables. 2 - No ketchup. 3 - My wrap had giant thumb holes in it. I went up front and asked for a fork and knife so I could try and eat it that way. 4 - Unwrapped wrap and found hairs in it. 5 - Asked manager for new meal. 6 - Received new meal with more holes. What prompted me to review a McDonalds rather than my normal bougie brunch joint? Well... while the food was pretty run of the mill, there were a number of minor annoyances that made my overall experience less than enjoyable. I like to dip my McChicken in buffalo sauce, but upon arriving at the first window I was told they were all out. I said that was fine and said I would like just a signature sauce, so he told me to tell them at the next window. So Strike 1 = lack of communication and lack of my favorite sauce. Then, I am given 1 sauce, which is nowhere near enough, which I do not realize until I am left with the second half of my meal and no dipping sauce. Next, as I reach into the bag, I notice that both sandwiches are almost completely visible, due to a poor wrapping job. One of the buns is halfway off of my McChicken, and that and the McGriddle are just about touching, so strike 2 = carelessness. Lastly, I am parched, so as I go for my soda, I realize they forgot to give us a straw, and I am not going to return to the "restaurant" just to retrieve a straw, so I allow my salty mouth to be dry for the remainder of my drive home, which brings me to strike 3=forgetfulness. Luckily there is never a shortage of McDonalds locations, nor is this local, so I never have to go here again and run the risk of having an unimpressed experience. read more

Tried the drive thru and the guy couldn't hear me and spoke like he had marbles in his mouth. He didn't seem to understand I wanted the #8 sandwich and not the meal.
