Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, chili a baked potato and no soft drink. They forgot the potato after I received the meal and sat down to dine. I then had to get up, ask, and wait. They still charged me extra $3 for the potato. The sandwich and chili were quite tasty. The potato, not so much. Total cost was still over $20. On Monday April 21at around 1:00 I asked for everything fresh, the guy who took my order told me everything is fresh because of how busy they been,, a big lie, I should have known because it wasn't busy, parking lot was empty only one car in drive through no customers inside, I order the spicy chicken sandwich combo, chicken sandwich and fries was cold, no ice in ice machine, i usually love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and hot fresh fries not this time!!! The wait was so long at this location. I counted at least 8 workers behind the counter and a whole lot of standing around. We cancelled part of our order and they were beyond annoyed, even though there's was no way they were working on our order, yet, because they were moving so slow. One of the workers mocked what our kids were saying to us and they were all shooting us dirty looks. Terrible customer service. We've been traveling all week through five different states and not one person has treated us the way they did. I had ordered no cheese on my salad, and when my husband clarified, the lady was so annoyed and said someone was going to have to make it special-- but the order kiosk said the salads were fresh-made, so I don't know why she was so put-out by that. I work at as a wendys associate at another store and i was appalled coming in here. There was no line and no wait, or there shouldn't have been!!! The dinning room was a mess almost every table had crumbes and the floor a mess. I know what the menu is and they gave us regular buns instead of premium buns. The wait was terrible it took 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches all medium combos with no wait ahead of us. The condiment station was a disaster and most if the drinks on one machine were out. read more

Stopped in here for a quick bite as we were passing through town for home. This Wendy's is never very busy so we stepped right up to order a few of our favorite things. You can't go wrong with some chili and a frosty. The chili is nice and hot with crackers on the side. I like to put mine on a baked tater. We tried the new Chicken Ranch homestyle sandwich. It looked delish on the menu board, but came out with a huge chunk of bad lettuce. We picked that off and ate it anyway :( We always seem to order from the $ menu and get more bang for our buck! Can't beat a Jr. Bacon Chz burger or the chicken nuggets. They have the fancy new push-button soda machine, so you can pick and choose while mixing and matching! Dining area was a little dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down, so we sat at a small table. There were kids inside playing tag, while they waited for their mom to come pick them up. A bit annoying but we made it through ok. Bathrooms were ok. With a family of girls, its nice to pitstop at a "2-holer" toilet! Tips and Tricks.... For a lite bite, get a jr. frosty! Just big enough to sample but not enough to get full. Try putting the chili ON the baked tater--get cheese and fresh onion sprinkled on the chili too. That's an option that they may not ask but WE know it's the way to eat chili! The last time I ate here I should have turned around as soon as I saw the trash all over the ground outside of the front door. This was at 11am. It had obviously not been changed sense the day before. The experience just carried on in the same manner. I stood in line for 15 min just to order, then I stood as watched the entire place fell apart. Tables dirty, Potato rotten. When I took my food back up to receive a different side, the register operator had to yell for a manager to wander up from apparently sitting in the office. I mean seriously! Go out to the Dining room and clean for your guests. I will not go back. The chili I got as a replacement had huge chunks of what appeared to be old meat from the grill. Horrible all the way around. They messed our order up with the family in front of us....and they have a 65 year old lady that has Alzheimer's working the front cash register and food delivery to the customers. If I could give this Wendy's franchise a zero I would. Truly believe it is the worst run in the Wendy's world. I have to believe if corporate truly knew half the issues this location has they would pull the license on it. How do you have an oven that seems to be down more than fixed and run out of beef, potatoes, Diet Coke, chili? (All issues today). These are all staple items of their menu. Today is not the first time this has been the case. Even pre-Covid they had inventory issues. We stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home to Salt Lake. The drive through line was ridiculously long so my husband decided to go in and order to go. That was a HUGE mistake. Our take out took nearly an hour, that's right, you read that correctly, an HOUR!! Maybe we were the dumb ones to continue to wait but we were starving by this point since we hadn't eaten since the night before and it was way past lunch time and if any of you get like me where this Hangry monster comes out. All other fast food establishments had just as long lines so that was out of the question. What both of us realized is the workers were prioritizing the drive through line over those that were waiting in the dinning room. It seemed for every 10 drive through cars they got one "take out" order. Had we known this was the game we would have waited in that long drive through line. 23 Hungry Scouts and a Home-run!! We showed up on our way home after a week long scout trip with 23 scouts and leaders. A situation I'm sure they see all summer long. Right off we were greeted with a welcoming smile from I think the best Wendy's cashier of all time "Kory". She new exactly how to handle this. Each boy and leader ordered and and gave their name to call out each order per individual's tray. Food was hot and on the tray by the time the 3rd person behind had even ordered. Food was hot and fresh. We felt like a formula one racer coming in for a pit stop serviced by the a finely tuned and trained pit crew of sweet spirits! The dining room was as clean as a Wendy's gets. The restrooms were everything they needed to be. Way to go Team Wendy's Evanston!! You killed it!!! read more

If I could give this place a "0" I would. My husband ordered a burger & I ordered a baked potato with bacon & cheese. The baked potato that I had was beyond disgusting. The potato was almost black. It was soggy & mushy like, not at all the consistency of a baked potato. It looked almost rotten. We had traveled for hundreds of miles that day. Well remember your in Wyoming... At a fast food restaurant. Were there flaws and some hiccups in the service? Absolutely.
