This place was straight up delicious. Best steak I've ever had, hands down. It's not a fancy place, but the food was just out of this world.

We had the best Steaks EVER! I had the ring eye. Husband had New York. Cooked perfectly, almost fork tender!

Trash. Not worth the time or money. Steaks undercooked and took about 40 minutes to get our food. People seem nice i guess.

Went here on whim while driving back to park city from Wyoming. As a fine dining location, the…read moreportion sizes are on the smaller size so we ordered 2 appetizers, 1 entree per person, and a dessert to share. We left full and satisfied! I always admire the science behind fine dining flavors. Normally I'm not a mushroom or raw meat kind of person, but the Yuta chef made those things and everything else taste so good! We would definitely return for a special occassion. My husband wants to renew our vows here someday. Here is what we ordered: Wine - Cab, Hall, Napa (great full bodied option!) Ceviche app Beef tartare (liked this one more) Short rib entree (AMAZING, husband got this, wish I had) Iberico pork entree (good, but liked short rib more, the peaches were ) Raspberry S'more dessert (WOW!!!! Still dreaming of this)

Last night reminded us again why we stopped going to Yuta. While it is a beautiful restaurant and…read morethe food is pretty solid, the service is awful. The main problem with the service is the mandatory 20% gratuity. While we usual tip this, the service is awful because there is no incentive for the servers to work hard. We sat almost 20 minutes at times waiting for our server to come by and ask if we need anything. We were forgotten and ignored by not only our server, but the management as well. For a dinner tab that topped $600 with only 1 cocktail (table of 4) this is unacceptable. I would have rather eaten at Kita where the food is equal (if not better) and the service is always on par with the price. Also, if you have a food allergy, be warned. An amuse-bouche was sent out that contained gluten. This was told to our waiter prior to anything being ordered. Thankfully the diner was aware of this not being gluten free. Unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. This will be our last time at Yuta.

The pasta was delicious , and the bison was cooked beautifully. Beyond the food, the service was attentive and genuinely warm without being overbearing. Overall, it was a lot of fun because the mugs came out with cotton candy on top and the waiter then poured the hot chocolate over it. It was mesmerizing watching the cotton candy get melted from the fresh hot chocolate. We had a reservation and did not get our hot chocolate for 45 minutes which I thought was odd because it was just drinks but maybe they had to prep it? Take note that they advertise this event as $25 per person which seems affordable, but then if you want to add pastries that is an additional fee that added up to $50 per person. A= Appearance - All of the food looked so pretty! It was similar to a high tea experience, but with hot cocoa. We were right by the fire and it was very much a cozy vibe because our chairs consisted of couches and big furniture chairs. T= Taste - The hot chocolate was very rich, in fact the waiter explained that it was purely chocolate. There was a separate container for milk and whipped cream to dilute the hot chocolate during the meal. However, it was still quite rich! If you're a huge dark chocolate fan you would love it. My favorite pastry was the raspberry jam shortbread cookie and the savory lobster roll. They had a variety of eclairs that were fruity and chocolatey. The mango one was yummy! I could not have eaten it on my own because they were also rich. The best tip I have is to go family style and share everything!
