We have never had JJ's before so we decided to stop as it was lunch time and we had been on the road all morning. The staff was super friendly and explained the menu to us. 09/05/26 Stopped in and the place was extremely busy and full of people, which is very good for a sporting event weekend. We stood in line for approximately 10 minutes, patiently waiting for our turn. The entire time one of the workers, (assuming it was the manager), stood by the front counter yelling throughout the restaurant about another employee and wanting days off instead of working. He went on and on very aggressively and loud enough that the atmosphere was very uncomfortable for everyone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING FOR THE BUSINESS. After a long day on the road, the last thing we wanted to do after getting to the hotel was get back in our car and head to a restaurant. We placed our order at 6:44 and by 7:05, we had our sandwiches in hand and the order was PERFECT. Everything we asked for during customization was there. The driver was courteous. Worst JJ I've ever been to. I had to wait 40 mins for my online order. I asked them 4 times about the online order. There were 3 people in line while I was waiting who all got their orders before my online order that was placed 40 mins before them. There was also a little girl running around in the back where the food was being prepped. I hope there will be strict policies placed when it comes to being "freaky fast" and the cleanliness of the store with kids in the back. read more

This is a very good Jimmy John's location. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Also, the bathrooms are extremely clean. I was doing a long drive and the clean bathrooms were much appreciated. I recommend this John's location, if you are in the mood for a sandwich. read more

We stopped at 12:15 on July 25, 2022. The foul language being spewed loudly by the big guy with gauges ears was utterly ridiculous. And, believe me, I can appreciate the F word, but to be throwing it around in a place of business is not cool. He used multiple F bombs talking about how his job sucks. Not impressed. We went here because my ditest for subway and how they skimp on everything, and faced the same issue here. Yes the service was kind and fast but the sanwhich was so blanned and barely had anything on it. The selections are all basic and no room to customize. Not to mention all the tables were so dirty. We kept waiting for someone to wipe them off but we ended up wiping off our own table to sit and eat. The prices aren't great either, especially for what your getting. There is absolutely nothing freaky fast about this place. 30 minutes in the drive through to move ONE car length.

I ordered a Vito add Turkey as always. I also add Jimmy mustard and I ordered a Diet Coke. It came with no mustard and the Coke was filled to the rim with ice. I asked if I could have a refill as I was traveling from California and they said no!!! This wouldn't of happened in Cali.. so basically I have a dry sandwich and a cup of ice.. other than that I always stop for Jimmy John's . I just realized on my doggies slim sandwich I ordered it on WHITE BREAD, and it came on a roll.. pay attention to detail read more

I usually love Jimmy Johns and I've eaten at this Jimmy Johns before without problems. Overall I'm pleased; however, this time I'm thinking the boys were in a hurry to clock out. I always order an unwich and emphasize that I NEED to avoid bread as much as possible --I understand cross-contamination is a thing-- and usually the staff is amazing.. this time the there was no regard for my request. I also ordered the #5 to go-- we travel a lot. I hate mayonnaise or mayo or whatever that white stuff is. Gross. No where in the description (I double checked) is there mayo. The sandwiches are pretty good, but every single time I've purchased from them they screwed up my order.. it's not a big deal but it will slowly drive you insane. The food is usually super fresh and has a good taste. I recommend any of the club sandwiches and if you want something super plain or have a picky eater in your household all the slims work pretty well. Also delivery time is not bad, I didn't feel like I was waiting forever when I had mine delivered. (I never do so I was impressed and have lack of experience) Overall it's not an amazing 5 star place, but it's good for something tasty and quick or if you're a sandwich lover like me. read more

On 7/19, my 90-year-old mother and I used the drive-thru at jip-u-john's in Evanston, WY. We paid for our sandwich order with a $100 bill. The cost of our order was $49.64. We received $.36 in change. I told the jip-u-john's attendant that she owed me $50. Simple math shows that $100 - $49.64 = $50.36. The jip-u-john's attendant insisted that I gave her a $50 bill. I told her she was wrong. This continued for several minutes. A second jip-u-john's attendant came to the drive-thru window. She also insisted that I did not pay with a $100 bill. I said that I absolutely paid with a $100 bill. She said I paid for our order with a $50 bill. She refused to believe me. I said that I was coming inside the store. After waiting 15 minutes or more, the jip-u-john's manager told me that I paid for our order with a $50 bill. I said I did not. He said I did. I said I did not. This continued for several minutes. I told the jip-u-john's manager that I was going to call the police. He said he would call the store owners. An officer arrived. I explained what had occurred. The jip-u-john's manager insisted I was wrong. The officer asked the jip-u-john's manager to check the drive-thru cash till and other cash tills. The officer asked if he found a $100 bill. The jip-u-john's manager said he found one $100 bill and several $50 bills. He said the $100 bill he found was not the $100 bill that I used to pay for our order. The officer asked to review the drive-thru video and other store videos. The jip-u-john's manager said he would need to ask the store owners about the request. The jip-u-john's manager said he would need time to access the video cameras. The officer said he would contact me after he reviewed the video cameras. Today is 7/29 and I have yet to hear from the officer. My mother and I were fleeced for $50. The rude, unprofessional conduct of the jip-u-john's staff was unacceptable. One of the jip-u-john's employees either made a mistake and wouldn't admit to it or pocketed $50. I can accept a mistake if it's acknowledged and corrected. I cannot accept theft. When anyone pays for a food order at the jip-u-john's drive-thru in Evanston, either with cash or a credit card, make certain to review your receipt. Never Ever Again.! Had to make a pit stop here on a trip and wanted to eat healthier than your typical fast food. I figured JJ was fast so it would be easy. I ended up going in and asked about 3 things on the menu and the person taking my order didn't know the menu. He asked me questions and in the end got my order wrong. It took quite a long time to get my two sandwiches (probably 5-10 minutes). When I got them though, wow! There was absolutely NOTHING on them. I basically paid money for bread. Had I not needed to get back on the road I would have gone in and said something once I had noticed. I even paid for avocado spread, but you couldn't even see it (so I'm guess it wasn't there). I like the beach club sandwich. They are freaky fast. The sandwiches are real fresh and tasty. One time my family went through the drive up window and the person a head of us paid for our sandwiches. (pay forward) I like the fact that the owner is a hunter. That motivates our family to want to go there because we have a lot in common with him. We love you Jimmy John's. read more
