I grab late night food from this location about once every week or two. I usually am picking up food around 11, as I work 2nd shift. I always have fresh, hot and great food! I think the guy that I normally see is Devin? The young man is always hustling and working his tail off to ensure everything is getting done! The man is always running around and taking care of so many things. There was also a female there this evening with long braided hair. She had returned from a delivery and then boxed up my sandwiches, pizza and grabbed my drink. I didn't catch her name but she was extremely kind and courteous. Considering it is 11pm, this place is always super busy. Even with the small crew they kick butt and do an outstanding job. I hope this post gets them some form of recognition because they are always working so very hard!! It was Wednesday, July 23rd at about 1115 pm. Even with orders coming in online, customers placing orders at the cash register and folks arriving to get their food; they always somehow find time keep the store very neat and clean. Well, the address listed here on Yelp 1023 Main IS INCORRECT!! Please update. Also, when calling the phone number listed here, we actually called and went to the store out by McDonald's and Jimmy Johns. Your staff member, Lena could use some additional training with customer service. Upon ordering she failed to let me know and or work with me. If I had chosen the three topping vs the two topping it would have saved me $8. Not gonna lie, that chapped my hide that I had to question the sticker shock I received over the phone for a basic pizza. Boy were we impressed From the nice young man on the phone who took the order to the nice delivery boy to the awesome food We ordered a large fully loaded pizza with the Brooklyn crust ( big plus.. The carry anchovies !!) Also got the new chicken pieced one with bacon an cheese an other jalapeño pineapple .. I was passing through Evanston last Saturday (Dec. 17th) and stayed the night at a hotel. I noticed on Yelp that a good number of the local food establishments did not fair well in reviews. I only considered Dominos after I had seen a delivery driver deliver to the hotel I was staying. I haven't had Dominos in over a decade, so I wasn't particularly keen. However, I was hungry. Over the phone the customer service was really great. I am a vegetarian and had plenty of questions. They were patient and kind. I ordered a Spinach and Feta pizza and was pleasantly surprised at how scrumptious it tasted. Really. Scrumptious. My only criticism is it was a bit saltier than I would have liked. I can say not all Dominos are equal. This place was definitely better than some Dominos I patronized in the past, and in bigger cities. read more

I call in a Pizza for Delivery and when it arrives, it is not what I ordered. I call the Lady back that took my order and she proceeds to tell me that it was what I ordered. UHM....NO its not. She was very rude about the mishap and I would of been totally happy to take it back and hopefully they could make my order correctly. A person mess up on our order and we ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken wins and Dr pepper and root beer and bownies and they forgot the root beer the chicken wins and then I call to let then know they forgot our root beer and chicken wins the lady got all rude and try say my husband didn't order them and I was right by him and I heard her saying them to and they didn't give the right change and then my husband was trying asked if they bring us the chicken wins and root beer and she says I promise I will have my boss call us and won't let him ask if she did it I WILL NEVER WILL GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN! Most of their pizza is quite delicious, but the gluten-free pizza needs some help. They seem to overcook the crust more times than not. That being said, they are very friendly and cheerful. read more
