Small mom and pop tavern with burgers and wings. Service was fast and friendly. Food came hot and quick. Lots of beer options and cocktails. Seating area is comfortable with lots of sports on TVs.

Sloppy joe and chili verde! Yummm

Stopped late night to get our road food while driving from Reno to Missouri! Quite the 3 day trek with u haul and cats in town. This was the perfect spot to recharge, stretch and get some decent food in us. Tried the sloppy bison and chili! It was the perfect mix to split between too of us. Needed some protein to keep us going but not too much to want to go to food coma. Especially with the ice conditions, light snow and wind on overpass. The service between the bartenders and chef was attentive, timely and good ( to eat). Highly recommended as a easy stop for booze, warmth and food!

I stop at Lincoln Highway every time on my way back/to Sturgis motorcycle rally from California. I actually like this place so much that during my last 2024 trip to Sturgis, I decided to stay overnight in Evanston instead of some random place in Utah so I could have a more formal/longer dinner at the tavern! I just love the vibe, fair prices, the staff and the owner. They also offer a large selection of local whiskies. They provide more than decent bar food, a huge plus for the Saturday cook and his shishito peppers. He knows what he is doing. The new kitchen manager makes a killer chili verde and also regular chili. A Must try. Burgers are generous and juicy. The ranch has a little twist. Try it! Highly recommended!

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon right about the time they opened and the place really did fill up quickly. Service was a little slow with only one server but she was busy. I was really excited to try the pork sandwich with rosemary au jus but I was really disappointed when the sandwich came out with very little, and very dry pork. The au jus was rosemary flavored oil and not at all what I'd describe as au jus. The French fries were definitely the best part of the meal and very tasty. A great dive bar but I'd probably just stick to the drinks and maybe appetizers on a return visit.

Great place French fries are amazing brats tasty! Never judge a book by its cover (outside) but if you are in the area you must stop!

Great food, French fries are amazing, brats are tasty, be sure to get the fireball onions with your brat! You must stop if you are in the area. Never judge a book by its cover !

Wow! I'm socked by this place. This is now in my top 5 burgers and thats from all over the US. They make their own ranch and it's honestly incredible. Highly recommend just a simple cheeseburger, the the fixins. Even the fries impressed us and I don't like fries. Get the ranch dressing!

The service was very slow. When the food finally came, it was mediocre at best. We spent 90 minutes there for below average food.

It has this old world feel to it, like it's been around since the 1900's. Although it isn't that old. Several TV's available to watch sports. Pub food at its finest. I enjoyed my Club Sammy - it was filled with meat and I could barely get through half of it! The fries- superb! Best fries I've had in a long time. My husband had the Reuben bread was nice and fresh, thought the sandwich was good but could use more meat. He really liked the fried cheese curds as a side. Kiddo had the hot dog with cheese fries. Although there is a bar there is also family seating, which is super nice for our family. I got the chili burger, I'd be torn between getting it again or trying something else. It was really good, I wouldn't be mad at having it again. Our waitress was super friendly, it wasn't particularly busy when we were there so she had plenty of time to check on us. I could definitely see this place getting busier later in the evening. This is a nice in between of what is offered for food around here. Either fast food or restaurants trying to be too high end. Stop trying to make Heber Park City. Some more "normal" restaurants for people who want a sit down meal but one that doesn't cost $200. All in all it was a great experience and we will be back!

Compared to some of the other places in the area, it didn't feel overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The sweet potato waffle fries are a fantastic combination to the burger, they are a must get here! The wings are also a nice appetizer to start off the meal, although you only receive 6 wings per order. The service is very attentive despite how busy they are. Seating is limited for large parties over 4 - we had to sit outside to accommodate our party of 7, and while there are space heaters outside, the heat didn't quite reach the entire table and wasn't warm enough. All in all, the food was delicious nonetheless, the company was great, I just wouldn't recommend sitting outside during the winter season.

But the service was awful! We walked in around 2 or so for lunch on a Monday. It was crowded. Several staff walked past us waiting at the counter for a seat and didn't say a peep to us. Finally a woman appeared and said she'd be with us shortly. She came back and when it asked if we could sit on the patio she told me it was closed because in the morning it had been cold. It was in the 70's at 2pm?! She sat us at a table next to a support beam and it felt very tight. Chairs were not very comfortable and the table was wobbly. It was very warm in the restaurant and very loud. We sat for 15-20 minute without a single person acknowledging us. I was about to get up and leave when finally a waitress came for our order. My husband enjoyed his Back 40 burger commenting on how juicy it was but expected more flavor. I ordered a Garden salad which was really good. Carrots were huge, tomatoes were yummy and like I said earlier the greens were so crisp and so fresh. My daughter had the chicken tenders and seriously the chicken was so tender and tasted fresh unlike grocery store chicken. The views are amazing!

Everyone was friendly, thumbs up for the service. The menu was on the pricey side, but not outrageous. The music was at the perfect level, low enough to allow you to carry on a conversation without yelling. It was still noisy, though. The surprising number of kids there at lunch didn't help. TVs hung from the walls, with the volume off. I ordered baked wings, naked with Cajun dry rub. They were slightly overcooked, otherwise the flavor was ok. Average. They weren't spicy to me at all though they claim the Cajun is supposed to be. Most disappointing is how tiny the wings were. I spent most of my time searching for any meat. Seven teeny tiny wings for 12 bucks. Very disappointing. I'd love a beer. It looks like a good selection, especially for Utah. Gout though. Ugh. My score: 4.5 stars for service, one for value, one for wing size, and three stars for taste, what little meat I could find to taste. Total? Two stars.
