What a COMPLETE DISASTER. Arrived at this restaurant at a little after 10:00 pm. Ordered hamburgers and fries combination. We were first told they ran out of ice. Then when we received our food it was COLD especially the fries. The hamburgers were luke warm. YUCK. We told the drive through person who asked the size of the fries. We ordered large. We waited about 5-7 minutes and were given 2 more fries WHICH WERE JUST AS COLD! WHY?????? I'm totally disgusted and disappointed and as far as I'm concerned I'm done with WENDYS. Also when we tasted our drinks we were given the WRONG ones. Does ANYONE there care about what they serve? Obviously no. My husband absolutely loved Wendy's BUT after this experience he's DONE too. Waited in line for 30 minutes when we got to the window another 10 minutes went by just to get cold food! Makes no sense.

What could improve? Everything! Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Then had to argue with the clerk as to how to interpret their menu. Two choices (out of four) for $3 should be a slam dunk. But no! He insisted that meant two of the same thing! I went forward with it because we were in a bit of a hurry. After I looked it up on the Wendy's website and decided to do a good deed and explain to the clerk what mix and match meant. He continued to argue and the called someone else over. She simply looked at me with a blank stare. He finally relented and decided I was owed $.80. Not quite correct. I asked if they would like me to figure it out for them...they assured me they could figure it out. I took the $.80 and gave up. The egg & cheese breakfast sandwich was okay but the small breakfast potatoes were inedible. This review is what they are owed. If I could give them a zero I would. I should not have to explain their own menu to them. No manager that I could see on site. And very very slow. Just pathetic. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. I've had several bad experiences here but my daughter wanted Wendy's so I tried it again. Several time the main store doors are closed and you can only go through the drive through. So that's what we did. I waited at the intercom for about 7 minutes. I kept saying hello to no answer and the cars were lining up behind me. I called the store thinking maybe the whole thing was closed. No answer. So I pulled forward to the window thinking I could place my order there...maybe the intercom wasn't working. Well, several staff made eye contact with me and no one would open the window. Even as I waved at them. There was a lady with a head set filling drinks right next to me and clearly ignored me for another 7 minutes. I cannot believe the blatant incompetence of this store. I'm never going back. I wish Durango had more drive through options...since they don't, Wendy's can keep being terrible and stay in business. Bummer. read more

absolutely insane. we asked to sub our biggie drink for fries and were told that's fine. when we got to the window the girl said she just gave us the fries for free, the manager was super rude to us and the employee and was berating her in front of us about how she's not allowed to do that and the drink can only be "subbed for another drink" idk about this location because we're from texas, but driving ACROSS THE COUNTRY we've never had a problem subbing for fries at wendys... i'm a manger and would NEVER speak to my employees like that, especially because she was trying her best and being so kind. it was wild to see a grown man speak to a TEENAGE girl that way, i feel so sad that people have to work with him. he then didn't even give us straws or anything we had asked for. he was an asian looking older guy in a black north face jacket, we didn't get his name because he wasn't wearing a tag. read more

Simply the slowest service of any "fast food" restaurant in the history of Wendy's. Shameful. I stood in line for so long my family had placed me on a missing persons list. The local constable came looking for me. I was pretty worse for wear, but I had received my small chocolate frosty. The others in line had resorted to cannibalism. Couple of things to note: Your order will come out wrong. Accept it. If you want something in particular, order something else, that way you at least stand a chance of getting what you wanted. Don't bother requesting subs, adds, or removal of ingredients. "Aint nobody got time for that" as the cashier so eloquently put it. Don't be fooled by the fact that it is supposedly "fast food", it is definitely not fast (had a 30 minute wait AFTER ordering, and they weren't even that busy) and the food bit is borderline. Fries come out cold, burned to a crisp, and/or raw, they're consistently out of most everything, and I've been served raw chicken before, which is just an abomination. I'm heartbroken here...I love wendy's, as far as fast food goes. Spicy chicken sandwhiches are my guilty pleasure. But i'll drive down to farmington before I come back here. I've never had a manager ask me if I could just "deal with it" when they f******d up my order (for the 3rd time in a row). If Wendy's corporate is reading this: Get your shit together. We camped nearby for a week and I had to come through this drive through twice with large orders, because you can eat only so much camp food; and because of Covid we couldn't sit and eat inside any where "nicer". This place is getting a second star only because it is Wendy's. Because in general Wendy's is better than other fast food, and this still was. Service was SLOOOOWWWWWW. I did a drive-through, in the middle of the afternoon, on a weekday. It should not take 20 minutes. It just shouldn't. I don't care what I ordered (and it wasn't anything weird). So I waited 20 minutes from pull-up to pull-out, I figured my food would be fresh, right? Especially since I was asked to pull forward from the window so other customers could be served while they got my order ready. Well...nope. Fries were clearly old and had been there for goodness knows how long. Spicy chicken sandwich was lukewarm and not fresh. They were out of bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets. OK, honey mustard - nope, out. Seriously? Ugh. Tell me that BEFORE I paid for the nuggets. Attitude of staff was nonexistent. Wendy's is still fast food but for some reason I like it better than most places. Usually the drive thru at this location takes forever, but going inside isn't much better. They changed their fries a while back so now they leave the skin on which grosses me out. The chili is good though and the classic burger is consistently yummy. I stopped in at Wendy's a few times while going to college and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order was wrong. I got used to double checking my bag to make sure the order was all there. 100% of the time, they had forgotten something. Example 1: I ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich meal - not the spicy one because I don't do good with spicy. I got back to class and guess what I had in my Wendy's bag? A spicy chicken sandwich, a single plain hamburger, and NO fries. I also ordered a Diet Coke. I figured I'd eat the single hamburger - plain, with NO condiments - and drink my Diet Coke. But nope, I was given a Coke. I'm sorry, but Coke is nasty to me. My whole meal was FUBAR'd. Example 2: I did a Wendy's run for my study group - we ordered burgers, chicken, salad, and chili. Ok, now we're at school right... it's not like we carry spoons and forks with us to class. When I opened the bag, there were TWO spoons and TWO forks. Really? For like 4 salads and at least two chili orders - two spoons and two forks? Are we expected to share? Are we not being "green" enough in our daily lives or something? Geez. It was a good thing we were all good friends and didn't mind sharing utensils. I worked in fast food when I was in high school. I eat low carb. I ordered a chicken avocado blt as a lettuce wrap. I received a piece of chicken between 2 pieces of lettuce. No bacon, avocado, cheese or tomato. I complained and the guy behind the counter tells me that because I ordered it as a lettuce wrap i don't get avocado and bacon. I paid $1.40 extra over the standard chicken sandwich to get bacon and avocado but I only get plain chicken? I had to ask for a manager and complain to get the sandwich I paid for. I had an amazing dining experience with my friend Tim here one day. Sometimes fast food just isn't hot or fresh or what you expect but on this day my friend ordered chili and fries. He was very satisfied with his order. But I ordered an Asiago chicken club sandwich and it was amazing. I've had them before and they were ok but on this particular day it was just . They were out of baked potatoes at noon. I paid for large; but got small chili. To replace the baked potato, they agreed to substitute pub fries, but did not. The burger was ice cold and charred black. No utensils or napkins. They refused to fix the problem. They refused any refund. The delivery guy was nice; and I will make sure to tell the manager and, if necessary, corporate. Obviously management has created and/or allowed bad attitudes. I would be afraid to order from here again because I don't want them burning my food, serving it cold; and God knows what health standards the violate. read more

My husband, my stepfather, myself, were in this Wendy's store to enjoy a comfortable dinner meal around 630ish/700. We immediately noticed that it was a slow time for the employees on duty, yet we had to look around for a clean table Our order was received ok/with all items/no mess up. As we were preparing to exit, I engaged the csr gal in a conversation about hiring new employees. I was not impressed with her answers because all she did was totally skirt the issues, she was not able to answer any of my questions. Point being, "you got time to lean, you got time to clean". As for the csr gal, I understand that she is probably a totally new employee, but she truly needs to be coached re: her duties as a customer service rep. I give this store 1 1/2 stars. read more

My coworker and I visited this location today and placed an order for seven combos. We asked that each combo be placed in its own bag for our crew. I know this was really inconvenient for the staff, especially at lunchtime, but they went above and beyond taking care of us. It's little things like this that make you appreciate people in the hard work they need to do in this environment. It should be noted that the restaurant was extremely busy yet the manager was more than willing to help us. Additionally the staff member working the dining room was very helpful in relation to condiments and just generally staying positive in a very hectic store. read more

One of the worst Wendy's I've been to. The drink machine was empty. Rather than tell people that and get them drinks from the drive-thru, they just handed out cups and sent people on their way and got mean when we complained about it. The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger came with no bacon, no tomato and no lettuce. The full salad magically b came a half salad. But on the positive side, the service was quite slow so at least we got to spend a lot of time watching the frustrated people. read more

PTSD. My friend and I went to buy two lemonades on a scorching hot summers day to refresh our parched souls. We were planning on just quickly stopping in the drive-through but the line was extremely long and so we decided to just go inside. We walked in and could immediately tell that something was insanely wrong. The line inside was epically long and the place was eerily quiet for the amount of people in there. There was no friendly restaurant chatter except for very strange "music" playing softly over the speakers. When we finally made it to the front of the line and ordered our two lemonades, our noses were scrunched due to the smell of fart that had slowly wafted it over the entire restaurant. The lady working at the counter looked like she was on the brink of tears and had to ask me to repeat my order twice which was very frustrating because it was only two medium drinks. After I paid, and required change she had to yell back to a coworker to come unlock the change box. We waited for a good few minutes for the coworker to come over before deciding that we didn't need our $.20 back. While we were waiting amongst other unhappy customers for our order, a woman sent back her sandwich three times and was about to pop off at employee that only had one tooth and pus coming out of his eye. While another lady laughed at her, she threatened to take a poster off the wall and go into the back and show them how to make a simple sandwich. She later told us that she had been there for over an hour. In the midst of all this chaos the fountain machine broke causing more dissatisfied customers to swarm around the non-helpful and sour employees, who did nothing to solve any of the problems. We stood through the most rachet, distasteful, and harrowing twenty minutes of our lives for two medium lemonades. If you want a glimpse into hell this is the place for you! read more
