Wendy's is my fast food obsession on road trips. #sorrynotsorry I'm always looking for the best darn spicy chicken sando I've ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't get that here... We popped in on a random Wednesday at noon. It was a happenin spot! The woman at the register was prompt, professional and got our order out fresh and 100% correct. Pricing was to be expected. I would say this is an average Wendy's as the bathrooms weren't super clean, the dining area was disheveled and the napkins/ketchup/straws area needed to be replenished. Overall, this Wendy's is worth a quick stop if you're famished and craving a spicy chicken. read more

This place is a joke. One young kid--I believe his name is Kylar--was the only one actually working while the rest of the crew stood around talking and doing nothing. While my husband was waiting for our food, my granddaughter and I sat down to wait. Almost immediately we heard nonstop profanity--F-bombs and other curse words--being yelled openly. It was unreal, especially with children present. My husband asked to speak with the manager, only to find out she was one of the employees standing there participating in the behavior. He told her that the language was completely inappropriate, especially around families. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to correct the situation. Then another 8-10 minutes to get food.There was complete chaos in the kitchen, staff was snapping at each other and obviously didn't like working with each other. Usually when I go there it's bad though lobby is normally close drive-through only plenty of cars in the drive-through when I drive around and drive off after waiting too long for service I look inside from the drive-through windows. I repeated my order to two employees at the drive up 5 times to make sure they wrapped the burger in lettuce instead of a bun. I had verified by asking the lady at window to make sure they were doing it. She came back and verified they were. I drove away with my order and checked it at the light. Stopped here on our way passing through. I really like the $.99 menu so I ordered 2 Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe and a small fry. Service was fast and friendly. What is really cool about this place is the drink machine. It's like a iPad computer screen. You touch the icon for the flavor of Coke Product you want and it automatically fills your cup with the right amount of drink. We watched someone refill it and they used a cartridge. It was like changing an ink cartridge in a printer. Pulled out the empty and plugged in the new. Then just threw away the old. No big tanks to load like the old ones we've watched. Not welcomed at arrival, felt ignored and then the older lady at the counter asked, "What do you want?" She really did not want to be there, and the longer we were there, we shared the same sentiment. This place is filthy and in disrepair. Carpet and floor very sticky, flies everywhere and heavily invested in the condiment area. Soda machine is filthy as well as their restrooms. Nothing in guest view has been cleaned in a while. Foul language from the kitchen staff was heard in the dining room as well. Their service was as cold as their chocolate Frosty, which they were out of for the day. read more

This Wendy's beats McDonald's for worst drive thru in town, but only by a small margin. Never leave here without checking to make sure you have all your items, and if you need any sauce make sure to tell it to the speaker, because they will close the window on you within half a sec of handing you your food. read more

Stopped on the way through from Wisconsin with my family for a quick supper. Right off the bat, I could tell that the guy behind the counter did not want to be there. He needs a customer service course. Manager came up and was very helpful however, the chicken sandwiches and tenders that we ordered should have been thrown out hours before. Fries were even old and chewy. Couldn't even eat it and if I wouldn't have been hooked up to a trailer with my truck I would've turned around and asked for my money back. This wendys won an award for fastest drive through service. To an in restaurant customer it is obviously at our expense. They only allowed for 1 open order inside. Which made a 3 person wait 25minutes until I could even order. Then two types of chicken were not available(spicy or homestyle). Terrible experience, this never happens at McDonald's read more

This place is filthy. Flies everywhere and fruit flies have infested the ketchup station. The soda machine was a mess and hadn't been cleaned for hours. Floors were sticky. Lady behind the counter did not want to be there so after a few minutes of staring at us she took our by saying " what do you guys want". This place should be shut down. read more

Very disappointing service. Went through the drive through and ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich which includes lettuce, tomato, mayo and crispy chicken. After ordering I pulled up to the first window and nobody was there, so I thought maybe I was supposed to pay at the second window. I pull up there, wallet in my lap ready to pay, and they handed me my drink, and then a lady comes up saying "she didn't pay!"...how was I supposed to when there was no one tending the register? I explained how there was no one there so I thought I was supposed to pay at the second window. I hand her my card, I pay. I get my food and when I get home to eat it, I unwrap my chicken sandwich to find crispy chicken and bread...no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. My husband went to Wendy's tonight. Took over an hour to get back. Apparently they made food and forgot to run it back to him. More patient then I am. After 10 mins I would have ran in. So they remade the food. Got home now over an hour and salads were opened in the bag. Burgers were not made right and had mayo and ketchup all over the wrappers, and we got chicken strips instead of fries/nuggets. Plus after remaking it, it was all still cold. My husband called down and asked for a refund. They accused us of scamming them and demanded we bring all the food back. I am sympathetic to fast food workers as I worked there 3 years of high school, but this is unacceptable and we won't be back. 2 hours later what a mess. Save your time and money! read more

i just went to this wendy's and ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal. this line took forever and there was only one customer in front of us. then we get to the second window and they handed us 2 huge tote type bags filled with food and when we tried to give it back they started arguing with eachother causing a huge scene. and when we finally got our food it didn't include the fries or the drink. we drove off even though we paid for the meal. read more

I went through the drive thru to order the number 1 value meal, the cashier/voice was in a hurry could not say hello, may I take your order or what would you like instead give me your order. After placing order I proceeded to the first window and same attitude with cashier, and I myself had to ask what the total purchase was. I then proceeded to the second window for pick up and the order was thrown at me and no thank you or have a good day. Complete lack of respect, no such thing as kindness or happy to serve you.
