We were ignored, made to feel unwelcome, and treated in a manner that felt discriminatory. There is no excuse for treating paying customers this way. I contacted corporate and was told the manager would handle the situation. The manager said he would "look into it," but nothing happened. Instead of receiving a sincere apology or seeing any meaningful accountability, I was offered a gift card and told the employee would be "retrained and coached." A gift card does not make up for discriminatory treatment, and basic respect, acknowledgment, and professionalism should not require coaching. This clearly does not appear to be an isolated incident. Ralphie's review describes a very similar experience, suggesting a larger problem at this location. Corporate needs to conduct a serious investigation into both the staff's conduct and management's failure to address these complaints properly. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your time or money here. Save yourself the frustration and support a local small business that will actually value and respect its customers.
