This was my first visit to this Wendy's location. The cashier and upfront worker were so friendly and helpful. Not sure what was up with the manager. Ordered food and no one was making sandwiches. The person was busy on the phone. Turns out the person making sandwiches was the manager as well. One person was asked to make sandwiches and they said they didn't know how to make breakfast sandwiches. The manager finally returned from her phone call and she said they had to make fry some chicken. I see them put 3 patties down and I am thinking okay I will have my sandwich in a few minutes. Those 3 patties went to the drive thru customers. After 20 minutes I just requested a refund. The manager didn't want to, but did refund me. The reason I don't rate the lowest score is the upfront staff were friendly. Second reason the manager did refund me. Hopefully my second visit will be a better experience. read more

Is there such as thing as fast food anymore? JC because I came here with my husband and after spending several minutes waiting to order a drink a five dollar bag we then waited a lot longer to even receive our drink cups. This has to be the slowest Wendy's in the area. read more

Ok so I normally go here to get the saucy nuggs bc they are NORMALLY coated in the sauce like they are supposed to. But one of the managers a dude I didn't get his name told me they didn't come with the sauce on it which I knew was wrong since normally when I get them as I said they are dripping in sauce which is why I love the nuggs but the rude manger decided to argue and get nasty With me about the sauce. the morning shift manager is not nice AT ALL. And to top it off after asking for the honey bbq sauce there is like none on the Nuggs. DO BETTER!!! read more

We go there every SUNDAY MORNING And we usually order croissants , three weeks in a row we got biscuits finally last week they got it right but with the wrong meat, sausage instead of bacon. If their was a negative rating, that's what I would give this place. we called ahead from the highway to ask if they had the strawberry frostys available. A younger lady answered the phone saying yes we do we have strawberry and chocolate. so we got off the highway to go get 2, the person in the drive thru said they don't have it their machine is down. so we explained that we had just called literally less than 3 minutes prior and asked to speak to the manager. The manager than spoke thru the drive thru microphone and was very rude, so I asked to leave my number to be called back by a higher up manager to which she did not want to hear anything, but than at the end tried to salvage it by saying hope you have a nice day to which I wished her rudeness a bad day and left. read more

Foods fine... not unlike every other Wendy's around. The issue I had was that I used the mobile app to preorder my food the way I wanted it. Drive through was packed, so the mobile order came in handy when passing through the speaker. When the food came, we didn't get enough straws and had several requests messed up. For example, I ordered chili cheese fries with no cheese sauce. We got chili cheese fries with ONLY cheese sauce. Thinking I made the mistake, I rechecked the order. Nope. Their mistake. I wouldn't normally care about a mess up; people are human after all. But remember the part about the drive through being packed? I couldn't even get back in line to request corrections. So, in short, if you're going to have an app to ease the process of ordering, pay special attention to how customers input their orders. Get it right the first time. read more

Paid in cash 11/8/2021. was expecting change back as exactly $10 however, middle aged woman with brown hair at register said I did not give the amount I did. I even told her what it was AS I gave it to her. She argued with me and would not give the change back. I'm sure it was on the video but she was so rude and arrogant. I felt pressured to leave because of lack of time. Be aware of this when going thru drive thru and paying in cash. read more

I order a side of ranch and got a chocolate frosty instead. I asked for a number 5 without honey mustard and to add cheese and ranch and they put everything on it. never again will I go here. How do you mix up a side of ranch for a large frosty. read more

i work there. managers are rude and inconsiderate. puts everyone in a bad mood. there are few good ones. but the bad outweighs the good.

As far as friendly, down-to-Earth service goes, this Wendy's location is as good as it gets. They combine speed (see: Pittston location) with service (see: Davis St. location) and get it right each and every time. I've noticed that the staff here is a bit younger than most (I'd assume high school aged) and I've never seen a group of more respectful, caring people work at a fast-food joint. Going to this restaurant can be a trying experience. Recently I went get an order for a homebound friend living on a limited income. Purchased 4 sandwiches with 2 coupons. While driving to friends home I thought I smelled French fries. I didn't order any. When I looked in the bags there was a sandwich in one with a fry and in the other bag the same a sandwich and a fry. Went immediately back, The mgr. stated that was what I ordered. Luckily the clerk was there and remembered me as I requested something that was no longer available. They finally corrected my order and gave me fries. Nice jesture but they were not edible, they were as hard as rocks. Another thing the long line to get your food no wonder there are mix ups. I am on chemo and cannot go out often... my friends went to the Dickson city location since all I wanted was grilled chicken..im not allowed the lettuce and tomato or the mayo mustard etc etc since I can get sick... they charged them 5.00 per piece of chicken ... I said if they charge for a sandwich they should put the stuff I cant have in the bag for the birds or whatever ..otherwise drop the price of the bun and such .they charge extra for tomato and cheese so if they DONT give you something it should cost less .... that being said when I called to inquire as to if this was the correct price since in florida and other locations that are more forward thinking and where plain protein requests are more common there is a cost of 3.00 per piece as opposed to 4.79 for the sandwich .... when I called to ask I asked for a manager and was told by a girl who said her name was WINTER that he was unavailable hardly ever there and I could leave a message but he didn't really get to them often ..then I asked for a corporate number and other numbers and at every turn she kept trying to avoid giving me access to anyone higher up .... this seems odd .... I assume she was being difficult with a purpose ..... so will avoid this place and head to burger king I suppose after I call corporate 800 number which she also would not provide read more
