The place is amazing. So clean and the staff truly care about their customers. The decor makes you feel as if you are back in the 50's.

Just left Pete N' Reenie's for the first time and I was really impressed. Well decorated, lively, fun, and clean as a whistle. Best of all, my breakfast was delicious...a perfect sausage & cheese omelet, not dry, but amazing down to the last bite. I even loved the home fries...finally, not the dehydrated, emaciated, frozen kind. Not sure if they're freshly made or not, but they are seasoned and prepared well! Justin the owner is lovely and gracious. I am looking forward to returning, bringing the family. Oh and the oldies rock while you eat? A warm, nostalgic touch . 100% change from what it used to be. Food is good but different then before, chicken soup unfortunately nowhere near the original. No fountain soda which is a big reason I used to go. The cherry coke was amazing. The reason for the review is to try and understand the sarcasm from the owner, when customers are trying to give constructive criticism. I noticed this a few times with other reviews. What happened to listening to the customers comments and trying to correct issues instead of snapping back at them for trying to help you. We went to Pete and Reenies today with another couple and it was worth the trip very cool place and playing great oldies tunes the service was excellent we had two mac and cheese with pulled pork and it was a good size bowl and excellent also our friends had the fish sandwich and the chicken basket they both loved theirs would definitely recommend will go back read more

Fantastic. This restaurant is SO clean. The food is amazing. The service was spot on. We didn't see the menu on Yelp so it was a little of a gamble to come off the highway for. It paid off and I attached photos and a link for others to scope it out. The burgers are delicious and quite large. The fries were hot, and the perfect texture (not grainy or greasy). The toppings were fresh and flavorful. My husband has the Carmel milkshake and is loving it! Awesome place! read more

Atmosphere is casual and nostalgic. I had the Den burger. This burger was awesome. You can tell the patty is home made - not frozen and cooked on a flat top. I also had the Texas fries. I'll be honest- i was on business travel from Texas and I just was not a fan of the chili. It was very bland compared to what I am used to. The death by chocolate shake is to die for. I could order several of those and make a meal out of them. Service was good. read more

What a fantastic place. Upon walking in I was quickly intrigued by the 50's diner decor, music, and experience. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. We had asked for water without lemon. When the waitress asked about our reasoning behind not having lemon (they are not washed and usually dirty), she said that they actually wash the lemons. The food seems to be made fresh on location and they really seem to care about the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the whole experience! read more

This is a nice 50s-style diner in Eynon that serves up burgers and shakes with a few other dishes as well. I went here with my brother to check it out since it had been around for years and I hadn't stopped in yet. The service was very good and everyone was very nice. I got a turkey club and it was probably the biggest one I've had in my life and very tasty. My brother got a chicken parm meal and he enjoyed it as well. Didn't get a chance to try the shakes, but I've heard they're awesome. I would definitely stop in again! read more

This place doesn't like to answer there phones. Then the burgers were hard as a hockey puck. I called to see if I could get a refund they said they needed to look at them to see if they agreed. What happened to the customer is right trying to make them happy! I won't ever give them my business again won't let people I know eat there before they lose there money to! They keep telling me all food was subpar going out tonight. If they think all the food was subpar I'd hate to see what they think bad is lol I wasnt going to go back stand in the rain to get waited on to return food especially with covid. When I said I threw it away asked if they could do anything else even offering me new food would of been nice. But some places don't care. I'll give other small business my business trying to make it in the pandemic that actually care. read more

We will get a lunch order ready and call it in and find out on their answering machine that due to some recent event, they will be closed until further notice. We just made our second visit to the diner Sat night to celebrate the birthdays of my brother-in-law and me. First visit for everyone else except my wife and me. Ages of our party ranged from 10 to 70. Everyone loved it. The food is fantastic. My Morgan's cheeseburger was better than 5 Guys, which up till now has been my favorite in the area. Reenie came to our large group and found we were celebrating our birthdays. Within minutes, she turned down the juke box and she and the waitress brought us party hats, and sundaes with candles. She got everyone in the diner to sing Happy Birthday to us. Other places might do this, but it always seems tacky and it's a chore for the staff. Reenie (and or Pete) has done a terrific job of hiring and training the staff. The waitress we had was fantastic. If there is one drawback, it's kind of a long wait for the food, but I'm sure it's because everything is being prepared fresh, just for that order. It beats the chain restaurants by a mile !! Ya know what's different? The owner (Reenie) is there, working right along with the other girls, and she loves her job and the business. It is reflected in every aspect of the diner. My wife is particular about fried foods (French fries, chicken fingers etc) and noticed right away that the grease was fresth ! Hmm. There's something you don't hear all the time. The atmosphere is just right. The music is great background; we could talk to each other at the table yet the great oldies kept on coming !! I can't say enough good things about Pete & Reenie's and I can't wait to return and try something new on the menu the next time. read more
