The cheesecake I ordered had the extra cheese and extra meat and I am glad I ordered it because when it came it was like a regular sub from subway. The jalapeño peppers I ordered weren't on it , I also ordered extra mayonnaise to be sent on the side and got nothing! I chose for the delivery driver to text or call when here and they didn't! My girl choose to come here, and I've heard about the place, but defiantly didn't meet up to what I've heard. Everything was overpriced. $13.95 for a hoagie smh The "giant" size wasn't much bigger then a 1ft long. We won't be back for the price alone. There's many small local deli's/restaurants we can literally get meater & juicer subs for half the price, or less. Maybe an inch shorter but they'll packed with much more meat & cheese. Very disappointed. Ordered through the mobile app. When my order was delivered it was wrong. I contacted the store. I was told there was nothing they could do to get me the correct items. The delivery was through a 3rd party. I asked, "did you package the order or the 3rd party?" The answer was the store packed it. They said they could give me an in store credit for next time I come in. When I tried reaching corporate the number was no longer in service (1-800-321-7676). This is ridiculous. read more

Be careful that you don't show up too close to closing time because it will be obvious that the staff would really rather you not want a sub that late. Better yet -- just lock the door at 8:30 instead of 9. The hoagies here are usually great but the staff member who took my order seemed to throw good service out the window since I was there so late. When I asked if I could eat my cheesesteak there I got a bit of an eye roll and a "I guess so". In fact the pregnant couple who came in after me, right at 9 , because you know, the sign is lit and the door is open- they even apologized -APOLOGIZED! and as soon as they were out of ear shot, one of the employees made fun of her apology. If you've been to Jersey Mike's, you know the drill. A good assortment of hot and cold subs, wraps, wtc. Kind of like a Subway, but more comfort-foodish. As far as I can tell, this one executes the theme as well as any other franchise. They whipped up two solid #2 subs quickly, with fresh ingredients upon which I munched as I headed south on 81. Plus, they let us fill up extra water bottles from the car, and provided ketchup for our son whose Sheetz bag-o'food lacked condiments. Friendly enough staff, clean enough franchise. No tales of woe to relate...just a good quick grab and go on the way home. For us, Jersey Mike's is a treat; this franchise? I'd repeat. read more

Very good subs. I have heard of Jersey Mike's before but I never ate at one until trying the new Dickson City Location. The subs vary in size from small to massive, so theres a good fit for any appetite. All the deli meats are freshly sliced in front of you on an order by order basis, not pre-sliced like some other chain we all know *cough* Jared *cough*. =D The large subs are more than enough for my giant appetite. The Italian is definitely the way to go but I'm going to try the cheesesteak next time I'm able to eat in the store, it seems very popular. Have been there three times, each time the restaurant was clean and tidy. Give them a try I know I'll be back. read more

First time I've heard of this franchise. At first sight from outside I was thinking it's another subway style low quality sub shop. So glad I was wrong. Meat is cut from the block onto your hoagie. Super sized hoagies at a fair price and the staff is all very friendly. One issue, however not by any means a dealbreaker, is the amount of oil and vinegar that stays on the sub. Due to tomatoes being on top when it's poured, most ends up on the counter, so I always ask for extra o/v on the classic Italian (my absolute favorite overall hoagie I've had I think, dare I say, ever? The oil and vinegar pulls together the spices with the massive amount of meat and gives the needed moisture. Sorry for long review, just so glad such a great sub shop is finally here! EDIT: To the worker who asked about me writing this review, it was me i just dont check yelp often and was hoping someone else who recommended the o/v on the lettuce didn't give a bad review haha. My wife and I were out to get gas and other things when she started to feel faint because of her being a Diabetic so we had to get food in her pretty shortly otherwise she probably would have passed out. I have been wanting to go to Jersey Mikes for quite a while because if you look at the Commercials on tv they look like they are full of meat. We opted for the Giant #4. That was $14.25 plus $.86 Tax so everything came to $15.11. We were VERY disappointed because The Provolone, Prosciuttini and Cappacuolo were all very thinly sliced. When we were eating it there wasn't hardly any meat in it. We were very disappointed and will not go back. You could go right up Rt. 6 for about a mile to Wegman's and get a Danny's sub loaded with meat and a lot more tastier for around $10.00. Coming from New Jersey we had to try it but won't go back. Fabulous subs , I love the fact that the cold cuts are sliced in front of you . My only complaint is that as soon as you walk in they go into high gear with an assembly line , even if you are he only customer in the store they have several people working on one sub , it often causes mistakes on either the sun or the bill . read more
