Ordered a single no cheese just mustard n onion with a baked potatoes with bacon n cheese. What I got was a cheeseburger with mustard n onion and a baked potatoes with just bacon. The potatoe was not cooked well, more raw n hard than cooked. This place never gets an order right. I can count possibly not getting cheese on my hamburger 5 times in last 6 years. I've been to this Wendy's twice once during the pandemic so I used that as an excuse for very very very poor service. Today marks the second and last time I will visit this Wendy's. 7 people here, 2 on their phone 1 boy running around flirting the manager is here I assume 3 people appear to actually be working. Not 1 employee approaches the counter until you say excuse me can you help me. Extremely poor management, kitchen dirty. I work in food service so I am very familiar with what a kitchen should look like. I guess this is the new generation of workers. It is my only hope that maybe by some stroke of luck a Wendy's corporate person will read this. Good luck if you go there and think you are going to get "fast food". Upon speaking to a manager on the phone for my entire order being wrong, I was told to come up and re-order with no charge, so I do just that and basically it was told thatGemma the manager had no idea what I was talking about and I ended up having to pay again!?!? Since the order takers can't ever get anything right, I've lately been using the mobile app to place my order. I figure that if I select what I want, it takes one more variable out of the equation and I will have a higher likelihood of getting my order right. Not quite 50% of the time, I'm missing an item. My new policy is to check and make sure that everything I ordered was in the bag, before pulling away from the window (sorry to everyone behind me in the drive through). Every now and then, one or two of the employees are cheerful, and interact with me. Most of the time, the people you deal with are indifferent to your presence. Routinely, while waiting on food at the window, I have seen the employees playing on their phones, and goofing off in general. Usually, the food quality is pretty decent, which is why I have continued going there. Not after today! I placed a mobile order, like I always do, and selected pickup in the drive through. I pulled up to the talk box, and the female asked me something about a combo, but I couldn't quite understand her. I indicated that I had placed a mobile order, and provided my name. She responded with, "What's your name?" I told her again, and she asked me to hold on for a second. She left the microphone on, so I could hear her discussing something with someone else, but I couldn't quite understand what they were saying. The female says to me, "Your order is inside." I thought to myself, that I didn't expect it to be anywhere else, but asked her to repeat herself in case I misunderstood. She again responded, "Your order is inside." I said, "I don't understand what you are asking me to do." She was saying something else, I couldn't hear, when a male voice came over the speaker and rudely said, "You have to come inside to get your food." I pulled up and walked in. There was an employee filling an ice bucket, who made eye contact with me. He never said anything. A female employee peeked around her food station, and made eye contact with me, but didn't say anything. Two other employees made eye contact with me, but no one said a word. After I stood there for more than a minute without anyone saying anything to me, a female comes around the corner, points at me, and says, "mobile order?" I told her yes, and asked why I had to come inside. She looked in my eyes, and walked away without providing an answer. Another girl came around the corner, and said "here's your sweet tea." I thanked her, and asked why I had to come inside. She had her head down and walked away without saying anything else. She seemed genuinely uncomfortable with the situation, so I'm not blaming her for just wanting to get out of there. Next one around the corner is the female I was originally talking to on the drive through speaker. She said, "I never told you that you have to come inside." I said, "a guy came on the speaker, and told me that I had to come inside." She responded with, "I never told you that." I don't know why she would argue with me over something so trivial, and on top of that, be so rude about it. Guess what I found when I got home. My sweet tea? Not so much. Also, the fries were over cooked. Horrible service, poor quality food, and frequent order inaccuracies. I guess I'm done going to this Wendy's. I have attached a copy of my order, which clearly indicates that pickup is at the drive through, and that I ordered sweet tea. read more

Disgusting, the quality has definitely taken a hit. You can never count on the order being right in the evenings. The staff change is drastic between day and night shift. Waited in the drive thru 10 minutes for my order. Wasn't a big deal because it was rather late. Cashier was rude taking my order. Didn't give me a receipt. After I got the food, I almost made it home before realizing the food was cold. I went back through the drive thru and requested my money back. Ishmael, the "manager" I assume could offer no explanation. Just looked at me crazy eyed because I didn't wait at the speaker. When I requested the refund, he just asked what I ordered. No attempt to try to make it right. No receipt was provided either. I intended on calling to speak with a manager the next day but there's no point. The service at this location is pitiful. A couple of weeks ago went through the drive-thru and it took 30 minutes. Today tried going inside and again it took 30 minutes. Although today the drive-thru seemed faster. After all of that the fries were lukewarm and the crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy. read more

Since moving to Florida in 2016, this Wendy's location went from being fantastic to horrific. My last 4 times going here I could not get a receipt from them, and even questioned them when my bill was lower then the actual price on the board before tax. The manager said to look at their screen, I received a discount. But the discount was for my free frosty I get for having their keychain that offers free jr. frosty's for a year. My last visit was the most disturbing, where after paying for my food, I was waiting at the counter when I saw an employee knock a sandwich onto the ground that was to be given to a drive thru customer. The employee looked around to see if any staff saw it, then picked it up and proceeded to put it into the bag. Another customer saw this as well, and had not placed his order yet. He yelled at the staff and stormed out of the restaurant. When they were wondering what happened, I told them and said they needed to throw that sandwich out. They proceeded to take the bag to the window, give it to the person who ordered it at the drive thru, then told me it was too late, the customer had already driven off. I am calling the corporate office to complain, which I did recently about my 3 previous visits. They had the regional manager call me, and she was rude, acting as if I was bothering her with these issues. Not only am I not getting receipts, their staff has no idea how the app works, their employees goof around while waiting on guests, and a woman came in to place an order who could not speak english. She was told that they had no one on staff that spoke spanish. So the customer had to point at the board for what she wanted. Eventually someone came over who said they understood spanish but only spoke a little, so she attempted to help her out. When I told the regional manager about this incident, she said she oversees 6 Wendy's and has only a couple of spanish speaking employees, stating that it was due to the locations lack of spanish population. These restaurants are in Florida, where the spanish population is higher then many other states. And especially where I live, where our cultural mix is very diverse. This regional manager showed no remorse for the problems I, or other customers, may have at this location. read more

My advice to this store would be to work on your customer service. If you don't like your job find another one. If you can't manage your employees or your own behavior maybe you shouldn't be left in charge. I eat here so infrequently because the crew members are often rude, unprofessional and out of hand; not to mention my food is always thrown together sloppily. Speed of service matters very little if your sandwiches are swimming in mayo and your fries are old, cold & withered. I'm willing to politely wait a little longer for better food but not if you're going to roll your eyes at a paying customer who asks for their food to be properly prepared per your own standards. If you must eat here go inside where they feel more accountable for their product and are less likely to sell you garbage just to keep the line moving outside. read more

I actually used to love this Wendy's. I even wrote a 5 star review a few years ago but since then I don't know what happened. I don't know if it's the new employees or some new management but it's just terrible now. They have messed up on my orders many times which can be frustrating since I'm doing drive thru due to the pandemic. The customer service has went beyond now. I don't know what has happened to the kind people that were there they just all left. But the worst thing besides customer service is the food. It went so downhill. Just disgusting. Sometimes it would be undercooked and others would be overcooked. The lines can take so long. But that's not my biggest thing. If the lines took forever and we got the food we ordered with a smile and kindness and the food tasted as good as it used to I wouldn't even be complaining. But it's so bad now.
