We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and fries with a large chili. Also ordered a Dave single combo. By the time we got to the window, the bill was a total of $28. The girl up in the window to get the card and now she was doing that two women were arguing on the inside stating that thank God there's no camera watching them at the moment because they were arguing loud enough that we could hear it in the car at the drive-through. Then the girl shut the window. It was discussing how there was a mixup with some orders or something with another manager, talking back-and-forth loudly where we could hear that even with the window shut. She hand us the bag with the hot chili in it that literally tears and falls apart on my husband's lap. Luckily he did not get burnt. The girl at the window was nice enough to offer a couple extra bags and a spoon and gave me back my card. For $28 I got a very lukewarm if that Dave single the cheese was not even melted it was that cold. My husband got a double bacon and it was not warm. The french fries were hot and then we got no straws in our bag for pop. I've only been through Wendy's once when I've gotten a good hot sandwich, every other time nothing. I would probably skip this restaurant maybe suggest a Culver's be put into town. read more

I did order online: a side of fries for my grandchildren, they took 300 points off my account. then I ordered a Jr bac cheeseburger, it took my money right away when I got in fr of the window, they got me NOTHING!!!!!! I had a total of more than 700 points. read more

Have ordered delivery from here a million times and 90% of the time they cancel the order (AFTER taking it, claiming to be working on it, and tricking the delivery driver to go there and waste their time!) and the other 10% of the time they just make up the order and toss whatever they feel like in a bag which is typically extremely old/cold food that vaguely fits what you ordered (some kind of burger with random chance of it being the right one, some kind of side, etc). The food also comes, the rare times it does, consistently 1-2 hours later than it is supposed to (so really 2 or 3 hours after ordering, and no - not due to the delivery driver, as they are stuck waiting for it forever and even texting about the wait). Eating there in person wasn't any better and last I went it's still only drive-thru for some reason, which resulted in, well, the same service I got with deliveries. It's sad this is the wendy's for this entire town, build one on the other side of the bridge so it's as far as possible from whatever is cursing this one. read more

horrible service and it takes for ever to get a single burger. i took my grandchildren this morning and the food was gross. my "" spicy chicken sandwich "" was as old as the store. all dried out and hard like a piece of wood. i got two bites from it but not even the dogs wanted to eat that. the color of the chicken is so dark and old. my grandchildren asked for baconators and they did not have any lettuce tomatoes but one small piece of bacon. we ended up throwing everything away to the trash can. read more

My Fiancé and I just went through the drive through here. They took a few minutes to even greet us. Once we ordered our food there was no way to confirm our order due to the screen not showing it. When we went up to the window the person did not say anything to us and just accepted my fiancé's card. When we looked at the receipt we saw they added something to it that we did not order. We ordered two frostys and a large fry and they ended up adding a taco salad to it when we mentioned nothing like that. we only mentioned a fry and 2 frostys. when we told them about the salad being added they were very rude about it. about 5 minutes later they gave my fiancé cash to reimburse for the taco salad but overall they were very rude and not organized and I would not recommend. we will not be coming here again. read more

Ive been there mega times and over all the service is good. once in a blue moon they might forget the extra napkins or extra ketchup but these young people try and do the best they can. they always made it right if i dint get something just like i asked for it!! they never are rude and overall ill take them over Mcdonalds anyday! Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food. I no longer can visit this location as I've given it many chances and after so many orders that have been mixed up, incomplete and cold, I have given up. The line is extremely slow. The people at the window have been rude. Two different times I visited the location, an employee or 3 one night, are Sitting out the back door smoking and taking their break. And not only could you hear their conversations were they usually complaining about customers or their managers, the smoke would hit you in the face. I will visit Wendy's in other locations but no longer in my hometown sadly. read more

I stopped by this evening. They gave me the wrong burger and the one I did get was a double with bacon. Burnt. Not good at all. Normally they have super juicy delicious hamburgers but I must have gotten someone else's. The fries were mostly the kind you get at the bottom of the bag and my frosty was mostly melted. I realize we're having a pandemic right now so I will try again another day and hope for the best read more

Great service. Gentleman who took our order was very kind and helpful with giving us extras for the kiddos. No changing tables in bathrooms. Probably needed a remodel 10 years ago, as I remember Wendy's looking like this as a child. Fake ceiling plants and all... Facility needs a remodel, stat!! read more

Wendy's holds a special place in my heart. The food at this location is always delicious, but I usually spend a ridiculous amount of time waiting for it. Last time they fucked up my order which i don't understand how when i asked for 2 burgers that were exactly the same and they werent, one was missing all the toppings.. this time however I watch her SLOWLY put in my food into the bag not wearing gloves with her chunky fingers touching my fries and she pulled down her shirt to probably hide the fact i saw what looked like an adult diaper!! Worst fast food experience I've ever had anywhere. Usually a place will have only one or two strikes against it: slow, or dirty, or rude, or getting the order wrong. I didn't get the chance to personally test #4. The place is dirtier than I've ever seen it before. People before me in line were mumbling about the speed of service (or lack thereof). One guy kept telling the lady at the counter they were missing stuff on their order. Then it was my turn. I made my first and it was to be my only request: four 10-piece nuggets. The cashier immediately turned to someone in the kitchen and said something like, "I'm going to need four ten-piece nuggets," and the response from the person in the kitchen was (loud enough for everyone in line to hear), "What the hell?" I have never heard someone complain so rudely that I was, you know, giving them business. I left humiliated and angry. Immediately went to Taco Bell where I got awesome service. So, in summary: Dirty, slow, inaccurate orders, and especially rude. I'll maybe try it again in a few years when management gets control of the place. Used to be a nice place in Defiance. read more

I'm not from Defiance but I've been there training for a job. I was leaving town to head home for the weekend, I hadn't had lunch yet, it was 4:00 & I just wanted a hot burger before I got on the road. Nice wish! The lady working the drive thru was really nice but she made my combo order a large without asking. I also got a 4 piece chicken nugget & they were barely warm. About a 1/2 mile down the road I get out my burger. My "double" was a cold, dried out, single. Since I charged a ridiculous amount for a large I never wanted in the first place the least they could do was fix it so I went back. Walking in I was met by 2 young men who were less than enthusiastic or concerned with their jobs, much less how well they did it. One was put out he had to remake my burger, it was still cold & dried out with a bun pushing stale & gave almost half of it to my dog. I'll be in Defiance a lot for my new job but I'll NEVER go back to this Wendy'. NOT good. Not good at all! read more

This place is the worst to eat. You can smell the cigarette they smoke when you walk through the doors. Bathrooms are nasty! Shit on the walls? Who cleans. Got cold fry's and my son's cheeseburger was pink! The new take over sucks! I've heard them make fun of " special needs kids/adults". They need a new crew! Ordered 3 jr. hamburgers. They looked like they had been laying around for days. Didn't find out until I was home and wasn't going to go back. Wendys boasts about their burgers being hot & juicy. Don't waste your time if more than one car. waits will easily exceed 20 minutes..oh, but they have figured out how to not show the extreme wait times. you just don't take the order of the 2nd car until the order for the first car is complete. even if they wait to order for 15 minutes. for every 10 times i stop.. i leave 9 of them before ordering. read more
