First it was a thick slab of ribs! They used dry rub instead of sauce... which was great considering the event didn't have much in the way of napkins. They were flavorful and juicy. The food truck staff were also very efficient... the line was pretty long and they were hustling. The wait was pretty short. My only real gripe is that i wish they would have sold fries instead of chips. They only sides they had was potato salad, chips and coleslaw... and im not a fan of coleslaw or potato salad. I had a daily special sandwich, Chicken Parmesean grilled cheese. The sandwich was pretty big, lasted me 2 meals, and had chicken, cheese, and drippy tomato sauce.
