I got to witness how she treated a Doordash delivery person the other day. She was very rude to him. There were two customers when she had an order to be delivered, and she told him to hurry up after he had waited more than 15 minutes for the order. She placed the order on the counter opposite the register counter. The delivery person had to take a picture and I heard him say that if she put it down, he would take the picture and then she could wait on the customers. She proceeded to take the finished order and put it behind the register counter. It seemed like the delivery person wanted to help, but she did not help out the delivery person at all, and then proceeded to make him wait! I saw the delivery person leave without taking the order... By the way, I was at the counter for more than 15 minutes with the call in order. Like I said, they might have good food, but you're going to have to wait for your order to be finished. And don't expect a smile or a friendly conversation... I have gone to Moncho's restaurant, and there are people treat you well and have great food too. I would suggest going there instead!

They still have car hops and you can eat in or carryout. At Jigg's I like my dogs by the foot and I like to add onions and ketchup. (mustard only people are weird) If they aren't made fresh in house, I prefer all of my chips to be Ballreich. They offer all styles of Ohio Best Chips, but the best IMO are the original Ballreich, dill pickle, and BBQ. The BBQ Ballreich compliments the Jigg's chicken sandwich perfectly. While the names and the faces have changed over the years and the Putt-Putt and batting cages are no longer there, Jigg's has stood the test a time and should be considered an institution or rite of passage for everyone in Defiance. At Jigg's the food is priced right and has good value. This place is good for families, individuals, a high school date, lunch, a snack on your way home from work, or any time you are hungry.
