Worse service and food every time we go there iy just keeps getting worse they need better management.. servers are rude and slow.. food is cold or not worth what we pay for ... And the mexican cook I'm pretty sure I've seen him somewhere...I think he's not good the way he stares at the servers twice now he give me the creeps. Hopefully they start getting there staff together I'm tired of waiting my money on cold or nasty food . With bad service. read more

Waiting over 50 minutes for a hamburger, 10 wings and 2 orders of tots!!! Waste of an evening!!! Can handle anything!!! read more

The food is as it always is. That's why we go there. Love the wings & the IPA's on draft. We usually sit at the bar, because it' s the 2 of us. The bartender is more interested in talking to one person on the other side of the bar & we had to walk to that side to get her attention! The bar area is a literal mess! Dirty dishes sitting on the bar where the waiter's drop off glasses. Piled high! 2 or 3 sinks stacked full of food trays with the over flow stacked on the garbage can. We had to flag her down whenever we needed something, which is not that bad but considering she was horrible at attending to the whole bar instead of one single person! I have no problem being the squeaky wheel. I actually make a game of it to a certain extent...just to get my point across! Do better Bdubs!! read more

our waitress has to ask us 3 times what we ordered and what drinks we had. we went to other waitresses to get things done. 2 1/2 hrs later we still sat waiting for our bills. horrible service. she said it was her supervisors fault. so shame on them. read more

Not sure what prissy super upper-crust top-1%ers nearly all the reviews for this place are coming from where their justifications for a 1 star review are impossible to understand stories written while half-drunk, blaming the staff for a boil warning in the city which is TOTALLY their fault for destroying underground massive piping, ignoring basic coupon/deal rules that were totally fully stated, or people claiming waiting a few minutes for food at a sports bar is weird. I'm not sure WHY people like that would even step foot into a sports bar, isn't that a little low brow compared to your usual operas and cabaret shows? Being a humble normal human being living in a humble normal human being town - clearly of a lower caste than these superior humans who deserve nothing less than being waited on hand and foot non-stop and delivered the best quality everything...in a sports bar - I have to say my experience here was pretty good. I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and this was my first time; I ordered a burger that was very customized and they even helped lower the price given how much I had removed from it. While the service wasn't the best I've ever had, it was good. The staff was kind, pretty attentive, and like I said they even went out of their way to help lower the cost as much as allowed. The only negative really was that they forgot to bring any napkins or straws until asked and that my group were unaware that we had to pay at the table and tried to pay at the front which was a little embarrassing but also should have been assumed by us as it is kind of the norm. Bathrooms were very clean and the paper towels are higher quality thicker but more soft and absorbent ones you usually find in restaurants, let alone a sports bar. The food itself was delicious, filling, and surprisingly very affordable - identical to our usual bill at places like Applebees, El Mezcal, etc. If you think it's a place worthy of 1 star then maybe you're expecting way too much out of a franchise-chain sports bar. Though I did notice almost none of them rating it low live in the area which makes me question their actual authenticity given they talk about "coming here all the time" when living 2,000 miles away... read more

It's weird. I want to give it a 4 or 5 star rating. I like the food. But the stuff acts like they aren't interested. They quickly take your order and rush away only to be seen again once to bring food and once to deliver the bill. No conversation. No smiles. No eye contact. Just drop and run. You'd think that would make the service fast ... But it never is. Usually 30-45 minutes to receive food. I keep trying because I WANT it to be better lol read more

Well, I was staying at the hotels behind the place so that gets me at the location. I searched the area prior to heading to this place since I already a web the previous reviews. The local eateries were all too booked or really run down(Applebees, that's a totally different scenario) I settled broke the bw3 because it is a national chain although most are franchises. The night started out right. Good, cold beer. And awesome service. But then another customer made a comment bro their server about what they didn't beamy in a drink. The server told the (so called bartender) and she very loudly put down the customer in a very rude manner. Once the server went back to the customer they stated "we heard you yiu know?" And the customer was visually red I. The face I give this place 2 stars only because my service was awesome and I stil tipped my server well. Only because of the other customer I give two stars read more

I went to take my brother out for his graduation present and hoped to eat some good food, which I got, but the service absolutely ruined the experience. When we sat down, we had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks. I had asked for lemon in my water and the waiter told me he would go grab me a lemon and instead sat down at the table beside us. Someone else had to give us our appetizer and food, and she tossed the wings on the table. Then our original waiter walked passed us with our refills and sat back down at the table beside us. Also, the kitchen was yelling to the point where we could here every single order they called out which got annoying very fast. I recommend any other restaurant in Defiance over bdubs. read more

Food sux, cold, slow.barmaid was good.wait staff very sad performance. Won't be back. Also too bright lightning.

Very over-priced, slow service, too bright, small portions. $10 for a handful of burned onion rings that came almost at the same time as our entrees? We should have gone to Applebees. Much more comfortable and inviting there, better service, better food, better prices. read more

We visited this location during a boil advisory and we're notified by the waitress that only bottled soft drinks were being served. What she didn't tell us was that the bottle was going to cost us $3.25 for 12 ounces! When we complained to the manager, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry, there's nothing I can do." When a customer has a legitimate complaint, "sorry, there's nothing I can do" is NOT an acceptable answer! If you want to respect your customer, you eat the additional expense of buying bottled beverages...you don't rip them off on the check. read more

This was the worst experience we've ever had at BWW..... it took our waitress Miranda 20 minutes to take our order. Honestly, I've never had such lazy service anywhere in my entire life. Our order came out wrong. Though it was promptly replace it was not fresh food. Sincerely, A disappointed regular read more

This place has a 3 star review and mmmm, I dunno. We sat at the bar and just wanted to have some fun, have a few drinks and play video poker. That would have been fun if the bar tender would have tended to our request....... It's not like she was super busy or even busy at all. When my request wasn't met I asked a supervisor for a game device......she walked away; wasn't sure if she walked away to accomidate us or just walked away....as she said nothing. Many times, while we waited for service we watched the bar tender play on her phone. I'm glad I don't live in the area:( read more

Normally, I don't mind BDubs. I came here for a job training and decided to get some take out from BDubs on Tuesday night. I ordered from online and saw they had a buy traditional wings, get one free deal and decided to do that. I was able to pick it up 15 minutes from when I order which was nice, but it all went downhill from there. I got there expecting to get the deal and they told me it was only dine-in. So to anyone trying to order the deal online, just realize you're getting ripped off and paying full price instead of paying half price. I also got back to my hotel and the wings were just COLD. I got two types of seasonings -a dry rub, which turned out okay (other than it being cold) and the Caribbean jerk sauce which was cold AND had BARELY ANY SAUCE on them. So this is why I could only give them a rate of 1 star. I cant wait to get back to my normal BDubs restaurant. read more

The boneless wings are usually very dry. For a few chicken wings and some french fries it'll cost you the same amount of money as a T-bone steak at a steakhouse super expensive and when you get your bill usually takes the waitress 30 minutes to come and collect the money I do not recommend Fricker's is way cheaper plus the kids eat for free read more

i ordered nachos and they barely had any cheese pico de gallo sour cream. they were served half size of the one i bought over in the cleveland store. the wings are always cold and tasteless. service is undistinguished. read more

This is a great B-Dubs. IDK why they only have 3 sdtars. My wings, salad and jerk chicken sammie were all spot-on tonight! Yummm. More about the chicken sandwich -- it was more than spot-on - it was one of the best chicken breasts I've had on a sandwich, or otherwise, for a while. I was thinking about pizza rolls as I was eating it... seriously, I was. You know how you try to get the pizza rolls as done as you possibly can, right up until... wait for it... OK-now! Get'm out right before they all start to leak! YES, Perfect! That's how perfect - thick, juicy and tender - that piece of blackened chicken was tonight. Seriously! read more

Tonight's wings were on point. I had the mango habanero, honey BBQ and salted Carmel BBQ. Try the salted Carmel BBQ! OMG read more

My family came to this BWW for a decent dinner for a sports bar with that expectation for the price. The food was terrible. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked and partially frozen. The sampler we ordered didn't even include the wings which is a main portion of the meal. The beer was super flat. All of the food was overpriced and the quality was not there nor did our waitress seem to care about any of it. Would not recommend coming here, even if you live here. read more

I usually stay at the hotels nearby when I'm in town on business - so I go here 'cause I can eat & drink as much as I want and walk back to my room. Typical of most BW3's...big room, lots of beer and TV screens. Good selection of beer - my food was always good and served pretty fast (I generally sit at the bar) and the service from the bartenders is always top-notch. You go to chains like this not to be swept away by excellence, but comforted by their consistency. Of the three bars of this type in town (also Fricker's and Jersey's) this seems to be the most popular and best established. Best crowd mix per age/sex etc. - strong "after work" crowd - thins out as night goes on. Never been here on a weekend, though... read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - a baseball game being played - Chicken Wings Near Me - Defiance, Ohio

For some reason there was no interactive trivia or poker available when we were there. This is the main reason that we visit this establishment. When we asked our server, she didn't seem to know what we were talking about. She said that she would ask her manager and that was the last we heard about it. Also, platinum margarita is not as described on the menu. Server argued with me about that. Wings and Buffalo chips were great! Will probably never return unless we find out that the interactive games are back. read more

Service was excellent but wings are just ok. They need to go to the Loose Goose in windsor ON and learn how to make them.

Me live just 15 minutes from this BWW! We will not go back! The boneless wings were cold, the fries and cheese were microwaved to melt the cheese! The staff were setting at a table eating, laughing and doing nothing! There was paper on the floor, music was so loud you couldn't talk! The "Jerseys" sports bar across the road was packed at Noon!!! BWW only had 7 cars in the lot!!! That speaks for its self! read more

We brought a party of 12 here because my daughter chose to come here for her birthday. She wanted their Mac n Cheese and ofcourse they are out. My mom orders some sort of vegitarian plate. They are outof that too. Ordered drinks that never came. They werent even busy. Spoke to the "manager" regarding this. He apologized said they had a busy weekend and walked away. Almost $200 for crappy food crappy service and absolutely no f**ks given by the guy they pay to run the joint. Im done with Buffalo Wild Wings read more

The wings a dry, and the food is over priced for what you get. It is an OK place to go watch a game but nothing great about it. Its good to stop in and have a beer on the way to a wedding reception at the K of C hall, but that is about it. read more

I keep giving this place a try but EVERY single time we go busy or not the food is awful. I have NEVER went there that our food was warm let alone hot which for the price is how it should be served. The wait staff, well you can tell they weren't trained and forget personalities. Being that they have a 3 star review would make you think the owner would sit down with the manager and make improvements. Thank goodness for other options. Last time eating here. read more

This is the worst run restaurant I've ever been to. Food not only came out late, waitress offered no explanation or apology. Some friends sat down with us 15 minutes after we ordered and got their food 10 minutes before us. When I complained to the manager she just stared at me and couldn't explain what happened other than "we're slammed" even though the restaurant was less than 1/3 full. Avoid at all costs. read more

I've came here plenty of times and I always just write off writing a review because it's Bdubs & they're all pretty much the same. But today, I've finally decided it's bad to express how much this place SUCKS. Every. Single. Time. I come here and my fries & wings never come out warm. They're not even lukewarm. They're cold. And the fries are always soggy. One time I thought maybe I would try something different, maybe it was just what I ordered regularly, so I tried buffalitos. Nope. Cold & dry. Not to mention the lack of refills and service in general. You're lucky to see your waitress maybe twice. I'm just OVER it. Bdubs isn't that great in general in my opinion, but this one just sucks. And if it were my decision, I'd go to Jerseys over this place any day. Heck, Pizza Hut has better honey bbq wings then this place. And at least they come out hot. read more

Had brisket tacos & side salad, they were good. Due to COVID could not sit at bar but was spaced out & mask were worn by staff, along with gloves. Stopped in to catch the end of a my college team basketball game at B-Dubs on a A "Super Tuesday" night. Asked the manager (Joyce) at the Defiance, OH location to turn the college basketball game sound on and instead of doing it, she said there was only 7:28 left of the game and would not change it. Instead she left 80's and 90's hair bands playing to the 11 people that were at this B-Dubs. Great customer service - NOT! Guess Joyce should go to the local fast food joint so she does not have to worry about customer service - which was piss-poor!! On the lighter side, Sarah my service was efficient and provided great service despite lack of customer service by her manager Joyce!! read more

B-dubs is a good place to have a beer and watch more than one game at a time. It's not a good place to eat and this was one of the worst I've eaten at. The fries were lukewarm and my wings were barely cooked. I could only eat half of them. It's a shame because there is no reason they couldn't serve hot fries and better cooked wings. On a positive note the bartender was nice. read more

Typical BW3s but probably a bit better than average given tv coverage and view ability and beer choices.

Order food online to be picked up at 6:50. Had to wait for 20 minutes at counter with no one asking about our order. Went and got manager that we didn't get any help. Food was cold. Our dry rub desert heat wings had way to much seasoning on them. It's like the lid came off and all the seasoning ended up on our wings. Very disappointed with service. People were in line with no orders getting out to them. I could see a bunch of orders just setting on the shelf. I won't recommend this place. Several better alternatives in location. read more
