The food is as it always is. That's why we go there. Love the wings & the IPA's on draft. We usually sit at the bar, because it' s the 2 of us. The bartender is more interested in talking to one person on the other side of the bar & we had to walk to that side to get her attention! The bar area is a literal mess! Dirty dishes sitting on the bar where the waiter's drop off glasses. Piled high! 2 or 3 sinks stacked full of food trays with the over flow stacked on the garbage can. We had to flag her down whenever we needed something, which is not that bad but considering she was horrible at attending to the whole bar instead of one single person! It's weird. I want to give it a 4 or 5 star rating. I like the food. But the stuff acts like they aren't interested. They quickly take your order and rush away only to be seen again once to bring food and once to deliver the bill. No conversation. No smiles. No eye contact. Just drop and run. Not sure what prissy super upper-crust top-1%ers nearly all the reviews for this place are coming from where their justifications for a 1 star review are impossible to understand stories written while half-drunk, blaming the staff for a boil warning in the city which is TOTALLY their fault for destroying underground massive piping, ignoring basic coupon/deal rules that were totally fully stated, or people claiming waiting a few minutes for food at a sports bar is weird. I'm not sure WHY people like that would even step foot into a sports bar, isn't that a little low brow compared to your usual operas and cabaret shows? Being a humble normal human being living in a humble normal human being town - clearly of a lower caste than these superior humans who deserve nothing less than being waited on hand and foot non-stop and delivered the best quality everything...in a sports bar - I have to say my experience here was pretty good. I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and this was my first time; I ordered a burger that was very customized and they even helped lower the price given how much I had removed from it. While the service wasn't the best I've ever had, it was good. The staff was kind, pretty attentive, and like I said they even went out of their way to help lower the cost as much as allowed. The only negative really was that they forgot to bring any napkins or straws until asked and that my group were unaware that we had to pay at the table and tried to pay at the front which was a little embarrassing but also should have been assumed by us as it is kind of the norm. Bathrooms were very clean and the paper towels are higher quality thicker but more soft and absorbent ones you usually find in restaurants, let alone a sports bar. The food itself was delicious, filling, and surprisingly very affordable - identical to our usual bill at places like Applebees, El Mezcal, etc. If you think it's a place worthy of 1 star then maybe you're expecting way too much out of a franchise-chain sports bar. Well, I was staying at the hotels behind the place so that gets me at the location. I searched the area prior to heading to this place since I already a web the previous reviews. The local eateries were all too booked or really run down(Applebees, that's a totally different scenario) I settled broke the bw3 because it is a national chain although most are franchises. The night started out right. Good, cold beer. And awesome service. But then another customer made a comment bro their server about what they didn't beamy in a drink. The server told the (so called bartender) and she very loudly put down the customer in a very rude manner. Once the server went back to the customer they stated "we heard you yiu know?" I went to take my brother out for his graduation present and hoped to eat some good food, which I got, but the service absolutely ruined the experience. When we sat down, we had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks. I had asked for lemon in my water and the waiter told me he would go grab me a lemon and instead sat down at the table beside us. Someone else had to give us our appetizer and food, and she tossed the wings on the table. Then our original waiter walked passed us with our refills and sat back down at the table beside us. We visited this location during a boil advisory and we're notified by the waitress that only bottled soft drinks were being served. What she didn't tell us was that the bottle was going to cost us $3.25 for 12 ounces! When we complained to the manager, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry, there's nothing I can do." When a customer has a legitimate complaint, "sorry, there's nothing I can do" is NOT an acceptable answer! If you want to respect your customer, you eat the additional expense of buying bottled beverages...you don't rip them off on the check. read more

That would have been fun if the bar tender would have tended to our request....... It's not like she was super busy or even busy at all. Normally, I don't mind BDubs. I came here for a job training and decided to get some take out from BDubs on Tuesday night. I ordered from online and saw they had a buy traditional wings, get one free deal and decided to do that. I was able to pick it up 15 minutes from when I order which was nice, but it all went downhill from there. I got there expecting to get the deal and they told me it was only dine-in. So to anyone trying to order the deal online, just realize you're getting ripped off and paying full price instead of paying half price. I also got back to my hotel and the wings were just COLD. I got two types of seasonings -a dry rub, which turned out okay (other than it being cold) and the Caribbean jerk sauce which was cold AND had BARELY ANY SAUCE on them. So this is why I could only give them a rate of 1 star. I cant wait to get back to my normal BDubs restaurant. read more

The sampler we ordered didn't even include the wings which is a main portion of the meal. The beer was super flat. Good selection of beer - my food was always good and served pretty fast (I generally sit at the bar) and the service from the bartenders is always top-notch. You go to chains like this not to be swept away by excellence, but comforted by their consistency. Of the three bars of this type in town (also Fricker's and Jersey's) this seems to be the most popular and best established. When we asked our server, she didn't seem to know what we were talking about. She said that she would ask her manager and that was the last we heard about it. Stopped in to catch the end of a my college team basketball game at B-Dubs on a A "Super Tuesday" night. Asked the manager (Joyce) at the Defiance, OH location to turn the college basketball game sound on and instead of doing it, she said there was only 7:28 left of the game and would not change it. Instead she left 80's and 90's hair bands playing to the 11 people that were at this B-Dubs. Great customer service - NOT! Guess Joyce should go to the local fast food joint so she does not have to worry about customer service - which was piss-poor!! Our dry rub desert heat wings had way to much seasoning on them. It's like the lid came off and all the seasoning ended up on our wings. Very disappointed with service.
