Absolutely awful. Our order was both charged incorrectly and given to us missing multiple items. We had cold soggy fries, cold burgers, and missing nuggets. When we asked for our missing items we were rudely told that we would have to pay for items we already paid for. This place needs respectful employees with common sense. Not the first bad experience. I'm not a huge Fast Food Fan, but I have to say this Wendy's is really good. The food is typical Wendy's food but here, the service is mountain people friendly. When I have breakfast here, they'll even make special dishes for me (nothing fancy, just scrambled eggs) but it shows they aim to please the customer. If yo like bacon, ya gotta have the Baconator or Son of Baconator because they are Burger-Baconliscious! I bring the family (especially the grandkids) here often and they really love it. read more

Wendy's in Conifer is one of two fast food chains in the area however DON'T/DO NOT drive away without checking your order! We've lived her 3.5 years and know many people visit this Wendy's on their way up to the slopes or on their way to camp, hike, sight-see, etc but, never pull out of the parking lot without checking your order! I've made the mistake; now twice! First time: drive home to find there is no # 1 meal for my husband and now tonight my hubs drives home with his order + my southwest avocado salad only to learn there is no chicken and no avocado; it's a side salad. In both cases we were charged for what we ordered but didn't receive our order. My hubs did drive back 1st time to retrieve his meal and they did credit the purchase and receipt. 2nd order wasn't worth driving back because of weather and road conditions. Bad Food. Bad service. Dirty restaurant. Tables dirty, had to get paper towels and wipe it down. Service bad, Fries were warm and soggy. Asked for hot fries as they do not give them away.. Amanda grabbed them from my tray and threw them away. My wife asked for new, Amanda gave her new hot fries without saying a word, just pissed. My double stack burger was not so good. Wish I could rate inside service lower!!. I have been in this location multiple times in off peak hours. No one acknowledges that they have counter service. They might as well lock the doors. I have mentioned this to them before, just walked out today. Vehicles arriving 10 minutes after I began standing at the counter are served before anyone acts like there is an inside customer. Me and a friend decided to grab a meal at this wendy's because we were fairly hungry. We stopped in and sat down, and as I was getting up to order, I was stopped by an older gentleman (who didn't work there) and told that we were not allowed to bring in outside food. Since this is fair, I said ok, and started to walk to the counter to order. He then stopped me again and proceeded to go on a rant about how people my age were extremely disrespectful and would always yell and scream in the restaurant. Ummm... ok? He kept going on and on about how we were not allowed to eat at the restaurant and we ruin the experience for everyone else. Then, a staff member came over, and told my friend he had to get up because of an incident that had happened with people that go to my school last week. We were then told that the man ranting to me helps them out on fridays and has done nothing wrong. Ok, fine. We then went to order our food and other staff members started to go off on us about how people at my school were too disrespectful "last time" so we couldn't eat in there any more. The service is terrible. I stop off here now and again when I have to travel to Bailey from Highlands Ranch and every time it's a disappointment. I had stopped coming here and going to Sonic instead, but decided to try it out again; the service was still the same. I went through the drive through at 2:00 p.m on a Monday (after lunch). There were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru, yet, I sat there for 20 minutes. To top things off the manager who was working the window had the worst attitude. There was never an apology for the wait. It was clear by his attitude and body language he was not happy to be there. To make matters worse when I finally got my food (crispy chicken sandwich combo) the fries were cold and the chicken was burnt. I had already driven away and was on 285, turning around to go back isn't that easy. I refuse to give this location my business and will go to Sonic if I need something fast (Wendy's and Sonic are the only two options in Conifer with a drive thru). read more

Worst service I have ever suffered through at a fast food restaurant. I stopped on a Saturday to get a chicken sandwich. There was one person in line in front of me. After I placed my order, he received his. Seven more people placed orders after me; all received their food before mine. At one point I was informed that there had been "a problem" with my order and they were starting over. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for my money back, adding that I didn't have time for this. The sales clerk replied, "Then leave." I repeated that I needed my money back; the clerk turned and walked away. The manager heard my complaining, came forward and refunded my money. No explanation for the lack of service, no apology. I won't be stopping there again. read more
