Have never been to this particular location of QDOBA before but we were up in conifer doing some ziplining and decided to stop for lunch afterwards. When we arrived, the door is a little difficult to get open.... but the restaurant was clean. We waited in line until our turn to order. The staff was all very friendly. And accomodated some of my special requests. Had dental stuff done and can really still only eat soft foods. this was my first time actually trying to eat something besides a liquid in over a week. Ordered a bowl, the beans and the salsas were tasty. The guac was delicious. Its only a bummer you have to pay $1 for a little cup if you want extra of it. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal though. Would go back again if we were in the area. read more

Fail. The tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. It was freezing at our table; we literally had to go get our jackets, on a warm June day! The "seasoned brown rice" in my burrito was either undercooked or had dried out; it was hard. And finally, my wife's beef bowl was over-salted. Sad to report, another failing Manager who lacks the proper skills in running a "fast food" restaurant. Looking over the counter to the kitchen area, made my stomach churn, floors covered with a disgusting large amount of food/trash all over. We watched a person making on-line orders while in line, I learned never to order online after what I witnessed. Dining area was not clean. We decided to get our order "to go". Tables were not wiped down, obvious food on the floor under the tables. It was gross! All but one napkin dispenser were empty. This location used to be too notch; clean, inviting and a pleasant staff. Sad that things have gone downhill. read more

This QDOBA team is doing the best they can! Struggling for staff and finding it difficult to keep ingredients in stock, the team here was friendly and speedy when we visited on a Tuesday evening. The line was 8-10 parties long and workers were busy yet kept smiling and served food quickly! Standard QDOBA fare, delicious crispy chips, meal exactly as expected and made to order. During my visit today, Saturday, Sept 17th at 4pm there were at least 4 employees in the store, with very little traffic. The food counter, back counter, kitchen & cashier area floor along with the customer eating area were a complete mess. Counters were covered in spilled food and the floor was covered in trash. Two soda selections were empty and there were no napkins in the store. Only one employee, the younger teenage male wearing glasses was the only one with any enthusiasm. The other three seemed to be oblivious to the mess or customers in line. If I were a district manager, I would spend some time retraining in this store. Please consider giving the young man a raise, he seems to be running the store single handedly. All the other employees disappeared. He's very upbeat & positive despite having no help from his manager. The poor young man even endured a possible female manager tell him to clean up the floor as he was single handedly helping a continuous line of customers; he made the food and rang up the transactions. The possible manager female had very interesting brightly colored hair. In years past this has been a top notch Qdoba, but I'm steering clear for a few months to see if Corporate can come and clean this place up. read more

Anyone who gave this place a bad review is nuts, how spoiled do you have to be to give a bad review when they are clearly understaffed. Both of the employees working were pleasant and professional. They made me new rice because it "looked dry" my food tasted fresh, and was warm. Not to mention this place is like 8000 feet AGL, and we are lucky to even have a restaurant here. read more

My husband and I have been here countless times over the years (it's actually the first Qdoba I've ever eaten at) and we've never had any issues with the food or service. Honestly, I have issues with "service" comments if they involve younger people in the area because there aren't a plethora of job options around so I have a lot of patience when it's younger people (older people, not so much). Anyway, we've pre-ordered online or ordered while at the location and it's always relatively quick. The food is always good like any other locations. Personally, I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle for several reasons but to each their own. We will continue to come here and we would suggest it to anyone else traveling through looking for a quick option (or if you're craving a delicious burrito and some chips and queso - yum!) read more

We've been to this location several times and have always had a good experience. The only positive comment is that the food was fine. However the place is disgusting as it is so dirty. There was food (quite a bit), used gloves and who knows what on the floor behind the counter and in the part of the kitchen you can see. Some of the tables had not been wiped off and apparently there was a spill as there was a towel on the floor by our table. One of the bathrooms was especially filthy. I've never seen anything like the state of this restaurant. It's begging to be reported to the health department. read more

I decided to write this review after a few times of giving QDOBA several chances. I will say I do prefer chipotle but this review is based solely on qdoba. The people that work here are very nice and friendly. The food was nothing amazing. Honestly on a taste thing your better off going to the nearby Wendy's. My biggest complaint is that the black beans were not cooked all the way through and you could tell that by just biting into them. The tortilla and other ingredients just didn't seem fresh or tasty. Our family has stopped at this location in Conifer many times on our road trip to the cabin and the poor condition of the restaurant today really caught us off guard. It was just before noon and it was not yet busy. The table areas were really dirty, there were boxes and bags of towels taking up eating space. The meat in our food was cold and the ice tea machines were empty and clearly had not been cleaned recently. Restrooms were not much better. This location seems to have really gone down hill. Sad to leave a review for this place as there are not very many options in Conifer. My daughter and I went into Qdoba around 530. When we walked up to the counter the young lady told us they only have pork and ground beef. No chicken. Although there were like 10 cooked chicken breasts on the grill. We said what's the wait as we both wanted chicken, the other worker said I guess I can cut some chicken up in an annoyed voice. I'm like well yea.... Isn't that the point?!? The place as a mess. Mountains of rice dumped on the floor with trash everywhere and nothing wiped down!The place looked like a hot mess. They made mine and my daughters bowls and was literally scraping the remains out of the container to even get anything. She finally looked up and saw my disgusted face and decided to pull fresh containers out of the back. Like WTF. There were two managers there that FINALLY came out of the back to help them once there was a line wrapped around the block. I really want to give our local Conifer Qdoba a better review, and their food is as good as other like restaurants in the area, but the staff is the real shortcoming. Just yesterday I heard an assistant manager speak very rudely to a customer over her handling of coupons. What ever happened to treating your customers with respect, Ashley? I've had negative experiences upon my past few visits to this location, and they are problems I haven't had at other Qdoba restaurants. Such as witnessing a supervisor (woman with pink hair) berating an employee, waiting for 10 minutes for my pickup order only to discover it was sitting forgotten next to the cash register the entire time, cleaning chemical in the tea dispenser, uncleanliness in the eating area, and the general vibe of very unhappy employees. Just today I placed a large order and drove 25 minutes to pick it up, but when I arrived the doors were locked and a sign was posted stating new hours are 12-9pm. This was at 1:30pm. I checked my email and discovered my order had been cancelled. I understand short staffing is a rampant problem right now, but a phone call would have been helpful. read more

This place is a Sh*t Show I have learned from multiple former employees that this place is down right disgusting and a poorly run ship that Is going to sink. if you thought the front was dirty just see the back. its bad bad. sometimes the back drain will flood under the sink with nasty sink water which is a huge health hazard. employees never wash their hands either. people walk past messes and don't do anything about it. This place is bad and the manager is always complaining about something which is not very fun to be around. I was not sure if any of this was true but I just recently went into here and my god is it so dirty. trash wasn't taken out. the tables were messy the floors with stains on the floor and the line had food and junk all over it. used and unused gloves all over the floor along with just piles of unswept food. or the trash would be swept but not picked up making a massive pile of junk all over the floor. This has been our "go to" about once a week for many years. The staff and management has completely changed, however, and not for the better, in so many ways. I understand that they have shortages, but they randomly close and don't update their app or hours on the door. We stopped by right at 9pm on a Thursday, but the doors were locked and the two guys inside waved us off. Yesterday, they were out of queso, which they announced as they began making our food, and they were also out of corn salsa, which we only learned as we went through the queue. I know things are back-ordered and workers are few, but the communication and attitude we've gotten is really lacking. C'mon guys...you can do so much better. She was sweet, caring, and gave me good servings in my burrito. I will be coming back, and hopefully she will be working again. 10/10 would recommend. Places is clean and well kept they definitely take pride in the dinning area... Employees friendly and helpful kept line moving quickly during lunch.... Only complaint was chicken was overcooked and new queso tasted old or something . . Would have asked for something different but was already on 285 headed home..
