I love this chick filet! The kid center is great and the staff is wonderful with their whole please to serve you mentality. There isn't a time they don't disappoint. They're consistent with service, they're consistent with flavor, and cleanliness. You can't ever say you have ever walked into a chick filet and seen it dirty cause they're just not their on top of it all. I like how they also willingly give you more than you need for sauces cause their sauces are top notch with taste. Chick-Fil-A is really going down hill especially this location. The people that work there are unfriendly and not helpful. They have a weird system, having employees stand outside and take the orders is ridiculous and they got my whole order wrong anyways. They still charged my credit card. I told them to cancel the order instead of waiting for the correct order. When I got home I noticed they still charged my credit card. I will be disputing this charge for sure. Great experience overall. Food is amazing and service is awesome. Staff is kind, respectful, and always says "My Pleasure!" My order is always correct and it comes out in a timely fashion. I get this is a really stupid thing to leave a bad review about. Generally, this place operates the same as any other Chick-fil-a, which is honestly very good. The two stars is more of an indication of how I feel about this one problem, not this location as a whole. BUT They seem to ALWAYS forget to give the sauce(s) that you order. Why ask every single person what sauce they want if you're going to forget to put it in the bag?? They also forget to sub out the fries for fruit often which is an upcharge. read more

First off...I LOVE chik fil A! I go to a lot of them. Today, I went to the Aspen Grove location at C-470 and Kipling with my granddaughter and we dined inside at her request. Our food order came out before we even sat down at a table. That was nice until we started to eat our food. Her kids nuggets were warm and her fries were stiff and cold. My chik fil A sandwich was barely warm and my Mac n cheese side was barely warm with a film on top of the Mac n cheese like it had been sitting a whole. Fast service is great if you can maintain the rest of the expected quality as well. Never sacrifice quality for schedule...that is a fast way to lose a customer. This is the best chick-fil-a in Littleton by far. We go out of our way to come to this one over the others. The food is better here and the staff is friendly and helpful. I saw a review and they were talking poorly about the Aspen Grove location (obviously not this one) so sorry you guys got stuck with a 2 star review for them. Went to this location on the 16th of Feb. Drive Thru was busy and when I finally got to the window they couldn't find my order. No big deal, it happens but as I was running late I couldn't wait for them to redo my order so I asked them to refund the $9.44. They said it was processed and I left. That afternoon I checked the bank and the order had not been refunded. Called the Chik-Fil-A Care center that evening and was assured someone would call me back. On Monday the 19th I went into the restaurant to speak with the Manager and was told they weren't available. As of the 21st I still do not have my money back, nor have I heard from anyone. They try so hard to be personable by splitting up the parking lot so that real people can take orders rather than drive thru speaker. This is a busy restaurant but there's no need to rip people off because they are in a good location. Chick-fil-a is very good and one of the best fast food restaurants that I have ever been to. Their food is amazing and their place is always clean. When me and my mom go there and we are in a rush because i have to go to soccer i can always rely on chick-fil-a to be very fast so i can be on time. There's a lot of reasons why you should go to chick-fil-a first of all they are so fast, they have great service, the food is great and never cold and always warm, sweet employees, and it has a great location. chick -fil-a has amazing food and that is why that is my favorite fast food place and restaurant in the world. Another reason why I like it so much is it is very clean inside and the place is right by my house so we can go there whenever we won't. The service at chick-fil-a is so so marvelous. I love it because it can be so fast and sometimes I am really hungry. When I am done it always fills me up with the ice cream and the cold drinks and the food is so good I love it. When i go there the inside it is very great they have a playground well i guess that was good when i was little but sometimes me and some of my friend just do it for fun and it is funny but fun. There sitting is very great like for example there's table and booths are very cool and when we get are food we can pick are spot in the place so it is cool and fun. It is cool because it is always busy so I am glad that even though covid is around they are still busy. It is amazing I am happy for the people who work there that they are still in business and they can stay in business. This has to be the friendliest and most efficient Chick-fil-A around! This location services an elementary school, middle school, high school and a lot of other businesses in the area which means a LOT of hungry kids and adults. Their drive thru has two people taking orders on tablets. Usually when you see people outside, you expect slow, inefficient service but not here. The cars move surprisingly fast despite long looking lines. Inside they usually have 2-4 people working cashier with a lot of help behind them. As soon as the order is given, there's so many hands moving around to get the order going quickly. While the drive thru goes by quickly, going inside tends to be a little quicker. While chick-fil-a is known for courteous service, this location feels genuine. Definitely recommend coming to this location! read more

This location makes you wait in the very long drive through line to circle around the restaurant to get a numbered space for curbside (if they are even available) to begin preparing your order. Worst idea ever. Please designate the parking spots on the east side or north side of the restaurant for curbside pickup. It's puzzling that you would force app users to wait in the drive through line. Makes no sense at all. Will never return to this location! Worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I know this location hires very young employees which is fine. But, they are not trained properly. For once I'd like to have my order correct in the drive through. As for the food, the sanwiches are assembled very poorly and the bun is usually soggy in the foil bag. Finally, I felt terrible all day after the meal and could not figure out why. When I researched, it was revealed that this chain uses a ton of MSG. I have always avoided MSG due to feeling ill after consumption and get arythmia from it. read more

Ordered a "large" kale crunch salad. It is very small. The price tag, however, is very large at $4.09. I was shocked at the size! Very overpriced for such a small amount of kale. Okay! So Chick-fil-A has always been the pinnacle of customer service to me, but the employees at this Chick-fil-A seriously go above and beyond (and then a little farther). My newly married wife and I lost her engagement ring at this location and were devastated because we didn't have insurance on it yet (that was definitely our dumb mistake). We're also sentimental people, and even if we had gotten the ring replaced it wouldn't have been the same. Ginger, Dillion, and Kylie understood our hurt, and searched every inch of where we had been sitting, underneath trash cans, behind heavy counters, and even IN the trash! These amazing people went through multiple bags of trash many times, and they did it all with a smile. We eventually found it, and probably wouldn't have if it weren't for the time and care they took away from their jobs to assist us in something so important. You are all incredible. Oh course our visit prior to losing the ring was also phenomenal. There's always great service here and fantastic food, I have yet to be disappointed here and I don't believe I ever will be. "So what's the deal with Chick-fil-A?" I ask my husband. Not being a conoisseur of fast-food, I'd never tried it. People seem to rave about it though, putting it on par with the elusive In n' Out Burger, so when we drove past one, hungry, at 8:00 one night, I couldn't help but find myself intrigued. "The deal is, it's awesome," he replies, "the chicken is really good quality." Quality chicken is important to me in my limited fast-food endeavors, so we pull into the drive through and order a 12 piece nugget box and an order of fries to share. "You want Chick-fil-A sauce with that?" the dude in the window asks me. Never one to blindly accept mystery sauce from a dude in a polyester uniform, I ask, "what is it?" "It's pure awesomeness. It makes everything it touches amazing." That's a pretty bold statement. I decide to go for it. The verdict: WHAT THE EFF ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING!?!? Really? This is the Holy Grail of fast-food chicken? While I will concede that the chicken did appear to be actual white-meat chicken and not the processed, reconstituted, sponge-like, mechanically-separated chicken gruel that makes up a typical fast-food nugget, it's far from being ANYTHING I'd ever call "awesome." The breading was weirdly soggy and somehow... sweet? What IS that? And the fries (waffle cut? really? that's a personal affront to all things fried-potatoey) were flaccid and barely even warm. Don't even get me started on their so-called Miracle Sauce. It's exactly the same as Good Times' "wild sauce," which is to say, Thousand Island dressing with a tiny kick of spice. I am ashamed of all of you. And doubly ashamed of myself for falling prey to the lies. "Eat Mor Chiken" they say?
