Zero stars trying. Nothing like ordering catering online and having them cancel via txt 2 hours before the party. Weak.

A common trend here is to be out of key ingredients during lunch and dinner hours. I went here for dinner the day before Thanksgiving...the line was long and once I got to the front they were out of steak, guacomole, lettuce, chips, and nearly out of cheese too. Not a good experience. To top it off, the staff was rude and asking people to step out of line after they waited so long to determine what else they would want to eat since no more food was being prepared by the four behind the counter. I went back for another shot this week during lunch and they were running low on black beans and chicken. The server scaped the bottom of each and tried to serve me the 1/3 portions of each. I was in last night and most of the workers were great. However, there was one boy (red hair teen) who was not. He was eating a brownie in the service area. His mask was below his chin. He would take a bite of his crumbling brownie and go over to the service food and arrange it then head back to his brownie and take another bite then back to the service food. He never washed his hands and he never had his mask on right. Come on guys. maybe you don't like the mask but neither do I. You might not think it is helping but rules are rules. GROSS! read more

This place is filthy. We've been here several times, and it is never clean. Not one table In the dining area was wiped, and the floor hadn't been swept all day. The bathrooms are disgusting as well. It makes me question if the back where the food is being prepared is any better. We will not be coming back! read more

We bought from this location for my daughter's wedding reception. We ordered online. Easy! The food was great, delivered on time and everyone raved about how this food choice was sooo much better than the typical wedding food (dry buffet style chicken and/or steak). read more

Update: 4 years later! Gave this place another shot. Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. Guess what the girl asked me..... "Do you want cheese?" "Me: Umm, yup." Her:" Ok, so chicken and cheese?" Stopped through here on my way to the Western Slope. The only requirement for a good review here is to properly roll a burrito with a smile. It's a bunch of stoner looking rude kids that work here. If you go here don't get anything rolled in a tortilla get the nachos or salad or something so they won't ruin it, and don't expect good service, apparently these kids are too good to say hi and smile. read more

I never post bad reviews but we have come to expect consistency from chains and we love Qdoba. We hit them all over Colorado. This one sucked:(. Biggest complaint was the staff. All kids, and nobody paid a bit of attention to customer experience. The place was FILTHY, floor, prep area, dining room. Burrito was not good. Ingredients were all cross contaminated. Sorry Qdoba, we won't give up on you but we won't be stopping at this particular location again. Some adult supervision may be warranted at this local. read more

These five stars are for Eric! We stopped in for a quick lunch while out and about hunting Pokemon and we were energetically greeted by Eric, and he immediately made the experience memorable. Horrible experience. Do NOT go here. Did an online family order and another individual order to take with us to visit a family member. What a disappointment. This staff could not follow the online order. They did not follow specific instructions and left items out. The food was cold and when I mentioned it, I was told that "family orders come cold, you have to heat them up". What? They had to remake the individual meal as it was not correct with the order, and they did not include the beans or rice. I had to ask for it. Then, when we got the order to our location, we also saw that we did not get the queso bowl that was to come with our order. So, we paid for something we did not get. This staff was horrible. They do not know what they are doing. For a $56 order, it was very disappointing. The food was not flavorful at all. It was very bland, and the chicken had inedible parts in it. The quality was terrible. We will NOT be back. This place is not worth the money or the frustration you have to deal with when trying to get the employees to do an order correctly. This used to be a place with good value but I just had a to go order brought to me that was horrible. I had a naked chicken fajita burrito brought home and it wouldn't make even 2 full tacos what a rip. 4 pieces of chicken where dry and crispy sweet! Also received a healthy 2 table spoons of guacamole so nice. Would have returned it but live a bit far for the trouble. Now I see why the place is struggling. read more

Very poor hygiene! Saturday February 17th....Witnessed 2 female employees fail to wash their hands after smoking a cigarette upon arrival to work and the other smoked a cigarette, then came inside, ate lunch, then went back to prepping food. With the flu season still going strong and more crud going around, this was totally uncalled for. There didn't appear to be anyone in charge, a woman, with purplish hair who might be a manager was chatting with those same girls, not noticing their uncleanliness. Nice staff, very friendly and clean. Just hate that you use nasty iceberg lettuce. It's hard white rinds are inedible.

This Qdoba started out good but lately it's going down hill. The floor in the back was a mess. I saw one member of the staff showing his friend how he throws cheese over his shoulder and onto the floor and he says he does this all the time. Depending on the day you go it seems as though the portions are getting smaller each time. It's a shame because we used to like going here but not anymore. read more

Finally after several disappointing visits, it's now time for a review. The Conifer location offers the worst service, hands down. Michelle, the "so-called" Manager is horribly rude, disgruntled and will over charge you every chance she gets. When ordering a side of rice and chicken, she will attempt to charge you $8.20 as if it's a full burrito bowl. Keep in mind this amounts to about a quarter cup of rice and maybe a quarter cup of chicken, if you're lucky. Who in the world would pay $8.20 for that?? It's outrageous! Ive watched her do this to others in front of me as well. When pointing this out to her she is always rude and on one occasion she told me I was being "cheap". Are you kidding me? I must add that the staff could care less about you and your food. Lacking effort and personality. But that issue starts with Michelle who clearly sets a poor example for the staff. Being in this industry for the past 30 years I've learned that it all starts with Leadership and unfortunately, this location is severely lacking that. Sadly, I won't be returning until Michelle is replaced and no longer there. Service will not improve until she's gone. It doesn't matter how good the food is, if this is the type of service you get, you will lose customers. Not even 1 star can be justified for this review. Extremely disappointing! read more

Terrible experience at qdoba, after already being at several qdobas before considering it's a consistent chain restaurant that usually meets my expectations of a fast food style quick Mexican restaurant I was extremely disappointed. As I ordered what I always get from qdoba, steak nachos I was looking forward to quick eating and then getting back on the road. As I watched the woman scrape the sides of the queso pan as she refused to get some fresh stuff I was already a bit disappointed. Also, each time I asked that she add something to my food, she would look at me as if I were bothering her, it was a very unwelcoming vibe. As the other 4-5 staff members stood in the back of the kitchen, she had to ask for someone to help ring me up at least 4 times before one of them looked up from they're phone. Long story short the service was terrible, the food was extremely sub par, and the restaurant was just absolutely filthy, sorry qdoba but I think next time I'll just go to chipotle. read more

Went to Qdoba for lunch today at 1:30 PM. The kitchen area was absolutely filthy. Food and debris all over the floor. Made me feel sick just looking at it, Very concerned about the food prep and handling since it was very apparent that they do not care what their customers think. Hope I don't get sick! read more

I love Qdoba, but not this one. Portions are extremely small. I wanted to get a soda for my child's meal...not an option without an "upcharge" of $1.90! I was told if I didn't like it to call corporate. I tried to call corporate after getting the number from the general manager, only to find out, they won't talk to you on the phone. Best food on the mountain, always GREAT food, FANTASTIC SERVICE, very consistent and tasty!

My wife and I decided to go here one night after work, worst place to eat for the price. I'm a local and I've been to alot of qdobas before, but this was the first time here.The staff seemed very rude and super dumb when taking our order.First off, they were out of pulled pork, and this was on a Friday on Labor Day weekend, so my wife switched it to steak, then they asked what I wanted on mine and made my wife's burrito, luckily we have the same taste on a lot of things, they forgot what kind of meat I wanted, after I told them 2 minutes previous, and the burritos were half the size of the normal ones at any other Qdoba, it seemed like they would rather give half spoonful than make more stuff in the back, like rice. When I ate mine the guacamole had way too much lemon juice, the chicken was crunchy or had a bunch of fat in it, and the burrito, at the end, tasted like there was old grease scraped off a grill and shoved in my burrito. It tasted so bad that I puked, so at the "low" price of $7.00 I got to poop in reverse. YAY!!!!.Stay away from this place. read more
