This time, we came in during the craftsman fair in Concord, and after looking at the stalls for most of the day, we were ravenously hungry. I had a chicken breast sandwich which was a truly beautiful piece of chicken breast, with caramelized onions and all the trimmings. I also had a salad on the side. My other half, had a juicy, tantalizing burger with some of the best fries I have ever had. Yet another one of our guests had the chicken tenders, light and tender and crispy which was extremely tasty. I can understand some of the previous comments about having to wait to order. The manager, who attends the cash register in ordering, he's doing 14 things at the same time. She is extremely busy especially in peak periods. However, she is quite efficient. As in most places, vibes also has a staffing shortage problem and that should in no way diminish the quality of the food as well as their amazing service to the community. My wife is a second generation Greek American, and we both know Greek home cooking. We started by splitting a bowl of their Avgolemono Soup (chicken rice lemon); the absolute best we have ever had! We both ordered the Lamb Gyro, and it was delicious! The Tsadziki sauce was wonderful...loaded with garlic, and the Gyro serving was very generous. The French Fries were also good, crisp, but not greasy at all. My wife had Onion Rings with her Gyro... home made, lightly breaded, and very tasty. The desserts were next. They offered Baklava, Greek Rice Pudding, and Galatobouriko (a very special treat, made with crispy phyllo dough, and a firm custard, with a syrup). I had the Rice Pudding. What truly elevated the experience from excellent to exceptional was the service.
