They charge you for sauce. The greed of this place disgusts me. Avoid at all costs, don't patronize them.

The lady taking our order was patient while we decided what we wanted and was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean, as was the dining area. We took our food to go and it only took about 10 minutes for our food to come out. My chicken quesadilla was phenomenal and the cheese pull was impressive. For a place that seems to specialize in fries, the other items are also fantastic. I tried one of the fries and they definitely deserve to have the restaurant named after them. My husband loved his burger and even told me he was glad I suggested we try something new over going to a fast food spot. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Back when I first started coming here, they had the regular flat bottomed containers to put fries in. Last time I went, they gave me a container that has dividers in it which reduced the amount of fries they gave me. I'm a small person, it normally takes me almost an hour to eat a large portion of fry nations fries and most of the time my husband has to finish it for me, but I was able to finish the entire container in less than 15 minutes. If they go back to using the flat bottomed containers I might come back, or if they fix their prices since we're now paying the same price for less.

My kids loved it, the hubby loved it, I loved it. 5/5. The staff were friendly and the milk shakes were on point. Mine was spiked and it made me happy all day. That chicken sando though. Wow. Perfectly balanced with a carrot slaw and just a touch of chili oil to get a sizzle all held together with a decadent brioche bun. Voila! So delicious! I had a bite of hubby's burger and it was melt in your mouth awesome. I secretly love it when a restaurant has a small menu. I always hope it means they do a few things really well. Nonla lived up to all my expectations. Fast, but leisurely in the inviting diner atmosphere. The kids enjoyed asking me for $$ to play the games. Luckily, they were all winners. Hubby says this is his top 5 place and we will have to come back again soon! He also implored me to write an unequivocal 5 star review... a rare request from his mouth. Thanks Nonla!

The menu is concise and they do these classics well. They also have a daily milkshake and weekly food features. I still need to visit for their Sunday brunch! I've now been to the GR location many times and really appreciate how dialed in they've gotten over the years. You can order at the counter to go or get table service. The space is large and bright and good for groups. On my most recent visit, I was trying to decide between a burger and a chicken sandwich, and realized I'd never had the BBQ chicken club, which is listed as a grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. Our server told me that people like it if they are looking for something without fried chicken... but I really wanted fried chicken. So I asked if I could do that with fried chicken instead and she said absolutely! Their menu is super customizable, which is great to know. Our food came out quickly and I was impressed with the presentation of the sandwich. I like that they wrap it in paper which makes it easier to eat. It was a little messy towards the end with the BBQ sauce and mayo, but it was delicious and totally worth it. The veggies were fresh, the chicken was juicy, and the bacon was crispy... I'm thinking this might be my new go-to! Their burgers and other chicken sandwiches are also delicious. They have a full bar and fun cocktails, and happy hour Tuesday-Friday! Parking in the area is always a bit of a challenge, especially with continued construction nearby, but there are metered spots and some paid lots within walking distance.

I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

The online ordering wasn't working the night we were there, so I sent Nate outside to order for us. They give you a beeper so you know when to go back outside to pick up your food - helpful for the snowy November night! The menu consists of smash burgers, an Impossible burger, fries, pretzel bites, and chicken nuggets. I got a double Original Lost Art, and Nate got the Frankenstein, which is a double burger with one beef patty and a ground kielbasa patty. We also got a side of fries to share. Our food was done pretty quickly and the burgers were big! I liked that they wrap them up a bit so it's easier to eat. Mine was pretty messy and the buns did end up sliding all over, so be sure to get some extra napkins. The patties were thin, seasoned well, and super tasty. I absolutely loved the fries. They were super hot and fresh, with lots of salt. The star for me was the Frankenstein burger, though. The addition of the ground kielbasa patty is just next-level. If you like sausage, you have to try this. Super delicious and I hope to see Lost Art Burger around town more often, otherwise I'll be back to Lost Art Brewhouse for more tasty food soon.

It was clean inside, bathrooms were freezing and the inside itself was small. The parking sucked and for handicapped people would not be good at all. They did have a ramp but no close handicap places so we had to walk across a very slippery parking lot. The parking was very limited. This alone would not be a reason for returning. The mushrooms were huge and lightly breaded. They were good but I would prefer the smaller size. Personal preference and again they were good. The Reuben sandwich was very good (husband had it) and up sized to fries which were also good. I had the pot roast sandwich with waffle chips. The sandwich was amazing (I added onions & gr peppers). The waffle fries were evidently the bottom of the bag because they were all small pieces which I couldn't even hold onto to dip in the French onion dip which I paid extra for. The wet burrito was very good (son in law had this). The pasta carbonara was not good (daughter had) and the garlic bread came with a large black hair across it. The employees were very apologetic and of course by the time she got her new pasta we were all done eating & freezing. It was her birthday meal so it was disappointing. They did comp her meal so there is that. All in all it was good not great and did I mention FREEZING? The server was very slow in coming around and we had to track her down to get our check. She was pleasant as were the other employees we came into contact with. Because of location & parking we will not return but the sandwiches would be worth it if it were not for that.

Breakfast is served anytime they're open, which is cool since it's my favorite meal. Nate and I were in the area running an errand a few months ago, so we stopped in for lunch. We got the bratwurst sandwich to split. It was quite hefty, with two thick bratwurst patties, sauerkraut, and stone ground mustard on a pretzel bun. It's served with fries that are seasoned and almost beer battered. I think I was expecting it to be amazing with how awesome it looked, so I was a bit disappointed when it fell a little flat. It was just really lacking in flavor for me. The patties were juicy and cooked nicely, they just didn't have a lot of flavor. Then even the sauerkraut seemed like it was almost just braised cabbage, not a lot of that zingy sour flavor I like. I'd like to try a burger next time, or maybe breakfast - I saw a photo of the corned beef hash that looked so good! The two employees working were super friendly and kind, and one came out and checked on us as we were eating. If I lived closer I'd definitely go back soon to try something else.
