HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!!! Using the McDonald's app at this location is like pulling teeth. Both times I went to this location they said they couldn't take the app at the order speaker and to give it at the window. Also they they couldn't take the code verbally they had to scan it. Once scanned I was told that it read "Invalid Code" therefore, I couldn't use it and when asked to give it again, it wouldn't work because it was used already, though I didn't get the Deal!!!! read more

I went to McDonald's on Alpine today to get a Sunday. They were not busy. I pulled into place my order and was waiting and another car pulled up to the other side and they took her order and then they said they wood be right with me and then another car pulled up and they took his order so I just left . I will never go back to the McDonald's on Alpine and I will not recommend it to anybody. If they had been busy it would have been a different story. read more

What can you say it's McDonalds food, service was fine I guess,used the new Kiosk thing ( like so many services trying to do away with live people serving). Order taker on drive through doesn't listen and has an attitude my boyfriend asked for a minute so I could decide what to drink and 5 seconds later she exclaims excuse e me and when I chose a drink he told her and she then she proceeded to ask if my meal wasn't a meal after we told her it wasn't after my boyfriend corrected her she asked again as a former McDonalds employee at a Cadillac branch I know how stressful a job at such a job but her lack of listening skills are still unacceptable get your act together also my fries were cold so were my nuggets my mom's fries were cold and her fish fillet was chewy they didn't put sugar in my coffee like I asked and they only gave me 2 sauce packets for a ten piece nugget it's supposed to be 3 read more

I have literally not once been here while they were accepting anything but cash. I don't know why I keep trying but the only positive I have to say is that they tell you up front now instead of after you've waited 20 minutes and are about to pay. I can see why McDonald's is quickly dying. I stopped here tonight with a simple order... 2 McDoubles, 1 Small Fry, 1 Mozz Sticks. No special requests. I ended up with 1 cold McDouble, 1 cold Cheeseburger (single), 1 Mozz Sticks that were rock solid, zero Small Fry. When I tried to call them, no one answered the phone. read more

This McDonalds seems like it was designed to be a drive-through focused location. The dining room is tiny and feels a bit claustrophobic and dated. The time I was here, there was a mistake on my order, although I was able to correct it. If you're in the area, I'd use this location for drive-through only. read more

Horrible !! Spent 12 minutes fixing register while leaving my food at the other window getting cold

This location can NOT seem to get it together. The past 2 times we have went here our basic order has wrong returned the order so they could replace what they missed and made wrong and yet again after 2nd chance still wrong and cold seriously pull it together. I was a little hungry after shopping with my 3 year-old daughter and Sam's Club and WalMart on the electric scooter. We polished off a delicious 6 pack of McDoubles, 2 large fries, 2 large, refreshing Cokes, a chocolate milkshake and a McNugget kids meal with a smooth, vanilla shake. After we finished eating in our truck (why go inside and risk slipping in the snow?) I treated my little butterball to Culiver's for a frozen custard. I have gone to this location more than once and its always the same. No one does their job and it takes forever-probably bc they are secretly doing crap to my food. Awful service, awful servers, but great experience. I ordered my food which was relatively fine, considering that all previous orders were late, and that the workers were sloppy and scrambled. After many mixed up orders, and random entrées thrown onto different orders, what I believed to be my order, appeared, but when I asked the man working, what number the order was, He responded with "I don't know. Whatever you ordered" in a very rude and non-chalant tone. The server was a blonde version of Ed Sheehan, very rude, but, because they were so busy, and disoriented with orders, he, and other workers have put free stuff people had not ordered, or asked for. For example, larger sized fries, extra McNuggets, free Large Sodas, and extra entrées.Try going to a different McDonald's in the Grand Rapids area. You will get better service, but never free stuff. (I would give 5 stars because of the free stuff, but, I gave 1, because of the stale fries... overall, I liked the store, but needs new employees and management) read more

I ordered a muffin bundle w/ Blueberry muffin and Lg Unsweet ice tea and a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. I got the Lg Unsweet ice tea, hash brown and a burnt Steak bagel. I go thru the drive thru on my way to work so I didn't notice the mishap until I arrived at work. Not the first time this location has messed up my order. read more
