Top notch brewery with a fantastic selection of beers! The atmosphere is laid-back and family friendly. We tried a flight of beers and all of them were great. I really enjoyed one of their hard seltzers too. We got a couple of appetizers - pretzel with beer cheese dip and fried pickles. Both of them were delicious! Their pretzels are local from Nantucket Baking Company and were amazing. The staff were friendly and made great recommendations. Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to hang out, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I went to Perrin on a Sunday for lunch. We were seated right away and got beers. I had a nitro perrin black, which is a fav when I'm there, because I can get it on nitro. I also got chips and queso, which was delicious. The chips were nice and thick. We also had the chicken tenders, which were solid as always.

Great atmosphere, beer, food, and service. Only way to improve its 10 out of 10 score is if it was dog friendly (with that backyard, a beer garden would be awesome!) We enjoyed brers: New Rules (15% ABV; always a classic) and Demon Mare (15.666% ABV; ordered for that .666), which were both delicious (and of course, strong) We ate: Cowboy Double Smash Burger and Beef Tips. Again, absolutely delicious.

Fun evening meal out with friends and another family. This place is always bustling but plenty of seating so there's never a wait. (Nice outdoor patio area as well but today most of the crowd was inside and turns out because it was trivia night (Thursday) which turned out to be alot of fun! Our food came out fast after ordering the only slow part was getting our order in though we could have flagged server down sooner. Entire waitstaff worked well as a tan and everyone was super friendly from the waitress, To food runners, to the people clearing the tables. It's always tough to decide because their menu items are tasty and was slightly sad that everything we ordered last time we were here last year was gone (cheese curds, salad, bbq pork sandwich, nachos) BUT the items we ordered this time did not disappoint. I got a chicken sandwich with spices and jalapeños (was not the Nashville hot but something else I forget what called) but was very tasty and well prepared. Scarfed it down! And we also got the pretzel bites for the table and my wife got the tacos and our kids split a pizza. Everything was super tasty and filling. Would definitely recommend

Solid food, amazing beer, and outstanding service make this a great place for a meal out with friends and family. The kids meal has quality options with very generous portions (go ahead and steal a fry, Dad - they won't finish them anyway). And with a nice space upstairs for private events, it's always a good option to venture slightly off the beaten path to come to Perrin!

Yum! Will gladly go back. Classic brewery vibes. Server was excellent! Refills always arrived before our glasses were empty. Fish and chips special was delicious. Everyone at our table enjoyed what they had - burger, pizza sandwich, and chicken sandwich. Highly recommend pretzel and sweet potato fries!

I decided to visit Perrin before leaving the area after a work meeting. I was starving, so I ordered the smash burger with a side salad lunch combo. I'm not sure if they made a mistake or the waitress thought I looked starved because she brought out the burger (which was huge and delicious) , a huge pile of fries, and what I would guess to be a full portion Cobb salad. The salad alone had enough bacon and blue cheese on it for three salads. I was only able to finish the burger, a few fries, and less than half of the salad. Incredible amount of really delicious fresh food for around $15?!

Busy place on a Wednesday, hung out at the bar. What I liked: * lots of beer choices all their brand. * friendly service. * Food came out quick. * Gouda bites were good. What I thought could be better * while food came out quick, service wasn't attentive. * bar griping about making flights after several parties ordered them. * smoked wings had no smoked flavor. The Buffalo sauce was oddly sweet.

Went here for the first time with co workers while in town. Pretty typical vibe for a brewery. Hostess greeted us quickly and server was friendly as well. For beverages they only have beer, cider and hard seltzers. I asked for lemon with my water and no fruit available. We ordered smoked Gouda cheese curds for the table and were good but our original order was given to a different table. All of us got burgers and fries which were good. Would recommend this place if you are solely into beer and want a laid back place.

This place was very nice! The service was very friendly! They were able to accommodate our large party for a birthday which was awesome, especially for last minute! The food was great, their beer cheese was delicious! They had a great selection of beers to choose from! Their pizza was great, sauce was on the sweeter side, which is always the best! Definitely will be back!

Visiting Michigan and my friends decided to take me to Perrin Brewing. I love craft brewed beers, and Perrin was supposedly one of the top we had to visit! I'm so glad they brought me here- the atmosphere, beer, and food were all an A+ in my eyes! We arrived just at the start of happy hour, what a lovely surprise that we didn't expect. Our waitress told us about the great flight deal during happy hour for 5 beers for $5. It was select beers only, but included most of their popular brews! We each got our own flight because $5 for 5 beers is such a steal! Select apps on the menu were also $5 so we got some smoked salmon dip, and loaded nachos! Both of the apps are ginormous servings for only paying $5. Also whatever you do ORDER ALL THE SAUCES. Holy moly was their Buffalo sauce to die for!!! It's the most flavorful Buffalo sauce I have ever had, just the right spice but a whole lot of flavor! I'm a hazy New England IPA beer lover and the disco knights was a really smooth and tasty beer- I recommend if you have the same palate as I do! If you ever find yourself near Grand Rapids Michigan, stop into perrin- especially from 2-5 during happy hour!

Lofted above is a great looking outdoors complete with heat lamps and a mini A framed covered area that can be rented for parties. We were greeted warmly by friendly staff and given a kids menu, draft and spirits menu, regular menu and restaurant week menu. Menus galore! We went with the 3 course meal (many items can be ordered on the regular menu) for $25. I ordered the tomato paprika soup and my husband got the split pea soup. Of the two, the split pea soup was the clear winner. Two kinds of pork (cubed and shredded), well balanced seasoning and texture married well to enhance a soup I've loved since childhood. I could've easily eaten a bowl for my meal. The accompanying homemade Dutch Rye Bread, though I'm sure it's authentic, I didn't care for. It was dense, soft and had an off putting flavor. The second course we had was equally delicious. My hubby had the beef and pork sausage overtop a bed of mashed potatoes with kale, onions and bacon. I loved the addition of kale and the sausage was tasty. Everything was well seasoned. My beef slow cooked with apples and beer was delicious. I wish it had been served with more beef. It would have been nice to have some bigger chunks of meat to dive into. The mashed potatoes they came with were good, but the potatoes with kale were the star between the two dishes. The kid's meals were also good. The hamburger had a nice smokey flavor with a tasty side of fries. My daughter didn't care for her Mac 'n cheese, but that's because it was too refined for her palette. The Gouda cheese was complimented by the egg noodles. The third course was dessert. I tried the restaurant Flip custard: Dutch custard, fruit compote, and topped with a dollop of Greek Yogurt. It came with a cute spoon that gave the perfect portions and the flavors all complemented each other well. I would order this again and again. It was a great balance of tangy, fruity and sweet. My husband had the stroopwafle icecream. It was also good, and came with a cute mini stroopwafle. I washed all this down with their Bier Distillery Lager and tried a flavored banket spirit. This restaurant originally was just a beer and specialty liquor spot. I love that they now serve food, because that was the highlight of our evening. I wish this establishment was closer to our home, but perhaps will come back when the weather is nicer to enjoy the outdoor patio. Definitely come and check out this The Bier Distillery for yummy Dutch inspired food and drink! Worth the drive.

I ordered the Verboden which had apple brandy so delicious. It's fall in a glass and then the butterbier rum butterscotch cream soda and whipped cream. My sister enjoyed the almond joy. Now the food wow is a good word to describe what we ate. We started with the bitterballin which is beef croquettes with spicy mustard and a cup of split pea soup. We split a burger with carmelized onions pickles and paprika mayo and had a garden salad with dill pickle vinaigrette They have so much to offer and it so unique.

We were greeted by a full wall mural in Caribbean style, with the theme continued throughout. There was a cooler with Mexican soda, which made sense after chatting with the owner. This place just SCREAMS, "sit down & chill for a while." Something we've come to love about the small breweries is getting up close & personal with brewers, seeing their passion for their art & experiencing their willingness to share the how, what, why & even the where you should try next. While every brew we tried here was on point, Big Chungus was our favorite of the trip. We also were in agreement that the selection here was the most balanced & well-rounded out of all of our stops... leaves ya saying, "Founders who? Bells what?" As soon as you walk in, there are games, chips for sale, and a water cooler with reusable cups. The place was busy. Many folks eating and drinking. There were two seats at the bar, both on either side of a young lady; so I asked if I could take one and she said yes! As it turned out, she was an off duty employee just having a beer. We chatted a bit while I ordered a flight. I love that the flight is not limited. You can have as many 2.5 ounce beers as you want! Each are priced separately. I perused the food menu and checked out the merch. Sadly they did not have the tshirt I liked in my size. They also sell beanies, glassware and hoodies. Oh, and beer to go! I enjoyed the two IPAs with Good Good being my fave, followed by IPA#1. The porter was good and so was the Kona brown. The fade was my least fave, and it pretty much tasted like Guinness, but I did drink it all. I have preferences but I also have values! Lol. The off duty employee and I chatted awhile, even looping in the bar tender and my other bar stool neighbor, especially when it came down to naming the artists on the decorative candles (see pic). We were having so much fun that we decided on her having another beer and me getting a couple more samples. The Mosacca IPA was really good. The Economy, gotta love the name, was also good and the most affordable beer! Look at them looking out for the people. Loved this place. The locals are friendly. Did not eat but all the food I saw looked good! Would return to enjoy more beer, fun convos and to buy a size small shirt!

The Kona Brown a solid brown coffee ale. In my opinion, that is a pretty big miss for a brewery. And I didn't love any of them. If i recall it was only a 12 inch personal pizza for 15 bucks.. And the chicken in the pot was soggy because they steamed it for an hour before we where able to access it. We noticed a safety hazard and made sure management noted it for when we leave and not shortly after that they jacked up the music very very loud intending to kick us out. Overall we where really disappointed and would not recommend this place for a get together.
