Stressing that we'd like it as fast as posdible, as one of our diners was really hungry. 25 minutes later the melted cheese appetizer was served, but no plates or utensils, and we asked where the quesadilla was, another 20 minutes later, finally the quesidilla came...still no utensils or plates, we asked about the rice and beans....5 minutes later really cold beans and rice handed to me...I informed the waitress of this, and she just looked perplexed...I asked for it to be warmed up....another 10 minutes rice and beans are back, not all that warm.
