The owner and i'm presuming daughter made my sandwich and cashed me out. Incredible personality and the food was spectacular. This deli isn't gimmicky or a sideshow- it sells ultra high quality ingredients, bread was toasted perfectly, and the pork on the cuban was butter. They 100% need to raise their prices $11 bucks for a sandwich drink and chips is wild in today's world. Despite all the signs around the complex promoting Jimmy John's, our experience was far from positive. We placed our order 30 minutes ahead, but were simply told we'd get a message when the food was ready. Maddy also made an inappropriate comment to her coworkers and ended the interaction with a sarcastic "Have a nice day" (twice), which was met with laughter from the staff. If you're looking for fast or friendly service, you might be better off using the drive-thru. As a small business owner myself, I can say this is not how customers should be treated.

The only downside was that took quite a bit of time to get our food and I'm thinking our ticket might've gotten miss because our server went to check on it and it still came like 10 minutes later so that was theonly mishap. But the food itself was delicious: the cheese curds were top-notch and our food was very tasty. I got the pimento chicken sandwich, which had a very balanced and tasty flavor to it.
