It looks kinda small coming out of the truck but it was super filling! It was literally so tasty, the brisket was cooked perfectly, the Mac and cheese layer was delicious and I really am not a fan of creamy coleslaw or baked beans but these both pulled the whole bowl together. I would DEFINITELY order this again!! It was really fast to come out of the truck after I ordered and I thought the prices were extremely cheap and shocking for a food truck considering this was some of the best food truck food I've had in a while. They give you a beeper so you know when to go back outside to pick up your food - helpful for the snowy November night! The menu consists of smash burgers, an Impossible burger, fries, pretzel bites, and chicken nuggets. I got a double Original Lost Art, and Nate got the Frankenstein, which is a double burger with one beef patty and a ground kielbasa patty. We also got a side of fries to share. Our food was done pretty quickly and the burgers were big! I liked that they wrap them up a bit so it's easier to eat. Mine was pretty messy and the buns did end up sliding all over, so be sure to get some extra napkins. The patties were thin, seasoned well, and super tasty. I absolutely loved the fries. They were super hot and fresh, with lots of salt. The star for me was the Frankenstein burger, though. The addition of the ground kielbasa patty is just next-level. If you like sausage, you have to try this. Super delicious and I hope to see Lost Art Burger around town more often, otherwise I'll be back to Lost Art Brewhouse for more tasty food soon.

The price felt a little high but not when we saw the portions - the sides were huge and we could barely finish our plates. Here's the thing... we are picky about our bbq. We have a smoker at home so expectations are high. The flavor of both my chicken and pulled pork were what I'd consider a "soft smoke" that you'd find on a buffet line or in a catering dish. Everything came out right away so it was probably stored that way after prepared. I prefer a "hard smoke" where the skin has a nice bark like consistency and the pulled pork was almost soupy - I hate to compare but my go to will still be Two Scotts. If you like a more basic bbq this may be your place. The potato salad was good, unique sauce and something different than your usual mustard and egg potato salad. The cornbread was good too - just wish it was a little bigger. Will I be back? Not sure. I've had their food truck and I think when you're at an outside event it can curb your hunger but for an in person experience, I think my bar may have been set too high. The meat was solid, but in particular the coleslaw and mashed potatoe sides had a good amount of flavor. The potatoes were very peppery, which I thought was an unusual but tasty choice. I was there at 5 on a Thursday and they still had most of their meat available. Another common problem for BBQ. The only knock food-wise is that for my preference I would have liked a hotter bbq sauce option to go with the standard. But the standard was still good. The staff was very friendly so this is a very solid choice. I'll be back.
