They need a new speaker system. I had to yell my order a couple times before they could hear me. slush was good but could have used more juice. Was left with a lot of flavorless slush.... But my friends lemon slush was a 2 juicy. The food was pretty good and I got a ton of sauces. Definitely saving some sauces for my next visit

My fiancé and I wanted their slushees so we ordered ahead (and also got some food). Even though we had a projected pick up time, it was quite a bit of a wait after that... to the point where I think it would've actually been faster to just wait in line and order. Food was "meh" and my slushee came with a hole in the bottom of the cup which, when handed to me, ended up getting all over my car. Thankfully I was able to find a worker and show that my cup was leaking and they quickly gave me a new one. I feel like this is a "once in 5 years" type of experience when I want their special slushees but I ended up not feeling like a good use of my time/money. Just make sure to budget a lot of time if you want to go!

Look at the Footlong Quarter Pound Coney and my SuperSONIC- Bacon Double Cheeseburger! Yummy, Hot, and fast!

Went for a kiddos birthday and forgot to snap a photo…read more Safe to say this kiddo enjoyed it! For me, prices were slightly higher than Grand Haven, but service was good (though there was a bit of a line, it was hot!!) We sat outside in one of the patio tables which was under an awning and provided shade. It looked like there was seating out back too, but unsure what it looked like as we stayed in the front. I was impressed with the number of Gluten Free options they offered. The ice cream was delicious, and I do not regret the stop.

Since I'm simple and usually get a standard twist cone with sprinkles, I'm easy to please. For me, the soft serve has been somewhat inconsistent; sometimes it's great and sometimes its really soft and has melted quickly which made it a race to eat! I've also had some random texture issues with some flurries. One time my wife had the drumstick flurry and I don't know what happened, but the texture became super grainy and almost like the ice cream was curdling/separating. That for sure felt like a one-off, but is now always in my mind and makes me far less likely to get a flurry. There is almost always a line in the evening and on weekends, but it does tend to more quickly. It's a time to chit chat and gives you plenty of time to check out the extensive menu. I love that it's dog friendly so pals can bring their babes or I get to see other people's dogs! They don't have a ton of seating, but it's not generally presented as an issue. I appreciate that the seating is behind the building and provides some shade for hot summer days, but wish it wasn't right next to the dumpster.

Should have weighed it just to see how much the cup costs lolol. Lots of flavor and toppings options. Facility was clean and smelled like an ice cream shop should so I felt very comfortable selecting toppings. I chose cotton candy yogurt with gummy bears as a kicker. Total cost $5.35 definitely a place you could spend some money at if you are not careful. I plan on going back for another flavor combo next time I am in the area. The staff was youth and kind. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy.

This stuff is expensive but there's really no way for you to know how much you're going to be paying until your cup is weighed. This business model is so wild to me, yet it works. Nate and I stopped in to this location of the Pump House recently for a sweet treat. The bowls are huge, which makes you buy more! They also have cardboard dividers so you can separate your bowl and try up to three flavors, which is what I did. The options are extensive - I think they had at least 20 flavors of frozen yogurt. They also have hard scooped ice cream but I'm not sure if you can use the toppings bar on those choices. I tried the vanilla caramel swirl, mint, and mango raspberry sorbet. They have dairy free options which is nice. The toppings bar is bonkers - I've never seen so many options, ranging from sweet to salty to weird (hot cheetos anyone?). I typically go for the gummy candy but I wish I knew which toppings were the lightest! At 69 cents per ounce, we paid over $20 for our two cups. That's bananas to me, honestly, but I knew it would be pricey going in. The vanilla caramel was my least favorite of the frozen yogurt flavors - it was definitely very caramel-y flavored but I thought it was overpowering. The mint was really good and the sorbet was sour and refreshing. Definitely not a place I'll go regularly, but it's a fun place to check out occasionally.
