Let's start with the positive. The front counter was friendly and competent. The food was good as expected of a Wendy's. Now, staff that believes it's fashionable to show customers your whole butt while working is not acceptable. Either pull up your pants or go home. A broom and dustpan combined with a rag and soap would go a long ways inside the building and I've seen cleaner gas station restrooms. Take pride in your work people. Save yourself the troubles and go to the next closest Wendy's location because it'll take longer to get your order here than just going to another location. Took 30 mins from the time I ordered my food to get my food. They didn't have toys for the kids meal nor did they have the kids meal ready. Waited an additional 5 mins only to be offered chicken nuggets because the strips were going to take longer. Staff member was complaining that he had to get off work. Will never visit this location ever again. Also if you happen to come here don't bother with scanning the QR code and rating the location because you'll only get a code to use for the next time you visit THIS location and that'll never happen again. Only giving one star because zero stars in not an option. This is the absolute worst "fast food" restaurant that has ever had the pleasure of gracing this earth. Literally every time we have the pleasure of going to this location the drive thru line takes 15-30mins, regardless of how many customers there are. And they fuck up every order that comes off the line. I really think the workers are so uneducated that they can't read the screen that shows them what to make. Maybe we should upgrade to picture books of how to make a hamburger. But wait there's more. Then they can not even make the correct drinks that are on they're own menu. After the second time of having the wrong drink given to me we just gave up. I'd rather drink out of the puddle in the parking lot then ever order from this restaurant again. We stopped here to get some food, ordered a baconator, a number 1 and 7, the lady taking the order didnt seem to hear well, then the wait was almost 20 minutes, when we got the food the man wasnt very pleasant, and we caught him in time to let him know we didnt get a fry, and he went in 5 mins later brought a half a box of fries and one of them were still completly frozen, the baconator had 2 slices of bacon, they said they dont sell nuggets, and all three of us ended up with stomach aches 5 miles down the road. Two days ago, 8/14/2022, I went through the drive thru and ordered food. I sat in the drive thru for 23 mins from arrival to pulling away, which isn't good for any "fast food" establishment. I due understand that they are short handed. But I believe it has more to do with them receiving one order, bringing that car to the window, giving them their food, and then receiving the next cars order. On top of that, I forgot my debit card there when I pulled away due to the time spent there. The next day, I noticed six strange charges on my debit account. I then checked my wallet and noticed I didn't have my debit card. I contacted my bank and they stated the charges were with my "card in hand," in a neighboring city. I'm currently dealing with the local law enforcement agencies. I went into Wendy's and informed them I had left my debit card here. They confirmed that my card was not there, which I already knew. The Manager that was present was very polite, understanding, and willing to assist with information. I have attempted to reach out to Wendy's using their "Contact Us" hyperlink on their website. Since it is the weekend, I don't expect to receive anything, at least until tomorrow. I have ordered from this Wendy's numerous times, in hopes that someone can turn around this establishment. Clio Wendy's has a great menu with amazing deals such as the 4 for 4 meal and the free junior frosty keychains! Despite the great menu, they do not produce great food. The lobby looks as if it has not been deep cleaned in weeks. The staff is not well mannered and frequently messes up on orders. read more

2:15 on Sunday December 18th at Wendy's in Clio, michigan. We walked up to the counter to order. Girl rudely asked "can I help you?" When I started to order a Buzzer went off on French fry machine and she interrupted me and said "hold on". Then she came back and started over again. When I tried to order she interrupted again to ask if the order was for here or to go. The girl was a heavy black girl with piercing in her chin. I started to order finally again and then wanted to order the four for four. I didn't realize you had to tell in advance how you're ordering it. She rudely had to call someone over and say "get this off she never said she wanted four for four". She talked about me in front of me like I wasn't there. I apologized to her and she ignored me and kept talking to the other employee. This is the second bad experience I have had at this location. Last time we went there we waited almost an hour for our food. I'll never go back again and I'll make sure to spread the word about my experience. The Vienna Rd. Wendy's has always been disappointing. Always! This visit was no exception. A friend of ours told us that they had improved the quality of the food they serve. I report to you that nothing has changed. The counter staff are really disorganized and slow. They did fill my order accurately though. The grill staff are even more disorganized and seemed completely comfortable in their inefficiency and sloppiness. They would often peek around the divider over one another's shoulders and smile. The food from the grill was not edible. There was a slippery coating on the inside of the cheeseburger wrapper, the cheese had melted so long ago that it was embedded in the very stale bun and the condiments were very messy. The baked potatoes were so old the peelings were separated from the potato and the inside was the color of caramel. The cooks solved this problem by using literally a handful of chives to cover and disguise the age of the food. I was able to observe that they understand the difference between what they sold us and fresh food because as we were dining their friends came in. They went through the line and exchanged pleasantries and small talk with one cook. After the friends were seated a cook walked out to the dining room with burgers in hand announcing "these are fresh" and handed over the food. This town doesn't really have much to offer when it comes to fast convenience foods, but it advise anyone to avoid this Wendy's at all cost. read more

Burger was wrong, nuggets are cold. Didn't get any sauce, or my drink. My co worker also got a messed up order. The last three times I've came to this Wendy's it's been wrong. And two of the replacement orders were wrong. This location never fails to getting your order wrong. It's just rediculous!
