I went to this Wendy's and there was a free promo going on that you could get a free frosty and a free fry. Me and my friends went to Wendy's and we did not indeed receive this promo. I paid $15 for five fries and five Frosty's because I got the Frosty's for free. I felt mistreated betrayed and taken advantage of no wonder this Wendy's has two stars. god awful service. the lady who served us was already pissed about something else it seems, because she was snappy and rude when all we asked for was a single Diet Coke. She snatched my card out of my hands and had a nasty expression on her face when giving us the drink and the straw. She practically threw it at us. I consider this Wendy's my "home" Wendy's simply because it's the closest one to my home. Whenever I go here I use the drive thru. I find the drive thru courtesy here disappointing every time I come here. There's never a "hello" only "go ahead with your order." Although my order is almost always fast and correct, the attitude of the workers is usually rude. I would love to see a smile and maybe even a "hello" or "have a nice day." I mean isn't this to be expected when in the food service? I do love getting free small frosties when checking in on Yelp, but to be honest, I'd rather have a pleasant experience with the employees. read more

I went in for an order and while waiting i witnessed a customer make a back-handed death threat to an employee. the managers did nothing to resolve the issue and the employee finished her order and looked like she was about to cry. The server's were very quick and polite. However the inside is disgustingly foul. The floor so greasy and slippery I nearly slipped and dropped all my food. The bathrooms is far worse.I wasn't the only one thinking this. The man sitting behind me was also complaining about how he almost did a split from the slippery floors. The tables weren't much better. There were very few available clean tables even though there were very few people inside. I went to Wendy's at 10:30pm on 07/11/2019. The lady in drive-thru had a bad attitude, forgot my straws for my orders, forgot my spoon for my frosty, took forever with our food for two simple orders and forgot my sauces and when I asked for my sauce she acted like it was a inconvenience. OK, I can't believe I'm posting a review of a Wendy's on this site, but I couldn't resist. My wife and I visited earlier today. We bought two "Double" meals and chicken nuggets. We were surprised at how good the meal was. Yes, it is fast food, got it! Still, these were probably the best burgers we have had in years from Wendy's. They were fresh, well-made and tasted awesome. It reminded me of the Wendy's burgers we all remember from years ago. Oh, I might add that the work staff treated us like they appreciated our business. read more

Pulled in with a simple order; two Dave's single combos, no mayo, unsweet tea with one, coke with the other. Simple right? But no,,, we went over the above the the lady on the squawk box, and she got it wrong MANY times. Finally a second woman came on, we repeated the order, including the NO MAYO, and she repeated it back correctly. We drove up to pay and the woman there had a mask on, but not on her nose. I pointed that out and she said it was too hot. I paid and drove to the next window where there was a woman with a mask, also NOT covering her nose. This is the second time I have come here and had my order absolutely wrong. it is however the first time they attempted to strike a deal instead of fixing my sandwich they asked if they could just take the cheese off of one and put it on the other. Then said maybe I could just switch the one with out MAYO and use the chicken again for the corrected sandwich. Once I got my new chicken sandwich it was under cooked and rubbery. I became instantly nauseated. I think I am just done with this location. As we were getting our new order another person was correcting an order error as well. They really should consider some additional training for staff. The order was correct on the receipt just wrong in execution it should have been fixed without confusion or discussion let alone asking to reuse or haggle a resolution. read more

Went to Wendy's about 1:30 on the morning of course they close at 2 however with my work schedule and the times I get off I can't be too picky on where to get food because most places are generally closed. However I got 2 orders of nugget. As I'm getting ready to pull off I reached in my bag to grab a nugget and they were cold. Not slightly cold to where there's still warmth to it no cold as if they were being refrigerated or even sat out for hours. I pulled back around to the window and the employee opens the window with a slight smirk on her face. Before I could get a word out she asked me if I wanted new nuggets. Now for her to even ask me that stated that she KNEW she gave me cold nuggets and thought it was a good idea. After that I asked for my money back and I have not gone back since . I wouldn't normally review a fast food restaurant as plentiful as this one, but the drive thru of this Wendy's is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes neglecting to put napkins and straws in the bag, even when you ask for them. Condiments? Forget about it. If they ask you if you want ketchup or sauce, don't be seduced by their generosity as it ends in disappointment when you have to tell them they forgot to put it in the bag and sometimes you'll have to ask twice. Ordering a side salad or a chilli instead of fries will ultimately lead to a large heaping serving of, you guessed it, fries. Then you'll get the eyeroll of death and hear about how they don't get paid enough to put up with this mess. To be fair, I've never had a problem with the food itself. I bring the family through 2 or 3 times a year when we're in a rush or out of time and over the past few years, I can't recall a single time they didn't forget to do something which is why I decided to start writing this, all while I'm waiting for them to fix 2 of our orders. We actually joke about what they're going to forget and we've kind of made a game out of it. But the food has always been fresh and they're on our way home so I guess that's why we keep coming back. read more

Went through the drive-thru for 2 medium Frosty's. When we arrived at the window a very unfriendly girl told us the total and I handed her the cash. She provided change then walked away. A few minutes later brings the Frosty's and I said thank you. She does not acknowledge the thank you or even my existence. She did not say thank you, your welcome, do you need anything, NOTHING! Never gave me a copy of my receipt so I could not complete the survey or even find out the girls name. Worse wendys ever. Took 25 min to wait in line and get my phone with only 2 people in front of me. Terrible management

The dining room was extremely dirty and smelt horribly. The employees were focused on their conversations more than serving guests. The manager walked in a daze back and forth from the office. While waiting to order the 2 other guests in front of us got incorrect sandwiches. What's sad is one customer ordered the Baconator but received no bacon on their sandwich. We ordered our food and everything seemed fine. Received our order in a reasonable amount of time. Left and returned home to discover that they had forgot our frosty. Called and the manager replied with an attitude "so are you coming back up here now?" In addition they did not even put a spoon in the bag in which to eat the chili ordered. I guess we were supposed to use our hands. This is by far the worst location I've ever visited. I contacted the health department as well due to my concerns over sanitation and the stores cleanliness. I recommend you stay FAR from this location. Hopefully someone will get in there that can remedy these issues. read more
