It was clean and bright inside and even though I was in and out, I was still greeted and acknowledged. Food was good and correct. This location is conveniently located (at least for where I was), and is well run and efficient. The drive-thru line is a little difficult to navigate, but once you're in it it will run smoothly and efficiently. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the food is the quality you would expect. It's a really nice Chik-fil-a location. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five, is the same reason for all Chik-fil-A's, it's a little too expensive for what you get. Came here today to redeem my birthday reward and try the new jalapeño pimento sandwich. I came around 11am and the drive thru line was already completely wrapped around the building. I redeemed my reward as well as points, so I got everything for free. I did the spicy filet instead of the regular and then for my treat, I got the caramel crumble milkshake. The line was quick and the employees were friendly. I hope both of these items stick around because they're amazing. This sandwich is the best. read more

Today I ordered an egg white grill in an attempt to do as healthy at a fast food restaurant as I could. As you can see by the photo it was pretty darn greasy!!! This Chick-Fil-A is located along General Booth Blvd. It is just north of the intersection with Dam Neck Rd. This location is easily accessible from either direction on General Booth Blvd. My most recent visit to this location was on October 1, 2022. I don't come to this location too often, as it is farther away from me than the location I go to normally (Parkway Plaza location). I had come to this one several times in the past year as the Parkway Plaza location was closed for renovations for several months. Just like I normally do, I had ordered ahead through the app each time I had come here. The one thing I have always noticed here though is that the lines can get very long quickly. It's not as big a location for drive through to handle the volume that comes in at times. There was a time where the traffic to get in was backed up onto the main road. Anyways, on this most recent visit, it was still busy, but I would call it more of a normal busy. Once you get into the drive through lanes, a staff member will be there to greet you and take your order, or confirm your order if you did it as a mobile order. After that process is complete, it's essentially a waiting game through the slow trek through the line to the where the order is delivered. Once I got up to the drive through window area, within a minute or so, the order was ready and headed home to eat. After getting home, everything turned out well and as expected for any Chick-Fil-A I have been to. The food was great and the service overall was great while going through the app and then the drive through. Had a mobile order that was for drive thru pickup. When we arrived, we were made aware that the ice cream machine wasn't working so they couldn't give us our milkshake and frosted cofffee - understandable. We pulled up to the drive thru window and a polite young man handed us 2 bags of food. I didn't know what my husband ordered so I was like wow that's a lot, and we started to drive off. The same young man ran after our car and said that he made a mistake and it's the wrong order-no big deal, we were like yeah we thought that was a lot. He took the bags from us and asked us to pull back around to the VIP spot and brought out our order. I believe he apologized, however, we noticed after driving off (the second time now) that they did not give us utensils or any of our sauces.. extremely disappointed that after we already took the time to wait for the wrong order, our order was then not even correct. I also love that this location is very close to the park and gym I frequently visit which makes it even better to grab a bite and head to the park and walk it off afterwards. My top favorite things to order here is the chicken strips combo, the phenomenal chicken sandwich & the strawberry milkshake. Omg they are so good! I also love the salads but I definitely prefer the strips or sandwiches over the salad. The breakfast is good too! This is my third, or fourth time visiting the General Booth location in the past few months. Each time food, service and cleanliness have been consistently above even Chick-Fil-A high standards. The location off General Booth and Dam Neck is a busy one. If traveling from the East to West a U-Turn will be necessary on Dam Neck. If traveling from South to North their is a back way in that meanders around the back of IHOP and its a time saver. I have found the lot to be in superb condition with regards to cleanliness. The store offers a double drive thru. I know it's fast food...well kinda. I always put Chick-Fil-A on a pedestal expecting a higher standard. This store has not disappointed me. Nice gray colors, beautiful lighting and large booths in the dining room. They have a corner table beside the counter that is a cozy score if you can get it. I love the large wood table in the front that seats eight which is perfect for keeping a group together. The store offers the traditional kids play area in front. It was a must when my kids were younger. Today it's hard to stomach the rubber odor when opening the door. Don't get me wrong it's clean! They all have that stinky smell, no judgement. Today's morning vanilla ice coffee stop has become a favorite drink. Karen offered an immediate smile on approach to the counter and efficiently handled my order. At the end a thank you and reply...their signature "my pleasure". Before heading out a quick trip to the men's room found them in perfect condition with all necessary supplies around 7 AM. Yes, drive thru at lunch is quick. I would rather wait a few minutes longer and have cooked fries. PROBLEM 80 % of the time over half of the waffle fries are undercooked to RAW. Today as an added bonus there was a hair on one of the chicken nuggets. This is a cheap lunch place, so it is OUTRAGEOUS when you cant eat 2 out of the 3 waffle fry orders. read more

The number of days that I wake up past my alarm are increasing in number. No time to make breakfast at home. Good thing CFA is close to work! I've stopped in once or twice a week for the past few weeks and usually get the same thing: oatmeal and yogurt. It's always good (they offer steel cut oats - far surpassing the instant stuff at Starbucks), I know the staff will be welcoming and friendly and it's quick! Literally one of the best chick-fil-as I've been to in the 757. Ive never had a problem here (unless it's because it's so busy- but people can't stay away from this place!) the service is great, the staff is always pleasant and welcoming, and the employees tending outside in the to go lanes are always smiling and efficient. I've ordered in the app as well and as soon as I tap "I'm here" my food comes out a minute after! It's so quick and friendly to those who are on the go and need to stop and get a quick bite to eat. I am very upset with this Chick-fil-A. Their kitchen got our order wrong. It was my idea to go to Chick-fil-A and I just simply wanted a chicken biscuit and a plain iced coffee. They gave a completely wrong order of a bacon egg and cheese and a mocha milk coffee which is poor for him! It is the Kitchen's fault as the order taker Took the order correctly.
