This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I stood in the drive through line with no other cars around for a while. After several minutes, someone on the speaker told me they'd be "right with me". After about 10 minutes, I drove to the window to understand what was happening. When I asked if the drive through was actually open, a white lady was extremely rude and said "Didn't I just said I would be right with you?". When I said "but I was waiting for over 10 minutes", she told me to go find food somewhere else and closed the window shut on me. What a disappointment. This is not the typical customer service I would expect from any restaurant in the area. read more

I used to find happiness and pleasure in this Wendy's but no my happiness left on June 6th 2022 when the strawberry frosty came to town. I was a simple man and vanilla was my happy place but the blasphemy I had when this came out but when this came out it mixed my least favorite fruit strawberries with my favorite sweet treat a frosty. My wife and I ordered two Baconators. The bacon was EXTREMELY burnt on both of our burgers and the lady at the 2nd window was very rude. She didn't speak a word to us at all. My third time to this place and its my last!!! I can forgive a messed up order once, even twice, but three times and you are out!!! Why can you repeat my order back correctly, show it on the screen correctly, and even have it on my receipt correctly but each and every time serve me the wrong food??? The first time you just forgot the fries alltogether, well, maybe I should have checked the bag before I left... The second time you gave me hamburgers in place of chicken burgers, alright, maybe I should have checked the wrappers instead of just looking inside the bag... This last time my hamburgers have cheese on them. Maybe I should have looked in the bag, opened them up, looked inside each of the buns before driving away... Back when I worked here, it was terrible. Cleanliness wasn't a priority what-so-ever unless the managers knew the inspectors were going to visit. Everyone automatically touched handles touched with raw meat hands, grease, the customers money hands, and no-telling what else they've touched. Nobody washed their hands or wore any gloves. I wasn't trained properly, hardly at all. Many of the workers were bossy assholes and had no respect. My mom worked there also, same hours as me. She got the same treatment with no respect, and worked with someone uncooperative that also did cocaine (saw it under his nose). We knew many people had quit before us, but we figured out why they did. We quit within 3 days, that hell hole. I could complain more but you get the gist. HIGHLY SUGGESTED YOU NEVER VISIT, unless you're sadistic of course. read more

Wendys supposedly needs help but the manager barb fires ppl for no reason. My friend Matthew is a hard worker and was working his way up to be a manager however he don't have his own car it was in the cards for him to buy one but I digress. Mathew needed a ride i stuck up for Mathew cause barb was verbally abusive to him. We had to make it down a icy mountain to get there. He had called barb and said he couldn't make it. Then barb said ok at first and then decided to harrass Matthew Barb did not like me sticking up for mathew so she decided to fire him. Keep in mind that i do not work there and Mathew did at the time. so I don't know why he was being held accountable for my actions. Then she told her manager that mathew just stood there to make sure she had an alibi for firing him and make sure she didn't get in trouble. I asked her for her managers number and for corporates number she said she didn't have to answer me. She proceeds to call the police in order to dismiss and not provide documentation. I told her it was unprofessional how she was acting. But then again it seems like the whole place needs a drug test not to mention the little kid they have in the back that stays in the office and is told to not let anyone see him hiding. Among the food area they wear gloves to tear the burgers up for the chilly and they eat over the food they make.which is un sanitary read more

Stopped for a bite with parents. My order was fine but my parent's order included in the combo diet cokes. They ran out of diet coke a 1130am. My mother asked for strawberry ice teas. The manager there didn't know how to replace the drinks in the order. So we ended up paying for the drinks separately. We should have been given the drinks at no additional charge. read more

This is the worst Wendy's location I have ever been to. The cashier (Ronnie) was very rude. The service was on the slow side, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The order was accurate, but the food was room temp and mediocre at best. While we were sitting in the dining room a manager emptied the trash bins. Liquid from the trash spilled onto the tile floor. We even pointed it out to him and he assured us that he was aware. However, no one ever came to clean it or at least put out the wet floor sign. We also observed Ronnie eating food behind the counter (while on the clock) and scratching his nose & head without washing his hands prior to serving food. I have been to this location 3 times now, and each time it gets worse. This restaurant, the manager and the front counter staff are a disgrace to the Wendy's corporation. I will never eat at this location again, and will never patronize any Wendy's again if this is standard practice!! read more
