Subway To whom it may concern, I made a dash delivery Sunday, 13 July approximately 5 o'clock. I received my food about almost an hour and a half later opened it up. Where is the tuna fish? There was cheese lettuce, a splash not even a full scoop of tuna fish throughout the whole foot-long sandwich I took a picture. I threw it in the trash and this is not my first time ordering from Subway and it being mediocre to just not good at all like today. Sadly, upon trying to call the store to voice my disappointment for 20 minutes of trying to get through to them no one would answer the phone. It went to voicemail to tell me to try to call again. I tried about 20 minutes later and again it sent me to the recording tried to call again either you don't have enough employees or your employees are just not trained to care about what they serve or your management is totally incompetent. It's a shame I really enjoy Subway when it's made right it's fresh and you don't have to complain about your food. It's just sad that it can't be done correctly. The majority of the time I'm sorry strike that even half the time I work hard for my money and don't appreciate happening to go through all this again . I hope you can correct the problem so other people don't have to worry about it as it has totally ruined my evening. Not to mention that I'm starving.!!!!!! Service is HORRIBLE. rude,non smiling, young kid who obviously did not want to be at work. His co-workers explanation...its his first day back to work. If you do not want to be there, then go home. Being in customer service is a interactive with customers position and this behavior is unacceptable! read more

Food was good. Just as requested. Clean and tidy restaurant. The place was slammed and the staff were quick, efficient, and accurate.

This is right down the road from Harrah's and I had a gift card so I used it. The prices at this Subway are cheaper than most, which is nice because the prices for food at Harare's are too high (normal for a casino). I have eaten at this Subway about 5-6 times and I've never had a problem. Everything was good this time except for two minor things... 1. The tray for the green peppers looked like it had some kind of permanent frost on it. 2. The dude forgot my chocolate chip cookie. I watched him like a hawk as he packed my bag. No cookie. I said, "You forgot to pack the most important part." He apologized and packed the cookie, so no big deal. I erased the sandwich in my car, the cookie on the way to the poker room, and some of money in the poker room. Oh well. But I like to look at the bright side--I ate a good sandwich today! First off, their restrooms aren't open to the public, they are only open to paying customers. Understandable but when I asked for the key to the bathroom while my fiancé paid for the food, the lady threw the key down on the counter for me to get... Kinda rude in my opinion... Secondly, she asked my fiancé if he wanted drinks with the food, he said yes and asked for a medium drink and the lady dropped a cup down onto the counter from the stack in a rude way rather than just sitting it down or handing it to him. Lastly, the female workers were very unprofessional, they were swearing left and right, in front of customers talking about fighting people because of personal issues... read more

It's supposed to be open at 8 and some of the people there are rude so unprofessional it's money they are loosing

There are not many dining options in Cherokee, especially during their "off-season". Luckily, we found this subway within a mile of where we were staying, open year round. I don't know that my body could of handled Waffle House and Taco Bell on a daily basis. There's no sense of urgency at this subway. Set aside 10-15 minutes. The younger staff members we're fine. One of the girls was a little slower, but she did make make my sandwich look perfectly proportional to eat and pleasing to the eye, as if it come out of an ad, so I'll let it slide. I understand being a perfectionist. As for the older woman who works here, I'm not sure if she was sick for the two weeks I spent in Cherokee, or if that's her natural demeanor. It was as if she was on a delay and in a daze every time we came in. One day while making my flatbread, she added a little extra flavor by coughing over it. Don't worry, she did step away after a couple coughs to finish up away from my sandwich. Also, when she was making my flatbread one day, I had asked her to add extra spinach. She literally added two spinach leaves. I couldn't help but laugh and continue on. Mushrooms at subway? I think they deserve an extra star for having mushrooms. I LOVE LOVE LOVE mushrooms, and when I'm able to add them to my breakfast flatbread, that makes me one happy Cherokee camper. read more

Unfortunately this will be the last time I ever eat at the Subway in Cherokee. I ordered my salad through the app to be brought out to my vehicle. There were not parking spots available when I arrived. So I parked as close as possible. On the app I put that I drove a red SUV. I was in the only red SUV in the parking lot. So surely they could see me. A girl comes out. Looks around. Looks at my vehicle. Walks back in. A minute later, the same thing. So I got out and walked up to get my salad. And said sorry I had to park over there. She pointed and said this is curbside parking. I said again, when I got here there wasn't any spots. She said well this is curbside. I just said thank you, grabbed my salad and walked off. Her reply was "Have a great F****ing day B***h"! I went in the store asked her name and for her manager. She was the manager!? I asked if that's how she treated every costumer that came in to spend money there. I have never been spoken to this way by a place of business before. Very disappointed! Also. When you walk through the door and the first thing the worker says to a senior citizen and two women is " the restrooms are broken," you leave. We hadn't even fully entered the building. What a terribly rude way to treat anyone. We just went down the street and got some KFC. The food wasn't great, but we were, at least, properly greeted. read more

Hard to find a place to dine in town so we opted to try Subway as we know their product. A girl in training took our order and another employee had to step in to help prepare the food. Not a problem at all as they were both friendly and got the sandwiches made as ordered. I would stop back here. read more

The employees working there are total jerks. Extremely rude service. I just left the restaurant. I got there at 9:32, the open light was on but the doors were locked, the chairs were up on tables and there was a yellow wet floor sign hanging on the inside handle of the right door. There were patrons inside getting their order. As I walked back to my car a police officer approached the restaurant. The female patron walked over and unlocked the door. The officer went in to order and i soon followed. The two male employees working at 9:35pm on Thursday April 19th were rude, non inviting and in a huge hurry to get the store closed. I ordered a double meat sandwich, turkey and chicken breast. I also bought the rest of the cookies that looked like they had been in that plastic display for days?! They did warm the chicken breasts but only gave me 4 thin slices of turkey and charged me almost $7.00 for the extra meat, for 4 slices of turkey???? The male employee putting on the fixings and then ringing the cash register was a complete jerk! If i wasn't so hungry, i would have just left. But instead I paid almost $19 for 13 old, stale cookies and a skimpy double meat sandwich. I hope the owner knows that his or her employees are treating their guests like crap, as if our money doesn't matter, and trying to close the doors early.
