At 6:45 I ordered my order. It was supposed to have no pickles and no tartar sauce. It had both it was ice cold. The driver could not speak English so she had a hard time getting to my house. I guess she couldn't read the instructions I left so she couldn't find my house and I had to come out my door anyway. This is not the first time their cooks don't pay attention.! I really hate to give a sorry report but it's like my fifth time in the last year that I have tried to order from there and every time been disappointed. I only have to shake my head at the Cherokee inhabitants of this area, and how they let things get so run down only to make a dime. The food was Burger King period, it tasted fine and we didn't get sick. The service was clown like with ALL staff running the business from outside while smoking marijuana. When they received an order they ran inside bumbling around, preparing it and actually bringing it to the table, smelling like dead skunk. We did notice one of the staff brought her child to work while she completed her shift. She had toys and the TV remote for the restaurant. I didn't mind watching "Bluey". There was no ambiance, atmosphere or anything resembling a peaceful place to dine. It was a chaotic mess. It's Burger King - but the staff is friendly and food is as expected. Someone on staff is also very talented in the artistry department! Main reason for the somewhat low rating is because the floor seemed sticky. Everywhere. While they are very up to speed for Covid prevention (masks required, staff all wearing masks, sneeze guards in place, closed indoor seating) I found this to be a bit surprising. Stay away from this location Went into the lobby of this restaurant on Friday night , the cashier told us to wait as he was having a hard time getting the person in front of us their order. After 10 minutes still waiting I guess it was the supervisor told us that the lobby was closed and that we are not allowed to order and that the lobby is close at 9pm and he saw us came in after that time.Very rude about it for a Burger King location. One of the staff should have told us we cannot order as the lobby is close rather than let us stand there patiently waiting. Will never go there again. read more

The impossible burgers we order without Mayo had extra Mayo in addition to no tomatoes when we didn't omit it from our sandwiches. The French fries, jalapeño poppers and onion rings were cold. No napkins or condiments in the bag. When I went in to complain in order to get my order right the guy behind the counter stated that the dining room was closed and I said I'm aware of that. He told me to get out. I told him our order was wrong and instead of asking what I needed he stated that I needed to get back in the drive through and get from the window as they only had Teo people working. Went there tonight , first face we see is our cashier .... no smile , no greeting , anytime I said thank you , he would roll his eyes at me. So then, after we get our food , I went inside to use the bathroom, the inside was DISGUSTING.... both trashes in the main lobby was overflowing and the women's bathroom! It smelled disgusting inside . The employees were cussing loudly .... it was not a warm , safe feeling environment. Once we leave i go to eat the chicken sandwich I purchased and this is what it looked like inside .......... immediately spit it out and threw the entire meal away. No joke here: this has to be the best BK I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot). My experience was during breakfast in March 2020. Being a non-local, I was unsure what to expect, but upon entry, I was greeted by the cashier. I looked around and was impressed by how clean the dining room was. My food was comparable to any other BK; however, the manager was on point. He was actively coaching his team, expediting orders, and keeping things moving. When I left, the same manager was outside cleaning up cigarette butts that someone left in the lot. You don't see that level of dedication often! I've eaten a lot of crappy fast food but these guys have broken through to a new dimension of "who gives a rats ass about quality". I've been here twice for some reason. My first time was around 9:00 pm so I gave them a pass on stale French fries and a burger from lunch. But the second time was during normal dinner hours and the burger and fries were so bad I only got 5-6 bites down before I threw it all in the trash. I was starving when I got there and still couldn't stomach what they tried to pass off as food. Take some pride in your work. It may not be the top of the career food chain there at BK but if you always work like you don't care about the customers you'll always have a crappy job. The cashier was awful. Talk about hateful! She looked at us like she couldn't stand us being there. Then we wanted to us a coupon we received in the mail... she became very disgruntled with us exclaiming that she will take it this time, but next time they will not take it if the edges are tattered. As we ate our food, you could see her digging at some kind of nasty bump on her ear. Worse experience ever. Way to start a vacation. As far as BKs go, and granted I'm no expert, this one is particularly bad. The unclean tables were surpassed in grossness by the drink station that clearly hasn't been cleaned in days. If you must eat here, do the drive through. You don't want to experience the inside of the store. read more

This was by far the WORST fast food experience I've ever had. The service was AWFUL The woman at the register kept complaining about rude customer as 20 people were standing around waiting for food. The ice was empty. Garbage cans overflowing. The manager walked around hopelessly. The drive through worker kept announcing it was time for him to leave. Unfortunately, we, 7 of us, ate there today. It was the dirtiest fast-food restaurant I have ever been to. The bathroom was dirty. The entire restaurant floor was sticky. The high chair had food and drink splatters all over it. I luckily had some hand sanitizer with me and wiped down the high chair and table. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. While I was ordering, the manager came up front to clock two new employee's in,I can only hope they train them better than the ones they already have. This is the dirtiest Burger King I have EVER encountered! We chose it because we have children and wanted something quick and easy. We entered the bathroom and we were greeted by toilet paper all over the floor, human feces smeared all over the toilet and a roll of toilet paper on the handicap rail and none in any of the holders. I told the cashier who we had watched be Rude to every other customer before us, and to be expected she rolled her eyes and said they'd clean it in second. When we went to find a table we had to search the building to find one that wasn't nasty. The food was slightly under a normal BK but was surprisingly not awful, however we just left, we will see if we get food poisoning later. I checked the bathroom before we left. They had definitely been in, however there was still remnants of smeared feces on the toilet and some paper waste on the floor. I'm shocked they have not been shut down. read more

I ordered a kids meal and a whopper jr. ,was served cold fries, it was obvious that they had been laying there for some time. I mean they weren't even luke warm, and a cold whooper jr. I went back in and the woman ask me what was wrong I told her that they were cold, She started running around telling them to get her some fries they must be hot. (Sarcasm obvious) they gave me more of the same I said no I want hot ones , they made fresh ones. Then I said I still need the burger. While I was waiting for the sandwich she was laughing and talking about me and hot fries,with another customer, obviously someone she knew. I will never go back to this place and she isn't at all a very customer oriented manager. I tried to talk to her as I was leaving and she just kept saying have a good night over and over again very ridiculously rude. I asked the guy handing me the sandwich what her name was and as he was telling me she kept saying it won't make any difference, so I couldn't hear her name.
