I place an order for a butter burger. That is it! When I got to the window to pay I got a ticket added to my window as I had to wait even longer to get my food. They ask you yo park in one of the 7-8 spaces dedicated to waiting for drive thru food. As I pulled forward every space was taken! Even a few parking illegally. This is a problem they really need to figure out as I will now hesitate to go to Culver's drive thru because it takes too long to get your food.

Almost overcooked and I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get them. I was in the drive-thru and they made me wait in the Handicap parking. The guy that took our order was super chill and even gave recs for the spice level my group and I should get. All the food took about 10 mins to be prepared. We were able to grab a seat in the dining area while we waited. We got a variety of sliders, tenders, and fries. All the ingredients were fresh ingredients and the fries were crunchy and seasoned well. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the sauce if you need more. Glad Dave's are nationwide, bc this experience made me want to try them again.
